Tulum, Carretera Federal Tulum-Coba km 21.5 🧭 Map
I liked the convenience ans friendly staff. The plumbing needs attention. There is no parking past 8pm.
Service was very good, 24 hours a day. Very attentive, they took care of every detail in the room, everything we needed and when we asked. Located on the city's main avenue, very easy access, also safe. Neighborhood markets very close to the hotel. When we stayed it was being frequented by families.
Village location good if you use crowded collectivo (group taxi/van). Absolutely no services and we were even locked out during the day time. Wasp nest on our door. Cockroach and cigarette butts in lobby. No water pressure. They never cleaned the sheets, trash or towels the whole week. But cheap and a local experience for stories when back home.
They have no control over the TV and the air conditioner is only set to one temperature and you can't change it either; there was no control over the unit.
The bathroom had a strong smell like urine.
The gentleman in charge was not kind at all. He was somewhat rude, and would take his time to accommodate our needs.
TV signal
Generally good for the price, however I think a good TV signal would make it much better.

No refrigerator in room. Towel service did not include wash rags
Room walls aren't the greatest. My neighbor had music going. -- white noise machine works wonders though.
Overall not too far from downtown and Texas Road House.
Their system was down to make keys and properly check reservations. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room.
Would stay again but...
Room was good and clean, however, they only left coffee the first day, when i called to requeat more for the rest of the stay, they said they had no more.
No bottle of waters in the room and I had to go on the hallway to get water from a machine.
They only had half of a toilet paper roll and only put a new one last when i was about to leave.
Towels were old, and only the day...
checkin was a nightmare. Only one person, a very disorganized group and had to wait for a long time for a 3 minute checkin.
the rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable
but the property is in the middle on nowhere, so if you dont have a car is complicated to get to places.
Need lot of improvement in food
Breakfast is not having much options and there was no identification for dish also. Lot of mosquitoes are roaming around the counters also.
2nd day one dish was supposed to be sweet as day 1 but it was sour. They simply removed the dish with no replacement.
Also order pasta and pizza that also not up to the mark of Domino’s
Make a written complaint at reception during...

Nice place to stay, I liked the breakfast and rooms are in good conditions
HAY MUCHO RUIDO POR QUÉ AFUERA HAY UN ANTRO
All good little noise from outside but nothing serious
Overall it was good for the price. The bad things. The air conditioning was not working on the room, a technician come and check it, and notify there was no solution. After some hesitations, he reluctantly offer a second room, and the air worked on this one properly. The towels were in really bad shape. The hotel need to renew the towels desperately, they are rotten and old. The breakfast was ok. ...
The hotel very good, ******* not good, they refuse to provide an invoice acceptable for mexican taxes
Considering the cost, overall it was great. The one thing that was inconsistent, that I really needed, was the wifi service. It was very slow, and much of the time was spent 'buffering'. As I only stayed overnight, it wasn't a life or death issue, but it would have been nice.

The bathroom window wouldn't close, making it noisy throughout the night. The showerhead was faulty, and the hot water pressure was poor. The furniture probably needs some repairs as well.
It was okay, nothing special but it got the job done.
The room felt dated, and the water boiler was quite noisy, especially at night. The doors also have poor sound insulation, so footsteps and conversations from the corridor are clearly audible.
Big and clean pool; decent food; good location
Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again
Nice ,clean hotel , located 15 min from Langusta Beach, my room was good, air conditioner works, good Wi Fi, good bedding
Excellent deep swimming pool, with plenty of beach beds
Good simple buffet breakfast
Stuff is supportive
I would recommend this hotel

This is a great hotel and location! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it highly!
The room was great (only flag is they have more of a make up fridge rather than an actual mini fridge.) the staff was super helpful and I would definitely come back!
Excellent hotel located in the center of Colonia Roma. Safe neighborhood, variety of dining options, friendly staff and close to major important locations in Mexico City. Rooms are modern, very clean, with many amenities and overall safe.
Clean room, location, and the staff very kind. I was assigned a room. without window which for me it is.a big.no. I want to thank Paola at the front desk for her prompt assistance changing my room. I also want to thank Carlos at the.bar for his kindness.
Perfect location . Safe neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Easy to walk to nearby Condessa which was equally as nice. Staff very friendly, bar was good and so was breakfast
Great location! Felt very safe! Clean rooms, friendly staff

Honestly, I found the hotel pretty average. The surrounding area didn't seem to have anything new or particularly impressive, and the overall integration felt quite ordinary. Next time, I'll probably try a different hotel.
How should I put it? There's not much to say about the hotel itself. This place felt very average, and I didn't particularly like it. I probably won't stay here again next time. Hopefully, I'll find a much better hotel next time.
Too few choices for breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet location, but convenient to nearby attractions.
I like this place, it's in a safe area
Very good, convenient transportation
They didn't have enough parking for each room, I had to pay a fee to store my vehicle. Because they didn't have any.

Hotel is outdated smells terrible. Food was on not the greatest kind of bland. There is only one elevator which you had to wait forever. The shower was cold I told the front desk couple of times still cold. I should have listened to the negative reviews they are on point. Almost all the staff didn’t speak English which All that together was frustrating especially on vacation. The only thing that was...
This hotel is a 3-star for me. So, it's very expensive for what it is. The building needs a refresh. The rooms don't have toiletries, and the pool is tiny. The beach isn't like the pictures on the website. The air conditioning broke down. In short, I'm disappointed. Because Trip.com advertises it as a 4 or 5-star, I was hoping for at least a minimum level of comfort, especially for the price I paid...
The hotel has good infrastructure and is conveniently located. However, it's advisable to improve the signage, given that it's two connected buildings with somewhat unusual architecture. I found the service to be very good; the food provided is generous and available practically all day; the rooms are clean, as are the facilities in general. It's recommended that the bathrooms be modernized to make...
The only bad thing was that we spilled a drink in the room and there was no one to help us clean it up. We even had to go down to reception to get rags to clean it up.
Is definitely a 2 . Nothing to get excited over. It is like you think it could be for 2.5 hotel. All inclusive means cheap food, cheap food.
Although it is called an all-inclusive hotel, the dining time is not synchronized with the hotel check-in and check-out time. The buffet lunch I booked could not be eaten at all. I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. The hotel ignored it. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent.

Great location, convenient shopping
I didn't take photos but I will give my review from my point of view as an experienced traveler. I think this hotel is very good. They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough...
I liked everything, this is not the first time I’ve stayed here.
The hotel is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by a complete range of restaurants. The room facilities are a bit old, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and the Wi-Fi is stable. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, suitable for business travelers with limited budgets but pursuing practicality.
It's only a 10-minute walk from the tourist attractions. The accommodation is clean and comfortable without too much decoration. The subway station is right in front of the hotel, and the convenience store is across the street. The price-performance ratio is good.

Excellent location and a comfortable and clean room.
The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's right on Reforma Avenue, and we even saw a parade on Saturday. The road was closed on Sunday for what looked like a city-wide fitness event. The area felt very safe, so we could explore without worries. Public transport, including buses and the metro, was super convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic.
I have to start by saying that the location is excellent. Then, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The food is good value and delicious. I definitely recommend it and would return.
The hotel is in a great location, the prices are not that high and the staff is very friendly.
hotel staff and location is good but expensive
Room was small which is OK since I just slept there. Bathroom is not clean - found long dark hair in bathtub after I took shower (I am blond). Customer service is not attentive. And top notch is refrigerator with a lock. And yes I asked for a key and was ready to leave a deposit requested but been ignored. Definitely not 5 star hotel as advertised on their site.

Staff took 20 minutes to talk to us at the registration. There were two ladies at the reception area looking at the PC. Our bedroom’s bathroom had mold and was not very clean there were hair’s o. The floor. Towels were worn and thorn.

I passed through Guadalajara and stayed for one night. The hotel was a little far from the center. There was a traffic jam for half an hour, or ten minutes if there was no traffic jam. I stayed for 4 days in a row, and asked to change to a single room halfway through. The room type 02 was close to the main road, and there was a bar nearby. We didn’t have free breakfast, but for the price was aceptable
Unfortunately,I was there for four nights! There was no hot water. Water in sink got warm, but shower never. They had a sign to conserve water, but you had to run the shower for ten minutes before it barely was warm. After the first day, I ended up taking sponge baths from the sink!
It was across the street from the auditorium Guelaguetza, which is why we went to Oaxaca, so it was perfect! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean they left it every day, I wasn’t expecting them to clean it.
Room was in need of better maintenance. A lot of scuff marks on walls and bed was hard and uneven.
This is my favorite hotel. I love it! Been coming here for 5 years now. I almost don't want to recommend it so there's space available for me whenever I come (I come 10 times a year). The staff is so accomodating. They're just the best.
Low shower pressure, older appliances, still fantastic value and would stay again

It was good, the bedsheets were stained and the furniture worn out, but it wa ok
I’d like to bring to your attention an incident I observed at the breakfast station in the terminal on the 14th morning While ordering an omelet, I noticed that the cook preparing food was using her bare hands to pick up ingredients and mix them with the eggs.
When I politely asked why gloves weren’t being used, the cook responded simply, “I don’t use.” I expressed my concern that this practice...
Safe, clean and friendly staff and always accommodating to my need. That is the reason I always stay at this place during my travel.
I really liked this hotel, much better than the Courtyard next door. The hotel staff was always supportive and everything was clean. The only thing that could do better is the pool and the pool area. Other than that, everything was great.

Second time to choose this hotel
One local convenience store and supermarket are close
Every day breakfast has a nuance, local fruits are great
Reception is friendly
A couple of restaurants are nearby
The room is large with a good view. It is a ten-minute walk from the exhibition center and there is a free shuttle bus.
Very close to the exhibition hall, about 10 minutes walk, airport drop-off service needs to be booked in advance,
Breakfast is just so-so, all local Mexican specialties, I don't understand the food, non-smoking rooms

Good, clean and sanitary, simple breakfast, there is a shuttle bus to the exhibition, just make an appointment in advance
The hotel is nice and the location is very good. It is very close to the exhibition hall and you can walk there if you don't bring anything heavy. The room decoration is average. There is a Korean barbecue across the road, which is recommended. Don't go to the other two restaurants, avoid them.
I booked a twin room, the bed was very big, it looked like a double bed.
The hotel is also very close to the exhibition hall, about 10 minutes walk. There is a shuttle bus to the exhibition.

Nice Hotel Paseo Montejo
It was very nice and very clean. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in with a great view. Close to many restaurants and activities safe to walk, a lot of entertainment we hope will come back soon.

People are friendly. Nice location
The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location.
Clean and tidy, cost-effective, simple to stay in, but there is no refrigerator in the room
This hotel needs renovation. It's located quite well near a shopping center and has good transport links. The breakfast was decent, and the cleanliness was also good.
there were bedbugs in the room. The hotel itself is clean but with bedbugs. Close to the center. We had to fight for breakfast. I have it included, they don't. The first day I spent a long time figuring it out. The breakfast itself is meager. 1 glass of orange juice, a choice of sandwich, eggs and pancakes and coffee. This is not a buffet!
Everything is good, except that the elevator noise is very loud in the rooms next to the elevator entrance. If you are a light sleeper, you will not sleep well at night. But the location, service and hygiene are all very good.

It's a good place to stay if you're looking for something affordable; the overall value for money is decent. However, the place is a bit old, the AC is noisy, and there's a slight odor in the room. As for breakfast, Chinese people probably won't be used to it.
The staff were friendly, but the room condition was not very clean.
The breakfast on 10th floor is reasonably priced and have great views.
The lobby smells bad and the bedding smells bad too.
This hotel is not located in the best area of Polanco.
Another negative point is the breakfast. When it is included in the daily rate, it is quite poor. Almost an insult to guests accustomed to the Wyndham standard in the USA.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel reception are very poor. The room has old carpets and looks dirty.
Overall, I found the cost/quality ratio of this hotel to be poor
It is a tidy and clean hotel, near to Polanco and Museums. The area is safety.
