The hotel is massive.. meaning we had to walk far to reach on room. There was also a conference there meaning lots of people. The location is quite far from transport. The walk back from shinagawa station is all up hill. Nevertheless we had a good stay..

My experience was exceptional, thanks to the incredible services! The staffs went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect. Coupled with the outstanding quality and stunning locations, I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately we cannot experience the breakfast this time, will definitely manage to try it next time! This trip deepens my appreciation and I cannot wait to return for more!

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.

The rooms are a bit dated, but the service is really good. It's very close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to walk everywhere. Plus, there's a large 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient.

The room in Tokyo was super spacious, and having a small balcony was fantastic, with a direct view of Tokyo Tower – the scenery was beautiful. Takanawa used to be a transportation hub, so having subway lines on both sides makes getting around incredibly convenient. The restaurant is also great, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs right in the hotel, so it basically has everything you need for convenience.

The room was spacious and bright, with a stunning tower view from the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors. Daily housekeeping promptly replenished toiletries. There's a 7-Eleven on the basement floor and a Mont-bell across the street. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

We like Prince Hotels so we come and stay one of the Prince hotels 2-3 times a year. We know that Prince hotels have been one of the traditional hotels in Japan for long time so it’s a bit old and we can see that inside building is a bit old…but we like the good service and locations.
However this time I was a bit disappointed with the hygiene of this hotel since we realised that cleaning wasn’t done properly. Realised that spider’s silk thread was dangling from the ceiling…and also saw that a Japanese teabag’s package was torn and bathroom cleaning wasn’t clean enough when we entered…

Prince Hotels are classic and I thought we can expect the high hygiene level for rooms but I was a bit disappointed although stuffs at the reception are lovely.

Positive thing we experienced this time was a lady who handled check-in was lovely and kind we could see her hospitality spirit by the way she handled the check -in.

The garden outside was beautiful with leaves of changing colour and it was absolutely pleasant to be at the garden.

Hope cleaning condition can improved and will be able to enjoy a plesant stay in the future.
