The service was excellent. The location is a 15-minute walk from the train station. The environment is comfortable, with a Japanese-style inn layout offering two meals per night.

Nice traditional hotel in the picturesque corner of Kyoto. Helpful staff. Very nice dinner and breakfast. Room facilities are a little dated but perfectly manageable. The Japanese Style room was spacious and offered a good night sleep.

I was too scared to sleep, and couldn't fall asleep. I don't know why I booked this hotel to torture myself. The room was spacious, but there were several doors, which was terrifying. The closet was crammed with bedding, and the air conditioner, refrigerator, and exhaust fan were incredibly noisy. My room was on the very edge of the street, with windows on two sides, and motorcycles were constantly honking loudly in the street. I only managed to fall asleep briefly around 5 AM.

I hope Ctrip won't list hotels like this again.

I stayed with my family. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The food was good and everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful. Although it is close to Arashiyama, the surroundings are quiet and not crowded, and it is in an exquisite distance. I would like to stay again.
There was a word that the bath was narrow, but perhaps it is about the private bath? I think. I think that a normal bathhouse is equivalent to the scale, or rather a little wider. The bath was also beautiful.
The hotel is located in the city, so there is no open-air bath. Also, there is no dedicated parking lot, so there is a coin parking nearby, but it does not cost much because it is not a downtown area. I thought the amount of food was a little too much.

The meal was delicious.The explanation of the meal was also polite.
The front desk was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. There were various shampoos in the public bath. It was the best.

Even though it was a tourist spot, I was able to sleep comfortably without being noisy by foreigners.
The food was also very delicious, but it was too much and I left two meals, so I left the hotel feeling sorry.
After the age of 50, you may want to reduce the amount a little.
It is undeniable that the building is old, but it seems that improvements have been made according to needs, and equipment has been properly invested as necessary. Please allow me to stay again.
