First of all this place is located in a good spot. About 10 minutes from Dotonbori and 5 from the Kuromon market. It makes it convenient to walk around. The room was very nice and much bigger than I expected.

There is a good supermarket next door. Furniture is a bit old and used, but that's ok. The bed is extremely comfortable. I think this is one of the best beds that I've slept on in hotels

It's located in the city of Osaka, near Yodoyabashi subway station, just a 1-minute walk away. The hotel provides pajamas and all items you might need, so you don't have to bring them from home

Very quiet, clean and comfortable space to staying on a very busy business area with so many shops and trains in short walk distances. The team was very professional and very understandable of our needs.

This station is very convenient; next to it is Umeda Station, and before it are Honmachi and Shinsaibashi Stations. If you want to go to Kyoto, you can take a train from Yodoyabashi Station as well

There's a Family Mart convenience store just a few steps downstairs, and Daikokucho subway station is only a few hundred meters away. If I remember correctly, it's just one or two stops to Umeda and Shinsaibashi

Amazing location to explore around Osaka and Kyoto. It’s in beautifully located in the midst of a river. Walking distance to 2 metro lines, with Hidobashi being one stop away from Umeya Osaka area

The location is very convenient. The newest airport limousine bus in '26 goes to Osaka Umeda Station, and it's a 3-minute walk from there. It's also only a 7-8 minute walk to Hankyu Department Store

Pros: All the amenities were included. Close to a ton of restaurants on the street. 12pm check out time for late sleepers. Room was fairly pricey but I did book last minute during Chinese New Years

The room isn't big, so it's better for one person. There are convenience stores nearby too. The guy at the front desk speaks a little Chinese

Service: If you check in with a staff member, it can be very slow. Some front desk staff seem unfamiliar with their duties and can be quite stiff in their demeanor. However, the room service staff were excellent

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right inside the station. It's directly above JR Shin-Osaka Station, yet the soundproofing is excellent; you barely hear any noise, ensuring a good night's sleep

The area outside the city is more of a business/residential district so there is not quite a lot to do at night. The room was clean, although a bit small, our 23kg luggage could barely fit when we opened them

The room was spacious, but the soundproofing was terrible. There was a constant strange noise, which made it really hard to sleep well. I probably wouldn't stay somewhere so far out if I wasn't going to SCC

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's really good. The room has excellent soundproofing and the windows are well-insulated. Complimentary soft drinks are a nice touch here, and the lobby doubles as a small bar.

They even provide a free drink (alcohol, juice, coffee, and many other options) for every guest. The cleanliness is excellent, and since there’s no bathtub, the bathroom has more space

The room is clean, beds look tired and old, firm too. I pulled back sheets on one of the beds and there were blood stains on sheets (small spots) and sheets looked crisp. It's literally an upscale motel
