The room was very clean and spacious, with complete facilities. The hairdryer was a bit heavy and made my arm tired, and the bathroom door didn't seal well, causing water to leak onto the floor. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay here again next time.

The front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave me a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. It was huge, split over two floors, with a kitchen and a gym – everything you could ask for. The views were fantastic, and the location was absolutely unbeatable. Downstairs was really lively, and it's right next door to Pavilion. Overall, a really great stay. The breakfast at the third-floor restaurant had a wide variety, and the fruit pie was delicious! 😋

Booked a club access room for my son's birthday located on 32nd floor. Room seriously need refurbishment. Water from toilet bowl bidet was leaking the toilet was flooding the next morning. Room a/c also not cold, 16c is like 22c. Foods at the club lounge was so so. Pls improve. For the price it's not worth the experience im a Marriot Bonvoy member and i'm dissapointed. The only good thing was your helpful staffs and the location

Was a bit disappointed with the room reservation service. Though we informed early about our request of connecting room and elderly travelling with us, we got check in at only 6pm. However, they did make it up with some additional services.

Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was good, though the room lighting was a little dim and the toilet and bed felt slightly old and could benefit from an update.

Great dinner experience with ex colleagues last week..I must say Chef Ricky Parlanti cooking still the best in the Klang valley for Italian cuisine..

Lunch was great despite slightly under seasoned (I had aglio oglio, the truffled roasted chicken was awesome)! However, I would like to see more poultry and creative vegetarian choices on the menu in the future. Tiramisu is the best i had in KL so far!!

I was here for lunch buffet. about 50dishes. it was nice, the place was spacious. We were seated in a more private area to celebrate a birthday. staff are friendly and attentive. food taste good. alcohol served.

Breakfast was at Shook. The spread of the breakfast is nice. There is a nice freshly squeeze juice bar. The egg dept do have egg benedict. Overall good breakfast area.

Pricier end of Japanese food and quality is good, slightly better than average. The sets are ok and the ala carte choices are on higher end prices as well. Serving size is sufficient but could be more generous.
