HOTEL Tokyo Trip Ueno Nishi Nippori in Tokyo

Very convenient location, close to 2 train stations one of which has a direct line to Narita. Of course with such proximity there would be noise which is expected. Rooms with tatami are quite large by Tokyo hotel standards.
Reception staff are fluent in Japanese and English which was very helpful. There is a lack of staff due to size of hotel so when we had a towel missing we had to collect from reception.
Chinese cleaning staff was occasionally speaking loudly on his phone
Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great.
There are notices saying they will come into your room to clean even if not requested for after 3 days but in our experience, if we did not request then basically the rooms would not be cleaned.
We tried washing clothes using their machines but clothes did not dry despite additional time in the dryer.
All in all a good place to stay.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Nishi-Nippori Station and Nippori Station, making it extremely easy to travel to and from Narita International Airport.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was enough space to fully open luggage, which I really appreciated — especially when traveling with bigger bags. I was genuinely impressed with this stay.

Since the hotel is near the train lines, you can hear the sound of trains passing by. However, it becomes much quieter late at night and didn’t disturb sleep too much.

Another plus is that there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so it’s easy to find something to eat at any time.

The room is spacious and clean and big enough for 2 people with 2 suitcases. The location is near the train station. Aeon convenience store is just a few steps away.

I love the surrounding as it's not busy. There are many restaurant around the area too.

7 nights stay in Hotel Tokyo Trip was amazing - strategic location close to JR railway, great staffs (esp manager Manda who is friendly and speaks English very well), great varieties of restaurants nearby and not forgetting free amenities / coffee / ice cream / water / biscuits!
Overall, great experience!

Just checked out this morning after a seven-night stay. Overall, it offered good value for money. It's very close to Nishi-Nippori Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dinner very convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly. My child lives near Akado-shogakko-mae Station on the Toden Arakawa Line, and among the hotels in that area, this one offered the best value. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit in two months.

Free ice cream in the lobby and nice cheap deal for double room booked on the same day

The hotel is very close to the subway station, less than a 5-minute walk, which makes getting around super convenient. The hygiene and service are both good, and the front desk staff can all speak Chinese. However, the hotel is also very close to the railway, so there's a lot of train noise during the day when trains pass frequently. It's much better at night though.

The location is convenient, but the facilities are a bit old. It's right in the triangular area of the JR Nishi-Nippori station tracks. The cleanliness and service are decent, meeting Japanese standards, though it can be quite noisy. The price is what it is, I guess.

Very clean and cozy hotel, convenient location (metro lines, keisei skyliner), helpful staff. Very good place to stay
