You will have access to both the first and second floors of a detached house with an Airbnb-like atmosphere.

Please be prepared for the fact that, typical of Japanese homes, it is not very warm during the winter. (However, there are two heating air conditioners on the first floor and two on the second, so it is not extremely cold.)

It is located in a strategic area, close to Higashiyama subway station and bus stops.

The room was excellent, very clean and tidy. The location is superb, right in the city center, close to several attractions, and the subway station is just outside. My only minor disappointment was the lack of a washing machine and a place to dry clothes.

An absolutely stunning and luxurious traditional Japanese detached house! Our family of four (adults and children) absolutely loved it. The decor is very new, and it spans two stories. The first floor features a tatami bedroom with two individual futons, an open-plan living room and kitchen (no cooking allowed), a separate toilet, and an outdoor shower and bathtub, perfect for a daily private bath. The second floor also has a tatami bedroom with two individual futons and a small living area with a scenic view of quaint, traditional Kyoto-style buildings. The house boasts excellent soundproofing. Spanning over 90 square meters across both floors, it was by far the most spacious accommodation we've experienced in Japan. The location is also superb. It's about a two-minute walk from Higashiyama Station Exit 1, and the villa is just a 5-6 minute walk to ****. There's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store nearby. Heading towards the **** area, you'll find an abundance of charming specialty shops, tea houses, Japanese restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Yasaka Shrine and Gion shopping street are also conveniently reachable within a 15-minute walk.

It's a very large and independent B&B. You can take a bath every day. There is a convenience store next to it. I buy rice balls and side dishes for Japanese breakfast every morning, just like at home. I will book it next time.

The house is OK, there is no toilet on the second floor, it is very close to the station and there is a lowson next to it.

The room is very big, the bathtub is great, and the view from the second floor is great. The surrounding environment is very quiet and very close to various bus stations and subway stations.

It turned out to be a single-family villa. The password was sent by email to check in directly. All procedures were omitted. The facilities are complete and very good
