Facilities: We got an upgraded room, which was a newer model. It had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which was nice.

Cleanliness: Good.

Environment: The new tower feels much better than the old facilities.

Service: The attitude was okay, pretty much what you'd expect for the price.

Complimentary Executive Lounge Access: Didn't have any time to use it! 😂

The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel. We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel. So sad. After running we have to walk long distance in order to use this “free” ticket. One of the problems from Tokyo marathon, hope they can fix it next year. But we do have a very beautiful icon of Tokyo, the Tokyo tower and cherry blossom next to it.

I booked and paid for Club Lounge access at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo while traveling with my family and young child, expecting service consistent with a premium property.

Breakfast hours were stated as 7:00–11:00, and we arrived within that timeframe. At the time, there were no hot breakfast options suitable for children — only raw salmon, toast, and a small selection of pastries. When we asked staff, we were told there were no other options and that each guest was limited to one set.

The hotel later claimed we had arrived during a “break period” (8:30–9:00), which had never been communicated. Communication then stopped for three days before we received photos of a fully stocked breakfast taken at a different time, implying the issue was our personal preference.

It was not about preference — it was about limited availability during official service hours. We provided our own photos and videos, but the response felt defensive rather than accountable.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Club Lounge to families traveling with young children and would advise others to reconsider their expectations carefully.

Premium hospitality is defined by consistency and integrity, not presentation alone.

Successfully checked in to The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, right next to Shiba Park and under the Tokyo Tower! 🗼

During the day, it's surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility, and at night, it boasts dazzling city lights.

This is the pinnacle of Tokyo accommodation – imagine lying in bed and gazing at the Tokyo Tower! 🌃 It's absolutely beautiful! Waking up to the Tokyo Tower view is incredible, and the night view is simply breathtaking.

It’s amazing for photos! The night view and location are both top-notch!

I traveled a long way specifically for this hotel, only for the front desk to give me a low-floor room with absolutely no Tokyo Tower view. Very disappointing! Isn't the whole point of coming here to see and take photos of the Tokyo Tower? The room size is quite large for Tokyo standards. In the Minato Ward area, there aren't any convenience stores right below the hotel; you have to walk back to the subway station. Plus, the nearest subway exit doesn't have an elevator. Luckily, Hamamatsucho Station offers a free shuttle service. For returning to Haneda, it's just one JR train ride to the airport. Overall, the location isn't particularly convenient. Zojoji Temple across the street was also under renovation during a heavy rain. So, if you're not here specifically for the Tokyo Tower view, don't bother.

I heard it was recently renovated, so I came to check it out. I opted for a corner king room, which I loved, especially since the bathroom had a window. Currently, breakfast is only served on the 33rd floor, so it's quite easy to find it fully booked. You can enjoy the tower view while waiting. It rained for six straight days I was in Tokyo, and on the last day, a staff member mentioned that Mount Fuji would be visible today.

Everything was great, except for the front desk staff who acted like robots. The bellboys, restaurant staff, shuttle driver, and the room itself were all excellent. The only minor issue was the lack of charging outlets; I'm not sure if you have to request them.

The room was very spacious, a bit old-fashioned, but very clean! Make sure to book a room on the Tokyo Tower side!! Seriously, don't forget! Higher floors offer better views, and remember to compare prices!

The hotel is conveniently located near several subway stations, with Akabanebashi Station being the closest. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, and we were assisted by Mr. Fu, who was incredibly warm and attentive. Other staff members were also very friendly and proactive, making us feel right at home. Our room on the 27th floor had a partial view of Tokyo Tower, which was stunning from day to night, offering a very open and expansive view. Shiba Park and Zojoji Temple are right next to the hotel, perfect for a stroll. The room itself was very spacious and well-equipped, with a separate shower and bathtub. There's a supermarket and a gym on the hotel's B2 level. We booked a room that included complimentary access to the executive club lounge, which was excellent value. We enjoyed food and drinks from afternoon check-in until 9:30 PM, and several of the wines were superb. For breakfast the next day, I recommend going early as the Japanese set is limited and runs out quickly. We were lucky enough to get the last two!

Room with a view of Tokyo Tower, the night and morning views were both quite good. The complimentary access to the executive lounge was a nice perk, and the breakfast selection was decent and tasty. The only downside was that we had to walk a bit further to find restaurants.
