Visible from the windows of the house in which I live! I was not in it, but I was, not once, next to a cafe and Sberbank. The very center of the left bank! Everything is nearby. Knowing the competition in this market segment, I can say with confidence that everything is on the level there! This is confirmed by young people who are constantly entering and leaving the hostel, and the price is very affordable...

We booked a room for 1 day. We arrived in the evening. We were greeted by very welcoming and friendly people, the administration of the Hostel. They offered coffee, tea and a cozy room. Very clean. Shower and toilet are common, but also very clean. In the morning fed breakfast. I liked everything very much! We recommend the Hostel to everyone! All this at very affordable prices!

Clean rooms but I the lady at the desk didn't pay much attention to the guests. Hotel rules are quite ridiculous - doors close at 11p.m. + showers are free only for a couple of hours. Also I'm disappointed they didn't take a photo of our group :-((

good value for money while staying in astana. walking distance to bayterek and almost all other places. i walked to bayterek to opera and shan katyr, but of course i took taxi back for 400 tenge which is just more than a dollar only.

Friendly staff during the day. The residents are questionable. Several rude men attempted entry of the ladies' room. Also saw men in the common areas in nothing but their underwear. There is also harassing of a female traveler every time she is on her way to the toilet or shower.

The rooms are absolutely ok, beds comfortable, a wardrobe, fan... Wi-fi working well. Toilet is only one for the whole apartment, but it wasn't a problem during our stay. Two showers. Kitchen with all equipment and hot drinking water. All clean. When somebody is speaking in the kitchen, you can hear it very clearly in your room (even though our room wasn't next to the kitchen), so it was a bit disturbing...

At the beginning we were about to put 5 starts, the hostel it’s cosy, clean and the family it’s really nice…but during the first night he had water dripping from the walls and we couldn’t sleep that’s wasn’t their fault but im talking about our experience. And also I put another less start because the day we left the housekeeper it was really rude rushing all the time, taking our sheets and towels...

It's 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to any bus station. Near to any grocery store and I did walked twice from the hostel to the center even if it is snowing as I wanted to see the place. It will take you more or less 20 minutes walking. The owner is very kind and response to my chat, whatsapp, message anytime of the day. So this is really a nice hostel.

Very comfortable rooms, spacious hall and clean bathrooms. Wifi signal is good. But what is the best about the hostel are its hosts! They are lovely people! It's really a FAMILY hostel. Additionally the lady speaks English so it's easy to communicate. The hosts have also a beautiful cat :) Totally recommend it.

Were in this hostel last week. Everything is simple and cozy. Cleaning is done every day. We liked it, and the residents themselves are positive and not noisy. It is impossible to drink and smoke indoors, which is a big +. Because I would not want to live next to drunken guests.

This hotel is very affordable and so close to downtown... I think is the cheapest in the area too plus the food and service there is good the managers are really nice and helpful .. I enjoyed staying there I would come back again and taste that breakfast and spend the good time with the homies.

We have been staying in this hostel for 8 days in bedroom for two persons. We liked it close to downtown and around hostel everything you need, restaurant and big park. Very clean place, light, comfortable and else hostel manager speaking English and helped us with all information about Almaty and where to go to see beautiful places. We enjoyed Almaty and people there!

We stopped at the Harmony Hostel for three days, everything arranged for a low price. Very clean, comfortable and almost in the center of the city, we liked it very much that the attacker was two minutes away. The staff is responsive and you can order food home cooking. I spent a couple of nights there in November, middle of the winter in Almaty, pouring rain all day and the house really felt like a hug, warm, comfortable, well kept, cosy, clean. A lovely woman runs the place, very helpful and welcoming. The beds and bed linen are of excellent quality unlike most hostels in Central Asia. 3/5 The exterior of the hostel looks nice and there is secure gate and ample parking for motorbikes, bicycles and cars. The location is also generally pleasant and is only 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and monument park. The kitchen was also comfortably sized and clean. Honestly though. This is the most depressing hostel I've ever been too in my life. The curtains in the lobby are always closed...

I've never slept in a shared room before and couldn't have chosen a better place! The hostel itself is extremely clean (spotless! I was amazed!), safe and comfy. I loved the homely atmosphere and staff - Olga was exceptionally helpful and friendly :)

Nice guest house, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, courtyard, summer kitchen, courtyard for cars. For picky guests - everything is fine, for those who are looking for every speck of dust, impatient of random cockroaches - perhaps they will not like something. But in the end, a good guest house, I recommend.

Location!!! It’s on perfect place. A walking distance from Mausoleum,restaurants and bus stop. The stuff was extremely nice and professional. Place itself was cozy and pretty cheap. Even got free breakfast :) I highly recommend this place!

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, our room had a nice balcony with a view of the mountains. Hotel staffs are very responsive for any queries you may have. The guy at the reception was very nice and explained everything to us upon checkin and offered us discount vouchers for the ski pass. The location was amazing. The people were really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We were able to get an English speaking ski instructor ( from the ski school) who was very patient. I would advise if you want an instructor to try book early because the skiing area does close at 5. This place is so worth visiting
