Excellent budget hotel. The price for the room was very affordable and the service we received was great.

Location is very convenient and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Grocery shops, cafes, places to have a walk to and the metro stations near by.
Be ready to check in only after 16:00

The room I stayed in was very clean and had all the basic amenities, including a safe, which was reassuring. The door used a keypad lock, so I'd recommend taking a picture of the code on the first day in case you lose the paper. The only issue with the room was that the air conditioning had a strange smell, but fortunately, it was warm enough without it, so it didn't negatively impact my stay. To my surprise, the TV couldn't receive TVO, so I couldn't watch Nogizaka Under Construction or Star Tanjo. The location is a bit tucked away, about a ten-minute walk from both the municipal subway and Hankyu lines. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood at night, but my Japanese isn't great, so I was hesitant to go in, haha. Near the Hankyu station exit, there are quite a few shops, like Matsuya, McDonald's, and several convenience stores. There are no shops near the subway exit.

I was here for a Nogizaka event, and the price was very reasonable, so I didn't really have any complaints. I had a great time in Kyoto.

Location is easily accessed and conveniently located right beside a shopping street. There is an excellent butcher where you can purchase top grade beef at a very reasonable price and get them to grill for you on the spot.

Value for money accommodation that is for the fuss free. Check out timing is slightly early but you could extend by paying a small sum. Amenities around are convenient. Recommended for families on a budget
