The room was on the smaller side, but it was sufficient for our stay and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. A lovely touch was that the place smelled amazing, which really made it feel fresh and well cared for. Overall, a great stay for a short trip.

It was a hotel converted from an apartment building, which is quite a common sight these days. ✨
It was located in a residential area, so the surrounding area was quiet, clean, and simply beautiful. I also really liked the fact that the bathroom and toilet were separate.

Replying to emails was quite prompt. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. However, in winter, the entire hotel had the air conditioning on, making it hot and stuffy. We had to use a humidifier and the air conditioner in our room to feel better.

It's just west of Kyoto Station, about a 15-minute walk away, and it was easy to find.

It was very clean, and at 7,000 yen per person with a separate bath and toilet, I thought it was very reasonable. It's close to Kyoto Station and in a safe area, so I was able to spend a relaxing time there. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I thought it was quite clean when I first walked in, but then I saw toenails from the previous person on the carpet and dust on the TV remote control, so I thought maybe the hygiene here is not that good? In addition, you need to go downstairs to get your toothbrush.
It is not too far from Kyoto Station but not too close either. If your itinerary requires frequent walking or you need to return to the hotel halfway, the journey back to the hotel may make you feel very tired.

The room is very suitable for a family of 4. The space is already very spacious for Japan. Except for the wrong navigation at the beginning, it is still very close to Kyoto Station! The room also has facilities such as coffee machine. Satisfied
