As per price range this place was not bad. Front desk can speak English.

The staff is awesome! It's good when at the bar, there's a mix of tourists and locals. The hostel is a bit old but the beds are nice. If you want to go to Nara there's a train station close to the hostel. You don't need to change trains

I used it for the Osaka Expo. I was the only Japanese person there, and it was mostly just foreign guests.
It had a homey feel and good amenities. There were lockers on the upper floors.
It's about a 20-minute walk from Shinsaibashi in the center of Osaka.

If you can stomach an open hostel style, this is quite a good deal. Very close to the subway and a 15 minute walk to the famous Dotonbori, Glico Man sign etc. The bar at front is cozy and it was nice chatting with other travellers and locals alike.

Quite a lot of people sharing just one toilet and noise can’t be avoided. However, host are really welcoming and location are good.

This homestay truly exceeded my expectations — everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The attention to detail really made the stay special, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. A definite step above the usual!

Fantastic hostel with nice little bar! The manager Daniel was wonderful even taking a few of us out to some super local bars

Friendly and helpful staff, five minutes walk from a station near Namba, and a happy atmosphere with the bar downstairs.
But avoid if you don't want noise and light during the night. Also no light for each bed.
