Great location, very convenient, yet surprisingly quiet. The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered excellent value for money. Highly recommend! ✌️✌️✌️

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kyoto Station, making it super convenient for both buses and JR. The room was small but very clean. There was no real window, just a decorative one, giving the room a really stylish feel overall. The bed and duvet were incredibly comfortable, a huge improvement compared to my experience the previous night at Shanghai Pudong Airport Hotel.

This hotel is super convenient, right next to Kyoto Station. If you exit Kyoto Station and head right, past the Kyoto Theater, you'll be there in no time. It's a lifesaver for anyone traveling with luggage, making transfers to the Shinkansen, bus, or subway incredibly easy.
The room's layout was well-thought-out, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were spotless. Even for a standard twin room, it didn't feel cramped at all. Overall, the hotel was really good.

Location: About a 3-5 minute walk from Kyoto Station, which is quite convenient. The entrance is a bit small.
Facilities: Our triple room was still quite spacious even with large suitcases. The decor has a distinct Kyoto feel. Downstairs, you can enjoy complimentary coffee and juice.
Service: Excellent. The front desk staff mostly speak English, and one of the ladies speaks basic Chinese.

Stayed for one night as a couple. The room was extremely spacious; enough to fully open two big luggages. There was also free snacks in the guest lounge for guests to enjoy at night. Had a comfortable stay amidst the snowy weather in Kyoto as the hotel was conveniently located near Kyoto Station. Would stay here again.

Very good location. Strategically located near the Kyoto station. Just 2-3 mins walk only. Excellent service provided by the hotel. Directly put your luggage in your room before you back to the hotel.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Station: During autumn, they have a display in the lobby showing the fall foliage status of several temples, along with the day's weather. The rooms are decent, and it's not too far from Kyoto Station, but there's no public bath. You can pick up complimentary toiletries by the elevators. Staff greetings are a hit or miss. The biggest downside is breakfast; it's quite poor compared to other Mitsui hotels, with limited choices and average taste.

Fantastic small hotel! It's just a 3-minute walk from the JR line, Shinkansen, subway, and bus stations. Plus, Isetan Department Store and Porta shopping mall are both accessible underground or above ground. The hotel is cozy and even has self-service laundry facilities.

The hotel is super close to Kyoto Station, just a few steps away, which is really convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious (compared to Tokyo) and very clean. I'm satisfied! 👍🏻

The room was nice, and the two single beds were quite spacious. The best part is its location right next to JR Kyoto Station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. We were very satisfied with our three-night stay. There's a luggage rack, so you can easily open up large suitcases. The room was tidied up nicely every day.

Right above JR Kyoto with access to local and intercity trains. Clean, courteous staff and spacious rooms. I can see the JR train station from my window, but the room is exceptionally queit.

I use it often when I'm on a business trip to Kyoto. I like this restaurant because it has a high ceiling, it is spacious and very luxurious. It was very nice to see young families with small children, it was a nice hotel and the food was delicious. Tokizoya's Hokkaido foodies were served hot and delicious food. First of all, you can see that the hall staff has a very good behavior, attention and service spirit. After all, the access is too good (^^)

Nice hotel situated right in the train station. Very good place to see the city or go on daytrips to other cities. Room was quite large by Japanese standards and breakfast was lovely (Western & Japanese food). Service was great and very polite.

My favourite hotel in Kyoto and Japan. Stayed there for more than 5 times. Excellent location which is next to JR station, Kyoto subway station, Kintetsu station and bus terminal.
