Great location, convenient for traveling by train and metro surrounding by many attractive places. I do recommend this hotel.

The check in service was excellent and front desk staff very friendly and professional. The room was a bit small but had a kettle and fridge. Bed was very comfortable and big screen TV was above the bed. Breakfast was very nice with ample small dishes and coffee. Had a very pleasant stay highly recommended.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, though it's a bit of a walk from the train station. It's close to food options, the room was clean, and the staff were very attentive.

Room is compact with all necessary features. Relatively modern, very clean, tidy and well organised. A flat walk from UENO station, in a direction that is away from all the hustles and bustles of Ameyoko that keeps it comparatively quiet.

Sound-proofing is average. Can still hear people walking on the corridor and neighbour talking if they are on the loud side.

I like the udon served for breakfast!

The location is about 500 metres from Ueno station. The staff are friendly and I always use APA Hotel and fir me it's a good hotel.

A good place to stay. Very close to Ueno Station. The room isn’t very spacious, but it’s clean and comfortable

Room space arrangement is pretty compact, good location for Ueno Park's museums, zoo, restaurants. A little bit far from the Ueno station, but price is reasonable in the working days.
