I also really enjoyed relaxing at the onsen/spa after a long day of walking. Overall, a wonderful stay with great atmosphere, good facilities, and warm Japanese hospitality

Location is excellent – just a short walk to Osaka Business Park and within easy distance of Osaka Castle, so it’s very convenient for both sightseeing and business

While it has some common issues with older hotels, like limited power outlets and dated bedding, these are minor flaws compared to its overall excellent qualities

The location is about 500-600 meters from both the train and subway stations. For this price range in Japan, the room is surprisingly spacious, offering a glimpse of Sakuramiya and a corner of the castle tower

Check in and check out were quick, and staff were professional. The location is very close to Ebisucho station, which meant easy transportation to the KIX airport

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic! It's literally a 1-minute walk from the subway exit, super convenient. Plus, Tsutenkaku is right next door, making dining and shopping incredibly easy

Within a few mins walk, there are a lot of nice cafes with lovely views. Though it’s a few stops away from the usual shopping / tourist areas, we appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was in the area

Nice location, convenient store and pharmacy nearby, walking distance to train station. Room is spacious especially the bathroom, and the hotel provides free spring water bottles in the lobby

Really enjoyed our stay here mainly because of the 7-11 right across and how near it is to the subway station. There is also a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby

There are travel groups when we r staying there. There is microwave to heat up your food and drink stations at the lobby. Very comfortable beds for 2 adult and 1 kid

Also, loved that there was a 7-11 just under the building, super convenient for breakfast and late-night snacks! The service was really good, all the staff were helpful

On each floor, they also have a self-service laundry machine and ice machine. Absolutely recommend this hotel when visiting Osaka, especially since we got the room on a great discount

Very central location, you can get to any of the main areas in at most 3 stops on the metro! (10-15 mins) The rooms were nice, but a bit cramped

The bathroom was the best part, as it boasted a luxurious shower and bath in the ‘wet’ part of the room. Perfect relaxation time after a long day of shopping, sightseeing, and walking

Stayed here for 4 days with friends and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, right near Shinsaibashi, making it very easy to walk around, shop, and find food

Amenities are simple but sufficient for a longer stay focused on exploring the city. Overall, a great base for sightseeing in Osaka. Convenient, comfortable, and good value for a group of friends

It takes about 15 minutes of walking to reach Namba. Rooms were above average in-size and hotel was located off the busy nightlife area. 2-3 minutes walk to train station easy with luggage

Amazing location. Very close to everything. We had 12/F room facing building. Good room size for 2 and quiet. I can easily open 2 big suitcases Very comfortable bed. I will book for city view next time!

Across from the hotel is Japan's largest Don Quijote 24-hour drugstore, making shopping super convenient. The hotel rooms themselves are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a nice wet/dry separation, which is a plus

Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great

One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space

And that every certain hours of the night 10-ish -2am (everyday) you can hear super noisy motorcycles revving in the main street randomly

The breakfast selection was excellent each morning. The rooms had a practical layout and the bathrooms were stocked with delightful POLA hair and shower products

Check-in and check-out were efficient thanks to the computer system. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The windows were not soundproof, so traffic noise at night could be disruptive

The hot spring is relaxing, sometimes people speaks loud in there tho. The hotel offers free noodles, ice cream at night. The room is clean. Location is good. Self check in and out.

After the bath, they provided ice cream and yogurt, and after 9:30 PM, they also provided complimentary Japanese ramen, which was delicious. The staff were all friendly, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well

However if you're familiar with Japan travel, tiny rooms are simply part of the deal. And having stayed in my share of tiny Japanese rooms, Dormy Inn's are wonderful

The onsen was pleasant but felt cramped when busy. There were insufficient drying stations near the onsen, so I had to return to my room with wet hair to dry it

There’s also a Lawson convenience store right opposite the hotel, which was really handy for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything needed during the stay

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, but the room itself is a bit compact. With larger luggage, I had to struggle a bit while packing and unpacking

That said, it’s quite typical for business hotels in Japan, and everything inside is thoughtfully arranged to maximize the space

I recently stayed at APA Hotel Namba-Eki Higashi and overall had a pleasant experience

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Namba Station and very close to Dotonbori, making it super convenient for sightseeing and food hunting

The shopping streets are right beside it! Filled with restaurants, pharmacies, Japanese food wares, connected to multiple shopping streets. Namba train station 8mins walk away, Kuromon market 5mins walk and many more

The food in the breakfast session is just above average, no big surprise. Others are excellent.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. We chose this hotel after traveling from Kyoto to Osaka. After getting off at Osaka Station, simply follow the signs for Kitashinchi and walk in that direction

The location is good surrounding with lots of resturant and shops. JR stations are also nearby. I ordered goods twice  from Amazon Japan delivered to hotel and the services were very good.

They also provide a generous supply of disposable toiletries. It's conveniently located within walking distance of shopping areas. Taking the underground passage is cool and only takes about 5 minutes

Walking above ground might actually be quicker, though it can get a bit hot. For directions to the Kansai Airport Limousine Bus: Exit the hotel, turn left onto the main road, and walk for two blocks

The room size is good, we could open three suitcases at once. The amenities inside are excellent, all brand-name products. The location is superb, with several transport lines nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere

The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly at night! The shower and toilet are combined. The toilet is a smart one with a heated seat, so it’s not cold when you use it. There’s also a bathtub for soaking

The location is excellent, right outside the JR station. The hotel also sends an email in advance for online check-in. The room is new, and the window view is great; you can even see the queue situation.

We stayed 2 nights at Oriental Hotel Universal City with 2 adults and 2 boys. The hotel is in a very convenient location near USJ, and our stay was comfortable

The hotel provides breakfast, afternoon tea, drinks, and ice cream, which was a very thoughtful touch. You can even make your own orange juice, ice cream, and pancakes, which the kids absolutely loved

Environment: The location is excellent, right next to USJ, within walking distance, and the subway station is just outside. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and everything is well-equipped

After comparing several hotels for this trip to Japan, I ultimately chose The Westin, and overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay

The room was spacious and the hygiene was good. The hotel isn't very large but it's well-designed and chic. The shuttle bus service ends a bit early, but otherwise, everything else was pretty good

The twin room I booked had spacious beds, and there are multiple shopping malls conveniently located near the hotel, making dining and shopping very accessible

However, despite the renovation, the showerhead, shower stall size, and sink still left something to be desired; you could definitely feel its age. Service: This is a classic five-star hotel

They even delivered an English newspaper to my door in the morning. The room was cleaned impeccably every day, meeting Westin's standards

A clean, tidy, and convenient hotel. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is a big plus.

Rooms were OK, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke with multiple outdated things etc. the view however was very very good.

The hotel is just 1 min away from esaka metro station thus I took about 25mins to get to Kyoto (2 metro stops 5min+ 13 min Shinkansen stop on the nozomi line) We didn’t want to stay two places as it is troublesome to change hotel and move luggages around

Hotel is quite near Esaka station, only 2 mins walk to hotel. Staffs are helpful, they have translator device to communicate with guest. There are amenities available at reception floor.

It's close to Itami Airport, but the surrounding area is quite secluded.

This hotel is great! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get everywhere. It's also incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. They even left chocolates for us, and the staff were all very friendly.

Although the room was small, it was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The hotel front desk staff were great and had no problem communicating in English

Conveniently located near Osaka Umeda Station, this established 5-star hotel offers well-managed services. The high-floor corner rooms are spacious and provide expansive views.

The hotel's location is convenient, about 1km from the commercial center's Daimaru and Hankyu department stores, and around 600m from the subway station

It's super convenient for getting around, located right next to the subway, JR, and Kintetsu stations, about 30 meters away. You can even take the Sakia Line directly to Kansai Airport

On the second floor, there's a Kintetsu department store and a Sushiro (which is cheaper than in Hong Kong and China, with sea urchin sushi only costing 7 RMB!)

This is an older hotel with great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offers a good variety of dishes that taste great, and the service is excellent

Me and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. The hot spring was really good the room, even though it was very small. It was adequate enough and the hotel staff were very friendly and everything else was good

The room overall was good, and the amenities were all in place. However, there's a bit of a soundproofing issue; my neighbor's alarm woke me up the next morning

Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors

Convenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too

The room was very comfortable, and the front desk staff was excellent; they even allowed us to check in early. You can opt to visit the hot springs in the afternoon when it's less crowded and peaceful

While getting to popular commercial areas requires a few transfers, the hotel itself is excellent and offers fantastic value for money

After soaking in the hot spring every day, there were free ice cream sticks to enjoy to your heart's content, and Yakult in the morning. For this alone, it deserves a full 5 stars

Our stay at Dormy Inn Osaka Tanimachi with the kids was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious enough for the children to move around comfortably, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The bedding felt incredibly soft

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with any questions, even proactively assisting with our luggage. This is definitely a perfect choice for families traveling with children, highly recommended!

The entrance on the first floor is hard to find, but the interior is new and clean. The view from the corner room on the top floor is also good.
