Hotel is very strategically located. But uses old carpet that gives off some smell as you enter it. I got used to the smell eventually. Other than that, breakfast is just nice. Staffs are amazing and accommodative. Amenities are basic.

Everything was great at property and excellent location, some construction going on building next to it, but overall all good

Property had great location and view of the Angel. The only complaint is thin walls and floors, but it is tolerable. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is very convenient, the room is small, the breakfast is poor, indeed the breakfast is not good.

It have a good location, its is in the interlomas area (and there are few hotels there) however it is close to Bosques de las Lomas and even Santa Fe, so great location. The hotel is in the top of a little and exlusive mall, so great options for food…

Extremely poor breakfast cold buffet. The only day I ordered a la carte the service was disastrous, although the food was good. Housekeeping is spotty, one of the days of my stay they did not leave clean towels, but took away the dirty ones. All in all not the best maintained of managed property I've been in lately.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Spa hotel, it was clean, well kept, and safe. The ocean view was pretty but the beach was more of a harbour beach as other reviews have said, not really for swimming. Pool was very nice but lots of seagulls. The Ocean Spa Hotel was clean, affordable and nice for smaller scale hotel. It was wonderful to be on the beach side of the zona hotel , it was close to transportation to Isle Mujeres and public transit stops. The buffet had great food and the ala carte restaurants were good to try something different. It would have been nice to have access to the included activities of bicycles, paddle boards...

This was a nice place. Very mellow and quiet. Reminds me more of a family kinda place with kids. Food was not the best. I left every meal hungry still. Everything was great. A little outdated but worth the money. Other thing is they should mention you can not go in the beach water at this resort which ******.

Great stay at Fiesta Inn Express. The location is excellent, safe location , with easy access to activities, restaurants, and everything needed both day and night. It offers very good value for the price, with most facilities above average for a budget hotel. Basic amenities are convenient and practical. Bedding is acceptable. Overall, a comfortable and affordable choice that I would recommend.

The window cannot be opened. I guess Chinese people are not used to it. The towels are black. It is best to bring your own towels and toiletries. Checking in 3 o'clock in advance will be charged extra

The hotel is very well located; you can take public transportation right across the street to get to the historic center or the Bellas Artes. The staff is very attentive, and the hotel is very clean. The hotel has parking, but it costs an additional 120 MXN per night. This is not mentioned on the website or when booking.

Excellent location, we were upgraded to a master suite (probably a lucky break), and the buffet and drinks were good and varied. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

The buffet food was delicious. It was a shame there weren't many specialty dinner options besides the buffet. Overall, the staff were friendly. I really appreciated the free room upgrade. Both the pool and the ocean were well-maintained and pleasant. However, the hotel's location is a bit poor for watching the sunrise. It's good value for money.

I loved it was great for one night had a lot of fun. I liked the other places around the area but this was a bargain price. Good if you like it lowkey and the morning buffet and that is pretty good but more variety would have been good but I’m not picky. I think it shares a beach with temptation. The room is large, the hotel layout is reasonable, and the bathroom is great. 👍🏻 It's just that the English at the front desk is not good, and the quality of the waiters is not high. I kept hearing knocking on the door early in the morning, and they were knocking on every door.

Nice place to sleep, but rooms are too small. It lacks mini-fridge & microwave, both being a nice plus. Rooms lack iron (I think that's basic for business travel). TV was only local, couldn't connect my devices for streaming or using YouTube. Nice set of restaurants outside (same building) & the convenience store is a life saver. Near of it there is a decent mall.

It's good for a night or two. Basic but comfy and with breakfast included. The bees option for a fast business trip.

Overall the hotel is nice. Where it falls down it the breakfast. The food is edible, but not great. There is room for much improvement. I have stayed at multiple One Hotels, and this has the worst breakfast of all I have stayed in. A second point is the noise from the highway. Get a room on the back side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper

Excellent staff and accomodations.

I think I have stayed at this property maybe four or five time, only one stay was not so great. I had a room that faced the highway, and the truck noise kept me up. After that I always took a room on the opposite side, something the staff was always happy to help with, and I slept like a baby.

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial zone so a bit of traffic is nearby. Nothing unsettling.

Clean & spacious. Bathroom was clean just wish they left enough towels for the amount of people we had booked the room for. Food was great just wished it was warmer

The room that I reserved was not available, I reserved two bed room, and they gave me a one small bed room and facilitated kindly an extra bed.

I stayed here for the location. The only downside was the food I ordered in my room I ordered dinner and it looked like a small portion for the price I paid. Also the coffee wasn't changed the last night I was there. Other than that, everything was good.

Stayed there a number of years back. They took great care of us. Located walking distance to a lot of where we wanted to visit.

Great location, but it's old and falling apart. Torn curtains, mold in the grout in the bathroom, only one bath towel and no hand towels or wash clothes, no fridge, no coffee, just the basics.

The bathroom had a water leak, a small cockroach came out of the shower drain, the mattresses are very old and watery. Out of 4 people they only gave us 2 towels.

There is no window that can be opened in the room. It is completely closed and can only let in light but not ventilation. The breakfast is good, 7-11 buffet, you can eat enough, eggs, vegetables, etc. But overall it is a budget hotel

The breakfast was a buffet, with pancakes, yoghurt, cereal, bread, fruits, eggs, sausages, bacon, juices, coffee and tea. You always had a good start to the day. Nearby is a huge shopping mall, lots of stores. Easy to drive from here to other areas inthe city. Always an empty spot for your car. The room is top notch, and so is the services.

Bed is comfortable, but they advertised falsely a refrigerator in the room and double charged my card, and kept the deposit hold for 3 days.

All was great, just the area is not the best, but, not hotels blame at all.

It was very noisy at night you could hear the cars driving by.

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was a bit too soft for me. Breakfast is basic and the same every day. When we came back from a trip in the afternoon, there were no towels left for the pool ?!

We got upgraded to a big and fine apartment, with very comfy bed, rooms serviced every day. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. When weasked for a pot or kettle to boil water for tea, we were given an old aluminium pot which was not suitable for the cooker! We experienced the staff in reception as grumpy and not too interested in guests.

It was a nice hotel. The cons are wish the water is warm when taking a shower it was cold water, one of the rooms the bed sheets has stains, and the pool is nice it just needs to be painted you can see the paint is coming off. The people in the front desk weren’t as welcoming:(

Stay was very good , room for as clean, but they barely have warm water, so if your use to a nice warm shower, don’t expect that here.

Great budget accommodation. Everything you would expect from a regular hotel. Everything was clean. The only issue I had was with the body wash and shampoo. I think the bottles basically had the same thing, and they were very low quality. Other than that everything was satisfactory.
