The location is very strategic, just a short walk from the station. Dotonbori is easily accessible with only one train ride. The room is small, but it is comfortable and sufficient for two people.

Everything was fine except for the small room.

The room was incredibly, incredibly cramped, extremely tiny! There was also a large wall feature inside the room taking up space, making it impossible to even turn around. This is the worst hotel; it's overpriced. I highly recommend staying somewhere else!

Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was great. The location is really excellent – within 100 meters, you'll find a subway station, convenience stores, coffee shops, and a mall. There are also several restaurants nearby. Check-in is done via a self-service machine, and there's a Cainiao Express point nearby where you can send packages.

Hotel is older compared to other Keihan hotel nearby. However price is competitive. Hotel also offer luggage storage for travellers.

This old hotel is well-maintained and offers a convenient check-in and check-out process. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the hotel. The lobby provides amenities for guests to pick up. The room size is typical of Japanese hotels, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A solo traveler can comfortably fit in the room. However, the bathroom is relatively small. Despite this, the location is great, close to a subway station and with an elevator at the nearest exit. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about, and I’d definitely return to stay here again.

The location is great, right above the subway station.

Facilities: They do feel a bit old, but they're complete. The room size is quite cramped, though, but acceptable considering the price.

Cleanliness: It's pretty clean, but small rooms like these in Japan can easily have overlooked spots.

Environment: Not bad.

Service: The service was very attentive.

Excellent location, Very near Osaka Castle and other notable tourist spots. Just a 3min walk to the nearest train station. You can just use the train to go to Dotonbori for good food and dining. The room almost well kept clean every day. As a tourist, checking in will be a bit challenging but nevertheless the receptionist (via display with subtitles) will be guiding you step by step. No much concerns when Checking out. Just follow the instructions on the touch screen panel at the reception area.

Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was well-equipped with all the essentials.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean! Absolutely pristine, with daily housekeeping.
Location: Excellent location, very convenient for getting around.
Service: The staff were excellent – communication was a breeze, and the luggage storage service was very convenient.
