The hotel room is spacious, and the service is great! The best part is its excellent location, right opposite KL Sentral! You can easily walk there following the signs. From KL Sentral, it's convenient to take the subway anywhere!

Location: Staying at KL Sentral was perfect for us as we needed to catch the Airport Express and trains. We could easily grab a ride anywhere, and the distance was reasonable for the price.
Breakfast: The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast spread with plenty of Southeast Asian and Western options – you can truly indulge. I'm not sure why some reviews found the breakfast lacking. On a morning when we had an early flight and no time for breakfast, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a full take-out meal for each of us, which was incredibly considerate.
Service: They also have Chinese-speaking staff who were patient, thorough, and responsible in their communication. Upon check-in, we received complimentary coffee vouchers for the illy in the lobby, and the coffee was excellent.
Facilities: The hotel's decor is a little dated, but it didn't really bother us. It would be perfect if some of the less noticeable areas were cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

5 star hotel located at KL Sentral. Got a connecting bridge to the KL Sentral and the room is spacious. The breakfast also really good.

The staff is friendly and approachable. The room is clean and hygienic. I love the view. The location of the hotel is accessible to many vicinities. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The customer service was great. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the buffet breakfast which had less variety compared with other similar price range hotels.

The room was not fully prepared upon arrival, as slippers were missing, and an empty coffee sachet was left on the tabletop. Additionally, I noticed a significant amount of hair on the rug, despite it being black.
I would like to highlight that, as a Muslim, I use the rug for prayer (in addition to placing my own prayer mat). Cleanliness in this area is therefore particularly important to me. I have stayed at many hotels and usually do not encounter this issue.
Lastly, I would like to mention an experience at the breakfast hall. One of the staff members, wearing a chef’s hat, appeared stressed or tired. When I politely asked for my sandwich to be cut, there was no verbal acknowledgment or basic courtesy, such as a smile or a simple “sure.” While I understand that staff may have personal challenges, friendliness and professional courtesy are standard expectations in hospitality and could benefit from improvement.

Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely room, good size, amenities in the room were great, the shower gel smelt amazing.
Pool was a good size with slide, jumping platform and jacuzzi.
The breakfast was one of the best I have had during a stay anywhere, great selection and staff.
If in KL and using KL Sentral this is the place to stay. Such easy access to the MRT and shops.
