The Kitano Hotel Tokyo in Tokyo

The room was well-equipped, and the service was excellent and very friendly. The only minor issue was that I wasn't used to the breakfast. However, the hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside!

The hotel's location is really convenient. It's not a long taxi ride to Omotesando or Ginza, and it's just two or three subway stops away. The room is spacious, and the mini-bar is complimentary.

Spacious rooms, convenient location, great service.

Only thing is the dryers are not the best takes a few additional cycles to dry a standard load.

Five stars! The room was spacious, and the twin beds were queen-sized. The facilities were new and clean, and the service was attentive. The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it easy to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza, all within 30 minutes. There are also some nice cafes nearby. All seven of us were very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!

The room was very spacious, and there's a convenience store and a subway station right downstairs. It's super convenient to get to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station. Taxi fares weren't expensive either. I'd definitely choose this place again next time.

Very clean and cozy rooms. Easy to travel as there is a training station just outside the hotel. Hotel staff are very nice and very helpful.

The rooms were quite spacious for a family of four. Overall quite satisfying stay and would definitely come back in the future.

excellent service, the hotel and room is much more beautiful than picture. Very new and quiet. Convenient next to train and convenience store. Welcome dessert is delicious. Able to allow check in earlier. Easy to call a taxi. we stay in winter, the room is very warm and comfortable. Perfect.

Everything was great, except for the pillows which weren't very comfortable. Dining options nearby were a bit limited, but it's very close to Ginza, Shinjuku, and Roppongi, about 3km away, so taking a taxi was no hassle at all.

Room: This hotel has one of the largest room in Tokyo. Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and was given two large double bed which was good for us. I like that the toilet bowl is separated from the shower area. Shower area consist of a bathtub and a standing shower.

Cleanliness: Very very clean I must say. No mould, no grime and couldn’t spot a single speck of dust at common areas.

Service: The staff warmly greets you at the door and there’s a butler right at the door to assist you. Staff were able to speak English. The hotel is quiet and is not over crowded like some of those you find in main shopping districts. To add, they even had a turndown service where they prepare your bed and sleeping gown which is really unexpected for a 4 star hotel.

Food: No comments as we didn’t dine here.

Location: Not located within shopping district but definitely a convenient spot to travel to any shopping areas. Train station was a 3minute walk away. Train rides were about 20mins to those shopping districts. But again it’s good to not stay at those touristy areas as it can be really overwhelming there.

Amenities: Kitano provides quality amenities from individual packed shampoo, bathing gel etc to bathing salts and other common amenities. Amenities provided were fragrant and of quality even better than some common 5 star hotel chains.

Overall: Very very pleased with our 2 night stay and for the price, definitely will be back again to stay whenever we visit Tokyo.
