Was a great stay as we had a complimentary upgrade. Eventhough it was only for a night the room was also ver spacious and across the street there are popular cocktail bars too

Rooms felt abit old, however location is really ideal if you have an early bus ride out from shinjuku. Staffs were friendly nonetheless.

This hotel is ideal for both business and leisure. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was very reliable. I was impressed by the quiet atmosphere of the room, which allowed for a restful night.

The location is a bit of a walk if you're heading to the shops in Shinjuku, but the price is really good.

This hotel is super close to Shinjuku Station, about a 5-minute walk from the South Exit, and it's very easy to spot. Getting here from Narita is also quite convenient; I took the Skyliner to Nippori and then transferred to the Yamanote Line, which took about an hour and a bit in total.

The area around the hotel is bustling with so many affordable food options, you'll be spoiled for choice!

It's an excellent base whether you're heading to Mount Fuji the next day or using it as a starting point to explore Tokyo.

For Shinjuku, the hotel room size is actually quite decent. I could easily open up my 28-inch suitcase, which is a real rarity in this area.

The hotel is within walking distance from Shinjuku Station. Best to walk outside the streets to get to the hotel, as it’s quite confusing to navigate within the station.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was excellent with convenient transportation. Highly recommended.

Carpet in the room is dusty, on the conner and under the bed is not proper clean.
Room is hot air. Need to adjust temperature room by use cool air by open the window. The noise from the road will annoy you.
