Exsaison Sugamo in Tokyo

Rooms is small but fit to 2 person. No receptionist so no recommend to send or deliver the luggage because no one will receive the luggage. Check in using ipad in receptionist. Laundry room in LG floor, a little bit dirty

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was nice and had a mini kitchen where you could cook. The bathroom was also very nice. It is near the train station, just about a 5-minute walk. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff was very accommodating and always answered our inquiries, even though it was late at night when I asked. There is also a shopping street nearby, “Sugamo Jizodori Shopping Street,” where you can buy a variety of foods and clothes. I would highly recommend it!

We were 90% satisfied with the accommodation, as we were initially a bit worried because of the previous Google reviews! We cannot understand those. The room was very clean except for a few signs of age. In the long term, it would be advisable to clean the carpets or replace them with ones that are more resistant to dirt. We would come again.
