Very disappointing

Terrible experience in this hotel. We arrived after 10pm for check in just to realised the hotel is closed, like literally locked with nobody working inside, we called the contact number that was displayed and owner rudely rejected us without hearing our explanation or situation. Not recommended at all, and this place should not even be called a Hotel.

It was a pleasant stay, very clean room, with modern furnishings. In the bathroom there is a courtesy kit! Kind and helpful staff. Parking available! We had a great time!!!!! We highly recommend it!!!!!!!!

Very clean and tidy hotel. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast. Negative note the rudeness of the staff at the reception with shocking answers considering the price I paid for a room for 2 adults and 2 children of 6 years. 205 Euro in November in Scandicci .... meh !! At 6.54 I showed up for breakfast because I had to leave. It would have started at 7.00. Are you kidding? I heard the reply we are still preparing.

Clean hotel, well maintained, satisfying breakfast both sweet and savory, internal parking. We had a good time, the only two flaws are the lack of a night receptionist, so at night there is no surveillance and the lack of a bidet in our room

Wonderful staff who make the best coffee! Thank you! Great location with free parking. You can go to the park and ride within a few minutes, leave the car and grab the train for Florence. Rooms were nice and beds comfy.

Excellent well-kept structure, I had a good time. Ample parking inside, adequate, beautiful garden, modern, clean and organized. Full breakfast. Clean room. I recommend it, it is well managed and set up. The only flaws (without which I would have given 5 out of 5): I had explicitly asked for a double room for single use, they gave me a very small room with a queen-size bed and a broken window on the ground floor (they do not have the air conditioning). Also: the structure after 7:00 pm is not supervised, so if there are people who make noise or shout in the corridors from one room to another, you do not sleep. It is not the hotel's fault, obviously.

a really nice and calm hotel. the staff was so nice to us the entire stay. the breakfast was really diverse with a lot of options. the beds are some the best hotel beds i’ve slept on, the room was also really nice and clean, and we got free water in a mini fridge everyday. the hotel is 30 minutes away from the city centre with public transport, but the busses have room to improve, but the busses as well as the trams are quite cheap. it’s a really nice place to stay!

For those who travel with their own car and have no problem with using public transport, Hotel Marzia is a very good option to visit Florence. Clean rooms and bathrooms, TV, AC, good wifi, indoor parking, free. Tram station T1 at 1.5km, tickets from the tobacco shop next to the hotel or from the machine in the tram station. The staff is friendly.
