Not very close to Kyoto station ngl . You have to walk like 10-15mins . But close to 九条 station(but no elevator).

We stayed at this hotel during for two nights. 15 minutes walk from Kyoto station. The room is small, but quite clean. Friendly staff all time, no issue during our stay.
Breakfast has a small but pleasant selection of food, including self cooking noodle bar and curry rice. I also noticed that they change some menu items daily.
This property is good money worth choice.

The room is clean and comfortable♪
Kyoto station is close and the bus stop is right next to it, so access is good ♪
There is a Japanese restaurant in front of you and a 7-Eleven on the side, so you can have dinner or a late-night snack there♪

Breakfast is free, so I got a ticket. In exchange for your ticket, you will receive 3 breads and 1 juice. It's about service.
