Beyond expectations, the room was incredibly spacious. In a city like Tokyo where space is at a premium, I could actually spread out my luggage and organize it. They even provided disposable slippers (usually they're reusable). The location is also excellent, making it very convenient for getting around.

For just over 400 yuan, you get a view of Tokyo Tower in Minato Ward, and it's only a 3-minute walk from the subway station. What more could you ask for?! The hotel is quite old but clean and quiet, and the front desk service is excellent. They even held our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and delivered it directly to our room. I'd definitely stay here again, hopefully the price doesn't go up!

The room was pretty good, just a bit old. It's a bit far from JR, but the subway station is very close. Overall, it's still a great place. My friend said the set meal they ordered at lunch was also delicious! 😃

Facilities: Japanese hotel rooms are generally small, but they have everything you need, including a mini-fridge, which is very convenient.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but it was a super satisfying stay.

Although the breakfast was quite simple and very Japanese, with miso soup, rice, natto, salad..., it was the same every day. But that's okay, I actually quite like that kind of breakfast.

Cleanliness: The room was cleaned thoroughly every morning, and they even refilled the water kettle.

Service: During my stay, a friend sent me something. I told the front desk in advance to help receive the package, and to my surprise, they delivered it directly to my room and even arranged it neatly. So Japanese indeed! (The photo I took myself is a bit crooked).

Environment: You can see the Tokyo Tower. Since I was on a business trip, I didn't have time to wander around, but it was still enjoyable to see this view when returning to the hotel at night.

There's a FamilyMart nearby, and a 7-Eleven a little further down. Restaurants might be a bit further away, but not too far. It's very close to Shiba-koen Station, but there's no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, I recommend going to Daimon Station instead, which has an elevator. It's about a 15-minute walk from there and offers direct access to Haneda Airport (the express train is super convenient, taking only a little over ten minutes to get to Haneda Airport).

Great value for money! The sheets were clean and hygienic. It was super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Tokyo Tower is within walking distance, and there's a Lawson and FamilyMart nearby. The subway station is just a few minutes' walk away.

I booked this hotel the moment Lady Gaga tickets went on sale, and it was a great deal. Getting to and from the Tokyo Dome was super easy, just a direct ride on the Mita Line. This is a very formal, old-school Japanese business hotel, and it clearly has a long history, as they also host weddings and corporate events. Despite its age, it's remarkably well-maintained. The biggest surprise was the Tokyo Tower view – with the impeccably clean windows and Tokyo's clear winter air, both day and night offered a spectacular panorama of Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park. Plus, the room was quite spacious for Tokyo standards, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Tip: Don't forget to hang your 'Do Not Disturb' sign at night, otherwise, they'll knock on your door before 9 AM to ask about cleaning.

Overall, the room was quite good, and what I liked most was the abundance of large mirrors. The mirror in front of the desk was very convenient for makeup, and there was also a full-length mirror by the door to check my overall outfit. The room wasn't particularly small; there was more than enough space to lay out a suitcase. The carpeted floor made it quiet, and I couldn't hear any noise at night, which was great for sleeping. The transportation was also very convenient; I could walk to Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park for photos. Most of the necessary transportation stops were within a 15-minute walk. There were also many convenience stores nearby, with a FamilyMart just a stone's throw away.

Only the first day here, travelling with 2 young adult kids. Having a great time. The hotel is much better suggested by previous reviews. Staying at West building. Awesome ski in and out. Not the best buffet I've had but there's great variety.

Solid choice for the price. Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, and helpful front desk. Nothing fancy but met all our needs. A reliable option overall.

The hotel has a charming, old-fashioned vibe. While the facilities look a bit dated, everything works perfectly, and the cleanliness is excellent.
