The mattress was of poor quality, the bedside table was covered in dust and stains and hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom was small and had hair left in it. The ventilation ducts periodically vibrated and hummed at night, disrupting sleep. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but the facilities were outdated and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory. I never review hotels, but this one is highly recommended.

It's only a 5-minute walk from Keisei Ueno, and it's very convenient to Narita Airport. The owner is also very friendly. The room is the style of a general Japanese inn, although not big, but clean and tidy, small but complete.

Big room, inexpensive price compared to other hotels nearby. There is no elevator, but there is no problem because the building has only a few floors. Good location, about 500 meters from the shopping area. There are Lawson, 7-11 stores. And other convenience stores are not far away, just a few minutes' walk away.

near train station, inexpensive price.

Tiny guest room as described in the website. We stayed in a twin bed room. Hotel is overall old and old-fashioned. But location is very convenient, only 3 minutes walk from Ueno train station. Breakfast was included in room rate which was quite good. Service was good.
