Excellent choice for Niseko The Setsumon was in an excellent location - easy to walk almost anywhere in Hirafu. The apartment was huge and quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was a lack of their own transportation around town.

I stayed at The Setsumon for two nights in February and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. Most notably, the customer service was exceptional—Paige and Monique at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Huge shoutout to them for their outstanding hospitality!

Wow absolutely amazed on this place! We stayed at the penthouse room and it was well worth it! The jacuzzi was perfect and being able to ski in and out was also a huge plus

First time staying at the Setsumon and it by far has exceeded any accommodation I have stayed in at a ski resort. The apartment was very modern, spacious, comfortable bed and delightful staff. A special shout out to the cheery young fellow Andrew who drove us to Kutchan last minute to catch our train and helped us with our belongings. God bless!

These apartments are very central to lifts, restaurants, retail and sports stores which we found very convenient. Certainly this made our weeks stay with all the fresh powder very enjoyable. The staff at Maples reception were excellent, especially Elissa and Gabrielle who organised our gear on Black Cat, helped with transport and greatly assisted our departure (after a visit to the medical enter)

The accomodation was superb. It is the perfect accomodation for family. The place is close to the ski ground,about 5 minutes walk away. The view is awesome and very quiet. Amazing unit, Modern warm, clean & comfortable. The major factor during our stay was how obliging the check in staff were, the boys and Ariana could not do enough for you. We were transported daily to and from various parts of the resort, each day.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh option but the only problem is that the room doesn’t comes with shower . You will need to walk outside to take a shower which is inconvenient . Onsen was amazing .

Excellent location with views of Lake Shikotsu and we were there during fall foilage. They have bird feeders outside the dining area with binoculars so you can wait for the chance to see the famed Shimaenaga, we were unfortunately not so lucky. Happy to see the deers during dinner time! The place is serene and secluded. Housekeeping did their job to keep the rooms in spotless conditions. Buffet breakfast and dinner has lots of variety and restaurants staffs are friendly and helpful.

The environment and staff were wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Both the food and spring water were excellent. The resort even offers a nighttime star tour, which was a fantastic experience.

We stayed for three nights in a three bedroom unit that has a private onsen, and we loved it very much! The unit is spacious and bright, with a scenic view fromthe living room. The property provides shuttle to the center.

Onsen, service, view, comfy beds, transfer vehicle in call…. amazing!!! kitchen was a dream with immense amount of equipment.

Honestly, the only drawback is the price. The room was spacious enough, and the elevated location offered fantastic views. Both dinner and breakfast were among the best I've had for a half-board stay!

Fantastic! The service and attention to detail were impeccable.

I stayed in the 5th floor penthouse with a private terrace and great view. It is not ski-in ski-out but the bases are at walking distance in about 10 minutes. The check in is done at another sister hotel a bit of a uphill walk so take your taxi directly there on arrival.

A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again.

There was plenty of tableware and the whole room was very clean and satisfying.

MUSE Niseko is a beautiful, new and modern apartment-style hotel that comes complete with a king size bed, mini-kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer and a huge bathroom and shower. The unit is well designed to be spacious. What’s special is that there is only one apartment unit per floor, so it’s super quiet. Each room has a hot spring bath. There are two private baths, and I chose the rock style one. The spring water is basically the same as the room, but the environment is large enough! The room was normal, just enjoying the quiet feeling by the lake.

The waiter was very friendly. The dinner was French cuisine, which was delicious. It was right by the lake and the view was amazing. The hotel has only 8 rooms. The private bath is facing the lake. No Chinese people come here, so it is quiet and beautiful.

The service is excellent! The room is very comfortable and we enjoyed the room onsen bath and massage chair in our room. The food is fabulous too, I really enjoy the French dinner and the Japanese breakfast. It was a quiet and wonderful experience in Lake Villa Suimeikaku and we'll come back again.

We stayed for 5 days and had room (suite) 502. We enjoyed every aspect of this lovely hotel, for example each morning we had a different breakfast, beautifully prepared and more than enough. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice view at the mountain. Good supermarkt (Co-op) nearby.

Far from the station, but close to the attractions, the food is average, everything else is OK

I checked into the hotel again after the epidemic. The front desk service was very polite and welcoming. The hotel is located on T-shaped street. It is very close to Mount Hakodate, the church group and Hakodate Port. The room layout is reasonable and has various hand-brewed coffees and CD players. It is also suitable for daze. I have the impression that I stayed here for the third time.

This was my first time staying here. Although check-in was late, at around 9pm, they handled it with a smile. However, it was a shame that I missed out on the alcoholic drink service in the lobby. Every year, I choose Hilton Niseko Village and The Green Leaf Niseko Village. The service is excellent, and you can ski right from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very good, and the ski rental service is also convenient. The ski-in/ski-out access at the hotel is decent, but Niseko itself isn't really ideal for beginners. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so you'll mostly rely on shuttle buses to get around. Taxis are also hard to come by. It seems this hotel primarily caters to foreign guests, as many of them stay here and even the front desk staff are foreigners.

It was easy to ski around the resort and their service was excellent. Green leaf hotel is closer to their lift. Their food was great. If you want to have a delicious meal after skiing and have a great time, i would recommend this hotel and ski resort.

From the moment we pulled up to The Green Leaf, we felt incredibly welcome. The level of service here is personal and sincere; I was so impressed that the staff took the time to remember my name. It creates such a 'homey' and inviting atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. If you want a stay where you feel like a valued guest rather than just a room number, this is the place to be!

Whatever you see in photo during booking is totally different . Room is small and they don’t do cleaning each day. Only alternate. Bed and pillow not comfortable . For the price is not worth it .

We loved staying at Kira Kira Suites- the location was perfect for food options and access to the slopes. The staff were all really helpful and the studio apartment itself is modern and comfortable. Will definitely book with H2 Life again.
