The room is a bit small for my preference, but overall it’s acceptable. The location is convenient, with easy access to train and bus stations, and within walking distance to Isetan and various restaurants. Complimentary beverages are also provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-amenities with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, close to shops and train stations, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Awesome services and assistance provided by the team as they addressed my request perfectly. Location is superb, close to Kyoto Station and there is a big Lawson downstairs and vending machines. We had the tower view room but during that time they were undergoing outer walls upgrades so the view was blocked, however this will never affect the perfection provided by the hotel. Definitely will stay with them when return to Kyoto soon

The room was very small, as expected. It had all the necessary amenities, and the laundry room was really convenient. It's super close to Kyoto Station, just a two-minute walk. There are also convenience stores nearby. The best surprise was the discount coupon for Kyoto Tower!

Lovely place. Everything was great! I loved going home to this hotel because seeing the Kyoto Tower made feel so contented.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the station, about 300-400 meters, and the bus stop is also very close. The room was exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked when we checked in, so we couldn't get a room with an outside view.

Check-in is only available from 5 PM, which is later than most other hotels, so if that's an issue for you, make sure to confirm beforehand. The location is convenient, about a five-minute walk to Kyoto Station. Many rooms should offer views of Kyoto Tower.

Right above JR Kyoto with access to local and intercity trains. Clean, courteous staff and spacious rooms. I can see the JR train station from my window, but the room is exceptionally queit.

I use it often when I'm on a business trip to Kyoto. I like this restaurant because it has a high ceiling, it is spacious and very luxurious. It was very nice to see young families with small children, it was a nice hotel and the food was delicious. Tokizoya's Hokkaido foodies were served hot and delicious food. First of all, you can see that the hall staff has a very good behavior, attention and service spirit. After all, the access is too good (^^)

Nice hotel situated right in the train station. Very good place to see the city or go on daytrips to other cities. Room was quite large by Japanese standards and breakfast was lovely (Western & Japanese food). Service was great and very polite.

My favourite hotel in Kyoto and Japan. Stayed there for more than 5 times. Excellent location which is next to JR station, Kyoto subway station, Kintetsu station and bus terminal.
