The value was good. The interaction with the staff was excellent. The tub was fantastic. It's comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. I actually tried to but they were sold out.

[Location] It takes about 16 minutes to walk from Ayase Station. It is very close to the Ayase River and under the elevated road. The surroundings are buildings and residential areas that seem to be factories.
The surroundings are not romantic.
[Break fee] Break fee ranges from 4400 yen to 5500 yen. It's reasonably priced, but it's a bit expensive compared to the same Ayase cherry.
[Cleanliness] Cleaning is not possible or impossible. However, the smell of cigarettes was stronger because of old age.
[Room Satisfaction] There is no glitter or cuteness.
There are many rooms where you can feel the warmth of wood. Maybe girls do n’t do much?
[Bath] I forgot the room number, but there was a bath room large enough to make me laugh.
[Service] Room service for meals is substantial.
Anyway, it was good that the room and bath were spacious!

Be careful, this is a "love hotel" so it's a bit special (you have products for adults everywhere and lots of suggestions ..) hence the ban on children elsewhere.
Discretion is essential, you do not see anyone, neither at the reception (tinted window) nor the room service which puts everything in a room "entrance", ring the bell when you leave, and it's up to you to go and recover after their departure .
The room was large, the bed huge (180x200 I think), the bathroom amazing with bubble bath for 2 and walk-in shower. A sofa, a table ... Royal!
The technology of the room and genius, control panels of the lights, several speakers for immersive sound, drink dispensers linked to the TV, and ... more than complete room service via your TV.
Room service is efficient. The food was not exceptional except the ice cream, which was very good.
They lend a lot of stuff like hair straighteners, scales, foot massagers ... And of course products for adults.
Now let's talk about the negative: first of all the localization. It is in a very residential neighborhood, not a lot of shops or restaurants nearby. The metro (Aoi) is still far away and as the weather in Tokyo is paid for in distance traveled, it doesn't seem like a good plan to visit Tokyo. On the other hand, it's good for one night as we did after our trip to southern Japan and just before taking the plane. You arrive at the end of the afternoon and you do not leave the hotel until the next day.
Second negative point: the smell of cigarettes everywhere in the room. It took a while to get used to it despite the different breakdowns. It is especially the bedspread, the sheets, the sofa ... which smelled. This is very unpleasant big negative point.
