The staff were very kind and helpful! The location was fantastic, and the kids loved the bunk beds. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station. Follow the navigation from Kyoto Station, exit through the underground passage, and walk 5 minutes to the road. Across from the hotel is Shin Honganji Temple, which is well worth a visit. A 5-minute walk also takes you to the bus stop for Kiyomizu-dera Temple and the art museum. The No. 17 bus stop opposite the hotel takes you to Sanzen-in Temple. Overall, the location is excellent! The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and there was a small living room, perfect for a family trip!

The location is very convenient, right across from the temple.
The front desk spoke standard English, though we communicated in a mix of Japanese and English.
The four beds were very comfortable, which was a nice touch.
It's not very spacious, but thankfully, I was only staying two nights. It was manageable.
The washing machine and dryer are shared downstairs with coin-operated units. The trash can is a bit small. The knives are the same as mine, which was surprising. But these tools don't need to be particularly high-quality; a more affordable price would be enough.
Let residents spend their money wisely. Hahaha.

When I asked about a birthday surprise, they responded politely to me by email, even though it was just before the event. It went well and became a good memory, so thank you very much. The only amenities in the room were shampoo and toothbrushes (they were in the lobby), so I would be happy if they provided hairbrushes and other amenities. I would like to use them again when I go to Kyoto.

it was a great stay. there was an issue with the wifi on the first night but the staff quickly resolved the issue the next day. We would love to stay in the same property and meet the crew again.

This is one of the best hotels i've ever visited, you should visit it too!

📍Location
It's not right in front of Kyoto Station, but it's about a 6-7 minute walk. If you use the bus a lot for sightseeing, you can get off at Karasumananajo bus stop and walk to the accommodation in 2-3 minutes. There's a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, and Kyoto Yodobashi Camera is a 5 minute walk away, which was nice.

📍Cleanliness and service
When checking in, an English-speaking staff member explained everything in detail. My companion smoked, and there were no separate smoking facilities, but they lent me a small portable ashtray and told me I could smoke outside. There was a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, and they explained it to me when I checked in, and the rental service for necessary items was good. I only stayed for one night, so I didn't rent anything, but I could rent an air wrap, and there was an LP player inside the accommodation, so I could rent LPs in front of the front desk.

📍Facilities
The facility itself was very clean and spacious. It had cooking facilities and a stove for a fire. There were also two sinks, so it was convenient for many people to use. The hair dryer in the bathroom was Dyson, which was really nice. By the way, this was a password, not a card key. You just had to press the room number and the password they gave you, but I think they made the password the last four digits of your phone number for convenience. It was a double bunk bed, and all four beds were so wide that two people could share one bed. There was a charging port next to every bed.

It is about 10 minutes away from Kyoto Station and opposite Higashi Honganji Temple. There are supermarkets nearby and the transportation is very convenient.
The hotel staff are very friendly and will help introduce nearby food.
The facilities in the hotel are great. The hair dryer is Dyson and the kitchen supplies are high-end kitchen utensils. They are beautiful and easy to use.
The soundproofing of the room is great. I will want to stay here again when I come to Kyoto later.

The room was big, clean and very comfortable. First of all, the big screen TV was so powerful and very good! The staff was very attentive and kind. It was a good hotel. I am very grateful to you.
