This feels like a decent budget hotel. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. The price is even cheaper than the Toyoko Inn next door. It's about a 15-minute walk from Ueno JR Park Exit, and there are many local restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining.

Overall, I'm satisfied. The location is great, close to the subway station, about a 5-7 minute walk. A highlight is the supermarket downstairs (it's a restaurant supply store, so many food items are cheap). If you head towards Tokyo Tower and cross one intersection, you'll find lots of local eateries and izakayas. Overall, it's good, and the breakfast is excellent.

The location is great, very close to Ueno Zoo, art museums, museums, and science museums, as well as the JR subway station. There's a supermarket downstairs, and the breakfast is decent. The sleeping environment is good, but they provide very few toiletries.

The hotel breakfast was surprisingly good, exceeding expectations. The room was clean and tidy.

There's an elevator from the south exit of the subway station, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the hotel! The front desk staff are mostly Southeast Asian. Breakfast was good. It's really convenient for food and shopping around here! I highly recommend the Torimichi Brewery next door! Their yakitori is only 100 yen a skewer!

Houses around Ueno aren't exactly cheap, but luckily Japan's rail network is excellent, so I chose this place for its good value for money. The room itself wasn't particularly special or noteworthy. The sky in Japan is so blue, and the houses are small. This is my second time in Japan, and it didn't feel as great as the first time – I'm not sure if it's due to the global economic downturn or if I just booked the hotel too late. Nevertheless, my kids had a blast! They went to Disney, Universal, and the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio Tour. Oh, and we also visited a museum.

Facilities: Newly built hotel, well-equipped, very new and convenient.
Hygiene: Very clean. Both the bathroom and room hygiene are excellent.
Environment: The hotel is quite large with many rooms.
Service: Exceptional, they even have a hotel butler.

On the main road and super near to the Uguisudani JR line, making transportation super easy and safe. I also got a free upgrade to a double room, which was really big for Japanese standards. Loved that their breakfast was extensive. So many choices of Japanese style breakfast. Their front desk was also very courteous and nice. Would definitely stay here again
