The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Tamagawa Station and very close to Noda Station, just a two- or three-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for visiting Universal Studios Japan
As a first-time visitor to Japan, this was my initial hotel experience, and the staff's attitude was excellent; I truly felt their professionalism
Clean and hygienic, convenient for travel, and good breakfast.
The lobby on the first floor provided disposable toiletries, even face wash and lotion – a thoughtful touch! The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food was quite delicious; the chicken was especially fragrant and tender
There are several convenience stores and numerous restaurants and snack shops nearby, adding to the convenience. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly, and self-service check-in was also available
The room was decent, spacious, and clean. The only downside was that I didn't check whether it was a smoking room when I booked it. It ended up being a smoking room, and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.
The hotel and especially the room felt like a safe zone from a RPG game where you can relax to the fullest, starting from pleasant music at the entrance up to the whole room itself
Everything was cozy and clean, the room is supplied with amenities every day

Small hotel, but nice in everything. Clean room, good breakfast, but staff English just so so.
This was my second stay, and it was just as good as last year, but this year there were a lot more people, and the rooftop hot spring was much more crowded
Highly satisfied! The place was clean and tidy, and the hot springs were incredibly comfortable and spotless. Soaking in them after a long, tiring day was pure bliss. We even put up a love lock here
Provided handphone charger, pyjamas, pillows, blankets n iron at your choice. Beautiful roof top seating area at 10th floor. Gd size indoor onsen n outdoor individual bath tube onsen
It's so refreshing to grab some milk on the terrace after a shower! The hotel's close proximity to the station makes it convenient for trips to Kyoto and Kobe
The room is small but clean. lots of restaurants and clubs around. It even has hot pools on the roof top, although I didn't get a chance to use it.

Nothing special to say, just simply good hotel if you are going to Osaka for sightseeing. Good location and reasonable price makes this hotel as a really right choice.
I stayed for 5 days 4 night, The receptioniat very helpful even I dont speak jappanese, they tried their best to speak english, they were sweet people
First off, the location is truly fantastic, very close and convenient to both Shinsaibashi and Honmachi stations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with mailing packages
Excellent value for money! It's just a few steps away from Shinsaibashi. While the breakfast isn't overly extravagant, it's a typical Japanese breakfast with all the essentials, and it's certainly enough
This hotel is really great! It's super close to the subway station, and the ladies at the front desk are so warm and welcoming, with excellent English. The hotel cleanliness is also top-notch
Front desk very helpful and friendly.. breakfast pretty good.. bathroom amenoties such shampo conditioner and soap smell so nice and make me relax
Osaka, 1-2-19 Higashi-shinsaibashi (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Really great! The front desk staff were also very good and patient! It's very close to Shinsaibashi, with a 7-Eleven right across the street and a FamilyMart nearby
Great location! The hotel is right near a subway exit (I think it was Exit 5a from Shinsaibashi Station, heading towards the Nagahoribashi Line). There's an elevator, and once you exit, it's just one block to the hotel
Get a connecting room for family of 4 at the last minute. Good for the size and I can open 2 big luggages. Limited selections and small space fo breakfast.
Guests often highlight the attention to detail — from plush bedding to thoughtful amenities — making it perfect for couples, honeymooners, or travelers wanting a little indulgence
Overall the hotel services is good and excellent. Location nice lots of restaurants and family mart, Lawson nearby. Easy to access, about 10 minutes walk to shinsaibashi centre. Breakfast ok.
You can also walk directly underground from the subway exit all the way to Shinsaibashi Station. Service: There was a male staff member at the front desk who spoke Chinese
Osaka, 1 Chome, 17-29 Sangenya Higashi (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and there wasn't much noise from the train. The room was small, but the bathroom was great, both standard for Osaka
Great value hotel with excellent transport access!
This hotel is a bit way off Umeda or Namba but these places or anywhere else in Osaka can easily be accessed in a matter of minutes because the Taisho MRT station is just across it, making travel to any part of the city super convenient!
You’d be greeted by a nice covered patio at the front, perfect while waiting for your Uber ride if you ever needed...
Good location close to public transport, clean rooms and helpfull staff. Sadly due to a busy schedule I did not have the opportunity to make use of the baths.
A microwave is available in each floor. As mentioned, location is probably the best selling point of this hotel
Breakfast is quite good, however provided Pajamas are so tight. They are not appropriate for adult usage.
The toilet & bathroom were decent & clean albeit a bit cramped. Of course, they use those amazing Japanese toilets! It also has a public bathroom, but I fell the public bath in capsule hotels are much better
Osaka, 5 Chome-12-30 Nakanocho, rayon Miyakodzima, 534-0027 Osaka, Prefektura Osaka, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room is clean and has all the necessary things. You can find 7-11 very close to the hotel, so you won't be hungry. Though the place is quiet, I could hear the trains
Though I read the magazine in the room provided by the hotel and found interesting about the places to visit in the city. On the next day I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out
And after sightseeing Osaka I returned and retrieved my luggage without any issue. So if you expect to use laundry, choose a different hotel, otherwise, this hotel is a good choice
All good ,i like this hotel very clean
This hotel is conveniently located not far from the railway station and Osaka Castle and is not expensive. After getting off the train station, you don't need to cross the road while walking to the hotel
It was an amazing stay. And the highlight of the stay was even though we didn’t want our room to be cleaned up they left us a basket of fresh towels and water. A really amazing experience 10/10!!!
Osaka, Nishishinsaibashi, 1-15-12, Chuo, 542-0086 Osaka, Prefektura Osaka, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
A renovated business hotel with value for money, good simple breakfast that has different main dish (two options) every other few days
Two minutes walk from exit 7 of shinsaibashi metro station and a 7-11 downstairs
Cons
The side where the metro exit 7 is located is now in renovation so it could be a bit messy to walk pass; you can only reach that exit via
The red line; if u took the lime yellow...
The room was clean and the hygiene was good. The location was nice as well. I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. However, I had a very bad experience on the last day. First, I admit that I was late for check-out
It's a really excellent location too, Shinsaibashi connects easily to the other major stations as well as having just a ton to do around the hotel itself. We really enjoyed our experience
The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, and just a short walk from the subway. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful when I lost my passport — they contacted the airport and the consulate for me
Good location next to a 7-11, walking distance for markets, department stores
If you're using google maps to find it, use the 7/11 as your landmark, it's on the first floor and the hotel starts on the third floor. A great experience, staff was kind and courteous
The only minor drawback was that we requested only towel replacement (without full room cleaning), but when we returned in the evening, they weren't proactively left outside our door
I went to the counter to ask for a new towel and questioned why the cleaner didn’t replace it. The staff asked me what time I put the sticker, and I replied ‘11 am’. He then said, ‘No sir, you have to put it before 10 am
I previously stayed with this brand in Kyoto and had a fantastic experience, so I chose Daiwa again for my Osaka trip! This Osaka location is also excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the main shopping district around Daimaru Department Store
I only requested a towel change, so I put my used towel in the provided towel change bag, hung it outside the door, and pasted the request sticker as instructed. The cleaner took the towel but didn’t provide a new one
Instead of explaining politely, he raised his voice and insisted, ‘Sir, you don’t understand, you must put it before 10 am. ’
He then said he would send me a towel to my room
Later than that, we won’t change it!’ I was shocked and pointed out that the card stated towel changes are between 10 am and 11:30 am

Next to the hotel is a ramen shop with a long queue; I ordered takeout and ate it in the hotel restaurant, which was very convenient. However, that ramen shop wasn't very good; it was as salty as any other ramen
It can get a bit noisy on weekend nights, but I'm such a deep sleeper it didn't bother me at all. Service: The service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful
Good location and room is very clean
Cosy small room with all necessary amenities available. Best of all is the smoking room, and free flow drinks from 2-11pm
Rooms were a little small, but it's good enough for a night. They even serve you welcome drinks and snacks, and provide a drinking water dispenser on each floor
Nice hotel and close to Shinsai Bashi just across the road , very convenient.
Osaka, 2 Chome-8-12 Haginochaya, rayon Nisinari, 557-0004 Osaka, Prefektura Osaka, Yaponiya (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The place itself was good for the price. I had a private room and private bathroom, with a shared shower area just down the hall, at only 12 USD for one night
Clean and cozy, toilet is inside, shower is outside. Room is a bit small, but it was mentioned in the description. Many people are at the desk to help with self check in. Common area with sink and microwave downstairs
Location is near the local station. So location is good. But they don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Others facility are good.
It was clean and quiet, the location tho we felt scared at first but eventually get to adjust the following day
It's okay, it's not bad, this price, this quality, I think it's not bad, but mainly if you live in Hall 2, I will feel a little inconvenient than Hall 3, because the public space of Hall 3 is relatively large, and it would be better if you could eat a little at check-out time
From JR wise, its just one route, but left right has no shops open starting evening, with constrcution sites plus a factory-looking place. Will be ok if you are not a solo traveller imo!
This is my first visit to Japan and it has been a fantastic one 😀
Matsumi and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and approachable, giving very good advice and directions on how to move around with the trains and multiple stations in between 👍
The shuttle service and drivers are very punctual and friendly and made the short rides to the station a pleasant journey all the time ✨️
The room is excellent...
⭐⭐⭐⭐
KRR Hotel Osaka is perfectly located in the heart of the city. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the room was elegant, comfortable, and well-equipped with complete amenities
The hotel is in a very good location, facing the Osaka Castle Tower, very close to the subway station and JR tram station, and there is a free shuttle bus! The view from the 11th floor is very good
it is close to the castle and the window view is perfect. Front desk receptionist s are polite. The hotel has a good class.
Facilities: The room is quite big, and it is not noisy even if you live on a high floor, because the hotel is close to the elevated exit. Hygiene: Clean and fresh, the bathroom is an integrated design, small but complete
I will stay here again next time I have the chance!
Osaka, 2-13-32 Nishinakajima (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is excellent. Get off at M14 station on the Red Line, take exit 2 from the subway, and walk past the convenience store for another five minutes, and you'll be there
The location was very good. The service is super. For family stay is also great
The hotel is good, the staff is polite. Overall, I liked everything, the location is convenient, 5-7 minutes from the metro.
Remember to return your key to the front desk when you leave the hotel and ask for it back when you return. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other amenities are in the basket in the lobby for you to pick up yourself
The hotel room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, the towels are fluffy, and the air conditioning works great. The only downside was a dripping sound in the bathroom of my room, 703
Very friendly staff. Only problem I had was the excessive amount of furniture in the room leaving no where for us to put our luggage.. Would have preferred no furniture in the room.
Osaka, 1-1-27 Nonin-bashi (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room layout is different from other APA hotels in a good way and is spacious for some room types. There is a separate desk next to the toilet. It's located just a few minutes from Tanimachi 4-Chome Station
This location is really great for shopping if you want to go to the very hip Hep 5 mall or the high end Hankyu Umeda mall or the local Keihan mall and it is obviously close to Osaka Castle and you can take a little longer trip over to the Nara Deer park as well
APA hotel always have large beds, big tv and smaller than average rooms. That's fine
One thing I don't really like though it's the positioning of the AC. It points directly at your head when you sleep
The location is very good, it's close to the Osaka castle and the public transport
There was an issue with my room smelling like smoke and the beautiful employee at the front desk did not hesitate to rectify the issue and change my room right away
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are as described and pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is traditional and yummy
Osaka, 3-6-6, Nipponbashi, Naniwa-ku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
You probably couldn't even find a hotel this good for the same price in a major city back home. The breakfast was also delicious, and the cakes were particularly good!
The biggest surprise was the hotel's breakfast. The variety was incredible, from freshly cooked noodles and wontons to fresh fruit and baked goods – everything was available
The lobby felt a bit cramped, and checking in was a bit of a squeeze. The room size was surprisingly good, but the layout wasn't ideal; the long hallway felt like wasted space
It's also really handy for getting to Nara or Kansai Airport. I booked a single room but got upgraded to a double, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and bigger than I expected
The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillow height was perfect, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep – something incredibly important for someone who travels frequently like me
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, not only handling the check-in quickly but also proactively informing me about the nearby food streets and subway entrance
Osaka, 1-3-16 Nagata-Naka (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The front desk service is very enthusiastic. There is a restaurant on the first floor. It is a few minutes walk from Changtian subway station. The room facilities are complete. The hygiene system is very good
I've been to Osaka many times, but this is definitely the best hotel that i've ever stayed. And also if you decided to rent a car that just besides the hotel, mentioned the hotel name to get 10% discount!
It's a very good place! But I got the smoking room when I did not directly request it, and my lungs were burning the whole night as the scent permeated the bed
Very good stay. Could hear the outside traffic but it was expected as next to the main road. Nothing else to added. Quick checkin and check out
It was our first hotel ever in Japan during the first leg of our tour. It was cozy, clean, organized and modern. You don't really have to bring anything into this hotel because they can provide you with everything
The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagata Station on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line (50 meters from the elevator). There's a Lawson downstairs. The room wasn't large, but it was adequate.
Osaka, 1 Chome-20-5 Nipponbashi, Chuo, 542-0073 Osaka, Prefektura Osaka, Yaponiya (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
It's a hotel with excellent value for money, and I've already recommended it to several friends
Convenient location - I enjoyed one night of comfortable stay here after my San'in area trip, before I fly back to my hometown via KIX. You can virtually find everything you need in the nearby region.
The SUGO Pharmacy at the Dotonbori intersection is open 24/7, which I really appreciate about staying here. Walking the other way, it's also very close to Takashimaya, not to mention the subway stations
This hotel's breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The location is great too, right across from Kuromon Market. It's super convenient, just a five-minute walk to Dotonbori
The room was very clean, and it even had a fridge. The Lawson convenience store downstairs is handy for snacks and drinks, and there's a whole street of restaurants nearby
Plus, they offer breakfast in the morning, which is perfect for fueling up before heading out for shopping and sightseeing

Pretty good, this is my second time staying here. The breakfast is a bit different from what you'd find in Tokyo, but it's still decent
This hotel was great, I stayed for two nights and it met my expectations. The front desk staff might speak Chinese, and their service was excellent. There are also self check-in machines available
You can use the in-room phone to call and book restaurants, just remember to pay for the call at the front desk afterward. The subway station is very close to the hotel, and there's a convenience store nearby
It's about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. The surrounding area is very nice, and the room was relatively quiet. I occasionally heard motorcycles, but once I fell asleep, I didn't notice them
A feature I particularly liked: the hotel elevators have an anti-static device. You can touch it to discharge static electricity before pressing the elevator button, so you don't get shocked
Looks to me the web appearance like not the same as the present. If so, it would be good to up-date them so to ease customer first look impression.
- facilities: Basical & par to it grade.
- Food: moderate to average.
This Hotel is excellent, 5min - 8min from Osaka Station, the reception is big clean, the front desk people is super friendly!! The room is quite big in City area. Me and my wife experience is excellent
Great location, very clean, and the service was warm and attentive. The room facilities were excellent, and the room itself was quite spacious and bright.
The rooms are very clean and are reasonable sized in osaka standard at this price. We were happy with the stay there
A big thumbs up to this Hotel!!
You could spend several days of your trip shopping and eating inside this station and at the many above ground neighboring streets. Price not bad for the location and room size
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms by Japanese standards. This is not a tiny business hotel. Once you get a hang of underground the location is amazing
The hotel's location is fantastic, really close to the subway station, just about a five-minute walk. On top of that, the room was excellent! It had all the amenities you could ask for
Great value hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Umeda Station. The rooms are clean and functional. Overall, a very good experience for the price.
Pretty good! They have an ice machine, which was perfect for my nightly ritual of drinks and a bath
My second time staying in Hotel Wing Osaka. You can find Lawson right next to the hotel. The two front staffs on duty on 14 Dec were helpful and attentive to my request
The room was a bit small for two people, but tidying up a bit each day wasn't a problem and didn't really affect our stay
