The room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in Ginza, surrounded by drugstores, and there are tons of restaurant choices right next door. The cleanliness was just okay, though; the shower had a bit of an odd smell when I first went in. Everything else was pretty good. They don't stock cotton swabs in the room, so you have to ask at the front desk for them, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the gym didn't have a huge variety of weights, but the equipment was pretty comprehensive, so you could get a basic workout for all muscle groups.

The room is spacious enough, and the breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's sufficient to fill you up. The price is entirely due to the excellent location. The location truly is fantastic; you can walk to many places nearby. The downsides are that it's expensive and, apart from the gym, there aren't many other public facilities.

The room was just average. The service was terrible! They treated Chinese guests horribly, but were incredibly friendly to Westerners. They gave Chinese guests a cold shoulder the entire time! This hotel is on par with a 300 RMB domestic budget hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for Chinese guests!

The hotel location is in the middle of the Ginza, and we love this place. The check-in process took less than 2 minutes, which was amazing in terms of efficiency. Rooms are very clean, and breakfast is good. The set lunch is great here; you must try it out. We will definitely come back again. Upon check-out, we leave our luggage here and return from our last-minute shopping in Tokyo before proceeding to Henda International Airport.

I've booked this hotel multiple times because of its convenient location, right in the heart of Ginza. However, there's an older, very tall male staff member who is consistently cold and completely lacking in customer service. He even gives you dirty looks, which makes for a very unpleasant experience.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to transportation and services. The room was clean, well maintained, and spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. The stay was very comfortable, and I would definitely recommend it, especially for families and travelers.

A comfortable hotel with a Japanese and stylish concept. Cheap for a location in Ginza. It is new and very clean and beautiful. Is breakfast the only negative point to be a Pronto at the intersection next to Kabuki-za?
Is the room originally assigned defective in air conditioning?
It was cold and I was able to respond properly to the room change.
I am using the Tobu Three Brothers Hotel in Higashi-Ginza, but I would like to stay here again.
The conclusion is a good hotel.
