The South Asian gentleman who checked us in was very efficient and communicated well in English. The room size was decent, especially good for Japan, with enough space in the aisle to fully open a 20-inch suitcase

Also with conveniences shopping malls and restaurants plus hotel buffet breakfast with good coffee and lots of variety

Very good location, near JR station, and umeda metro station. There are many restaurants nearby.

The wet/dry separation in the room was excellent, making showers very comfortable. Breakfast felt worth the price, especially the beef patties, which were delicious and the spread was quite generous

The hotel reception is very friendly, the location is very strategic, directly connected to the train station, if possible, each floor is given a water machine for drinking

We agreed, and were given some hotel vouchers, which we put towards a beautiful lunch (their restaurant is excellent). The free hour of beer was an enjoyable way to relax before heading out for dinner

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport

The rooms are very efficiently and well-designed, and there is even a lovely relaxing sofa, which is surprising considering the price of the room! And you can even get a free cup of good coffee in each room

And breakfast is served near glass windows with bright sunshine and plenty of beautifully prepared food. The staff are all friendly and casual. The accommodation rate may vary, but it's too good to be true

The staff looked so tired and weren't nice when I tried to leave my bag after check out. But the others services were so good. The breakfast is so delicious as japanese style. Location is near Shin-osaka station.

The free-flowing coffee and soup were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious too. It's a bit noisy every time a train passes, but that's to be expected given the location. The amenities provided were also very helpful!

This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient as it's close to both Shin-Osaka Station and Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station. The price is reasonable and I'm happy that breakfast is included

The location is quite close to the Shin Osaka Station. Just going stright from central gate near Starbuck. They provide breakfast and you shall get it early. 24hrs coffee machine free for you.

Free breakfast is provided, but it's very crowded and you have to queue. The room is quite spacious, with a bathtub and a smart toilet; I could easily unfold my 24-inch suitcase

Location was good, multiple train stations nearby, alot of food in the area, a 24HR convenience store 2-3 mins away, alot of night life (clubs/bars) nearby, dotonbori and shinsaibashi shopping street were within walking distance as well

Fresh clean towels everyday, although room was slightly cramped there was space under the bed to stow away my luggages. There was free razor, hairties, hair clips and many more stuff in the toilet as well

Located in Shinjuku, about 800 meters walk from Kabukicho. It's a bit far from the subway and the room is a bit small; we couldn't fully open our luggage. Overall, it's quite clean.

They provided fresh towels every day! 😍 The bathroom was a bit small, but it was perfectly functional, even the toilet! Plus, there's a McDonald's and a FamilyMart nearby, which is really convenient!

After reading some reviews, I opted for a twin room for more space, and even though it's near a main road, it was very quiet at night. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came daily

The hotel is right next to Yotsubashi Station. If you're coming from Shinsaibashi, it's quite a long walk for an in-station transfer, which isn't very convenient. There's a McDonald's and a 24-hour supermarket downstairs

Hotel is near Honmachi station exit. 5 but this exit will close in weekend and weekdays after 9 PM. Cleaning is everyday that’s good

I stayed here a couple of times and it's really good. Convenient located to Hommachi Station and in a nice neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are new and modern and have a nice style to them

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to Honmachi subway station, and exit 5 leads directly to a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. The Honmachi area is also very quiet on holidays

We were able to leave all bags (including oversized) at the hotel on our last day as we had a late flight. Excellent access to Osaka metro and about 20 mins to Dotonbori and Namba area

A small hotel that has really good and friendly staff. Some rooms location might get confusing but the staff are helpful enough to help. During the summer, the beer garden event is held around the pool area

We also opted for the hotel's buffet breakfast, which cost 2500 JPY for adults and 1200 JPY for children, and we found it pretty good

Perhaps because there are many Korean guests, the kimchi at breakfast was surprisingly delicious! Onsen (Hot Spring): There's no open-air bath, and the indoor communal bath wasn't as spacious as others we've visited in Kumamoto or Kanazawa

The Dormy Inn is very conveniently located—Kitahama Station (Brown Line) is less than a 2-minute walk away, and Yodoyabashi Station is about a 7-minute walk at a normal pace

Transportation: One subway stop from Sakaisuji-bashi and two from Umeda. Take the Sakaisuji Line to Sakaisuji-Honmachi, which is closer than the Midosuji Line's Honmachi Station

The bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and breakfast was just okay – not much variety and no coffee machine. However, the restaurant service was excellent, and it offers great value for money.

Very convenient as hotel has a few lines. Only 15 minutes to Dotonbori via light green line. Take north exit coming out from airport rapid line. There’s a basement supermarket too
