Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with numerous bus and subway lines passing by. The hot water in the shower was plentiful and arrived quickly, and an electric kettle was provided. Towels were replenished daily. Although there was no front desk, when we couldn't find our phone charger at midnight, we called Ctrip, and the Japanese host patiently answered the phone and was extremely friendly. We truly loved this hotel; it was conveniently located, very clean, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kyoto.

The hotel lovated is amazing. Only 2 minutes from Nijo Station, and 5 minutes to Co-op Nijo (a supermarket) with huge variety of products. We always bought meals at 09.00 PM and got a 30-50% discount. Very cheap and convenient!
The room is surprisingly spacious, not like other hotels in Japan which is small.
They have hangers for clothes and we can hang out clothes to dry in the balcony.
They have microwave and big refrigerator for our meals.
Sadly, too much dust in the room even after they cleaned it🥹
For the amenities like soap, shampoo and conditioner they have it refill every 2 days, but for tooth brush and toothpaste they only gave it to us once. And we have to ask for more in the reception.
But it's a really nice experience living in this hotel💕

Very good location. Close to two stations. And it's a 10-minute ride to Kyoto Station. It's always very convenient for me when there's a shortage of staff and no keys, as the doors have a code lock.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Very close to the station.
There was also a coin laundry. There was also a relatively large refrigerator and microwave.
The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable.
I want to use it again.

When I installed the app, it came with a coupon that I could stay for 1,000 yen, so I tried using it. From a general comment, if you are staying at a certain hotel in a very nice inn, I recommend this one.

◯ Location
It is a 1-minute walk from Nijo Station in Kyoto. Nijo Station has two lines, JR and subway, so I think it is a convenient location for both sightseeing and business. There are many commercial facilities and restaurants in the surrounding area.

◯ Room
What surprised me most when I stayed this time was the size of the room. A ◯ For those who are accustomed to general business hotels such as hotels, it should feel very wide. Also, the walls on both sides are concrete so you don't have to worry about the sound next to you.

◯ Others
There is no key (or card key). You can open the entrance and the room with your PIN. You don't have to worry about losing your key, but if you forget your PIN, you won't be able to enter the entrance, so be careful.

◯ Points of concern
This is my personal preference, but the mattress is hard and tired. Also, the pillows are stiff, so I think you need to adjust them with a towel.

It is close to Nijo Station and right in front of the shopping center. It's convenient to go anywhere and is recommended because it's a beautiful hotel near the station.
The room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. There is no washing machine like other OYO, but the cost performance is quite high.
