Concierge did not accept my booking although i had sent them an email via trip app, as a result i was not able to book dinner at the ryokan and the concierge told me to eat at the convenience store down the road.
Location isn't the best too, the pricing may be competitive but it comes with many caveats. Do consider it carefully.

I was grateful for the accommodating hospitality despite my late arrival and late check-in time. The accommodations were spacious and clean, and the extended bathhouse hours were a nice touch.

The breakfast was delicious and the accommodation was clean and nice. I left my bag there in advance, but when I checked in, they brought it to my room. I went there because the Google reviews were good, and I'm satisfied.

Amazing Ryokan held by a very nice couple. The kaiseki diner and breakfast were especially Amazing !! If you don’t mind using a public bathroom I totally recommend you this Ryokan 👍

Stayed with my group as part of Intrpid tour. Very clean staff helpful. Onsen great with Kimono provided & slippers for use during stay. Western bed - very comfortable. Fantastic traditional dinner provided if booked in advance. Unfortunately no breakfast option for groups as yet. Fridge & kettle in room so good to plan ahead. Great for our needs whilst on tour. Local bus stop 18 perfect from town after viewing Bridge & a tourist day.
