Very nice hotel. Lots of space, and steps from the metro. The outdoor area in our suite was very nice!

An excellent option for those looking for a comfortable and well-designed stay in Kyoto. It's especially suitable for travelers who value:
a convenient location,
cleanliness and good service,
the ability to live "like home" (with a kitchen and laundry facilities).
On the downside, the table isn't very comfortable... (where you could have a drink and a meal).

I sincerely advise everyone to stay in a hotel instead of a B&B. The hotel is clean, hygienic and has a good environment. I stayed in this B&B on the first day in Kyoto. I was completely deceived by the pictures on the Internet. I found that the room was super small, the TV was on the bed, and the height was very depressing. My friend got a rash after staying for one night. The next day we asked to check out (booked for 3 days before), but they refused to refund us. The attitude was very bad. We booked on the platform because of foreign reasons. The platform staff could only communicate with them by email, which caused us to wait for them to negotiate all morning. Later, we changed to a nearby hotel. The environment was super good and it was more than 500 yuan cheaper per night than here. It was really the worst experience in Japan for eight days.

advantage:
The location is good, the attached hand soap, body wash, and shampoo are very high-end, the room is nice and tidy, the lighting is good, and the breakfast is good (meal coupon for sandwich in the cafe next door)
shortcoming:
There is a kitchen in the room. Occasionally, there will be a little smell wafting out, maybe a few times (I thought it was us, but it wasn't), and it is a bit inconvenient to get in and out. The door can only be closed after one person takes off his shoes and goes to the entrance, and the room The key is physical, not a card, so you have to hand it to the counter when you want to go out (be careful if you don't dare to communicate with the counter)

Too much regulation, need to put key at front desk when go out every time! Cant leave luggage after check out.

The location is close to the Kyoto business district of Shijo. Those who drive themselves should pay attention to parking issues. Parking fees in Kyoto are not cheap. The connecting rooms are very convenient for family travel. The hotel is neat and clean.

Location is near a couple of metro lines which provides easy access to Kyoto station . Sanjo keihan line nearby provides direct access to Osaka.

Room size is good and there is a mini kitchen, fridge and warm heating . My bags were already brought up to my room after I came back in evening (drop off earlier prior check in)

Staff is friendly and facilities and amenities are good

Excellent small apartment hotel, there is a refrigerator, a small kitchen with a stove, extractor hood, washing machine, rice cooker, toaster, safe. Clean, well-kept rooms, friendly staff. Great location!!!

A small hotel-style apartment, designed and decorated in a Japanese apartment style. I really like the breakfast in the coffee shop on the first floor. Simple and delicious.
