Love everything about this boutique hotel. Very spacious too. One of the best I’ve stayed and definitely will come back if in Kyoto again ❤️

At the start of my stay, there was a slight issue with the description of the room size to the app and website. Management was kind enough to upgrade my room. The location is perfect. It’s close enough to some popular areas, as well as to a subway line. Around the area there are scattered restaurants and amazing places to grab a scotch. The rooms are lovely with an elegant design. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 all the way round!

I thought the hotel was great for the price. There was a machine outside at night that would buzz every now and then. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast included several bread rolls with yogurt and cereal (I think), and borscht (I think). For a little more money, you could go to a hot spring inn. Overall, it wasn't worth it, and it was less than a 10-minute walk from the station.

Good location, clean environment, attentive service, and the front desk staff speaks Chinese.

The room was quite large, and although it had a slightly old-fashioned hotel feel, it was still very nice.

Very good location with easy access to the main shopping streets. There are a few supermarkets carter to the local residents; thus getting daily necessities is convenient too.

Book earlier to secure a better rate. Standard room is good enough.

My second stay in this property.

Very cost-effective, quiet, comfortable and clean, large room. Modern Japanese garden style, with a sense of design. Good service.

Although small, it has everything and is very clean. The location depends on the individual. It takes 15-25 minutes to walk to anywhere. It is still a little far from the subway station. It is very quiet in the alley.

The craft beer on offer here is fantastic. They keep it chilled, and the food is lovely too. A must visit for the start of a night out. If you start here and head into Kawaramachi, you will have a great night!
