The Westin Kuala Lumpur

Location was great. Surrounded by many mall, all within walking distance.

Great location if you love pavilion and Bukit Bintang, lounge access is a good bonus

Nice Big room we do book a Club suite but funny that we got a suite but not on the club floor. But any way the key card still can used to go to club lounge.
We stay 8 night . On 30 floor room is big with 2 wc in room Bed are comfortable amenities is not a Westin standard. Food was just Ok not that good.
Service was ok . Swimming pool was to cool even the weather was 32 c but the water in Pool is just 22-24 . Location is the best. But a bit Noisy even midnight all Supercar come an drive very loud. At night from 23:30-03.00 hard to sleep for some one I sure.View from my room is very Nice specially at night.

Location of the hotel was excellent and a short walk to popular malls, but unfortunately the service fell short of expectations from any other Westin/Marriott hotels. We arrived early and were informed that our room assigned for the 27th floor wasn’t ready yet and assisted us to check in first and asked us to return around 1PM.
However, when we came back closer to 2PM, a different staff member who seemed less welcoming than the rest assigned us to a room on the 22nd floor instead. While we didn’t mind the lower floor, since higher floor levels aren't guaranteed, we had requested not to have a corner room. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was at the very end of a long hallway, the most “corner” room possible. We were eventually reassigned to a room on the 19th floor.
Another issue we encountered was the long waiting time when we requested for their firmest pillow. It took over 20 minutes for the pillow to arrive, and it ended up being the softest one. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to get the correct pillow, that’s us waiting at least half an hour for a simple request.
Overall it was still a great stay, but there could be improvement in their service.

We had a great stay at the westin , the room was spacious and clean with a great view, gym was well equipped and Rajesh the manager was always on hand to assist and ensure we had a great stay.

Disappointed with the front desk reception; not appealing even though we have to wait for 2 hours for our rooms to be ready despite calling and email them in advance that we would like to have a swift check in. Swimming pool was not clean. A lot of leaves in the pool and salt water. Thus we were not able to bring our 2 year old to the small pool. I hope that Westin will uphold their 5 star rating hotel and really need to improve their services.

We had a short and sweet 3 day trip .
The hotel provided early check in which was very nice.
The concierge staff and reception staff were very cordial..
We booked the one bedroom suite with loungue access..
The lounge services were quite nice
The location was spot on and we had an easy time commuting.
