The only thing I may add, is that the room was very cold at night and the sheets were to slim. I couldn't chance the temperature of the room make it warmer.

Nice people, room wasn’t very clean, sheets were clean everyday. Walls, floors, phone, desk were pretty gross. Also shower didn’t drain water fast enough, smelled like sewer in room.

Very nice hotel and really convenient location to visit the city centre. Wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Design of the parking lot is a bit strange. A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city. Room walls aren't the greatest. My neighbor had music going. -- white noise machine works wonders though. Overall not too far from downtown and Texas Road House. Their system was down to make keys and properly check reservations. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room.

Would stay again but... Room was good and clean, however, they only left coffee the first day, when i called to requeat more for the rest of the stay, they said they had no more. No bottle of waters in the room and I had to go on the hallway to get water from a machine. They only had half of a toilet paper roll and only put a new one last when i was about to leave. the rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable but the property is in the middle on nowhere, so if you dont have a car is complicated to get to places.

The bathroom window wouldn't close, making it noisy throughout the night. The showerhead was faulty, and the hot water pressure was poor. The furniture probably needs some repairs as well.

It was okay, nothing special but it got the job done.

The room felt dated, and the water boiler was quite noisy, especially at night. The doors also have poor sound insulation, so footsteps and conversations from the corridor are clearly audible.

Big and clean pool; decent food; good location

Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again

The most dissatisfying holidayinn I have ever stayed at. It's a bit older, and the hygiene is a bit poor. At around 9 o'clock in the morning, there was a waiter knocking on the door and opening the door, and there was no Do Not Disturb sign. The location is relatively convenient, with McDonald's and KFC just outside the door.

Excellent facilities and service. I really enjoyed the gym and the pool area. The breakfast is included and it is good enough to start the day. There’s a mall in front of the hotel with a lot of things to see. The access to the hotel is quite good and so is its location.

Honestly, I found the hotel pretty average. The surrounding area didn't seem to have anything new or particularly impressive, and the overall integration felt quite ordinary. Next time, I'll probably try a different hotel.

For ac4 star hotel in Mexico I was impressed. The fact that it was a short walk to the bus station will likely have me staying again.

I chose to stay here to catch the early bus. It was very simple. I couldn't even find a mouthwash cup. There was no window in the room, just a vent. I left at 5:30 in the morning and dragged my luggage to the bus stop. Although it was only 500 meters away, I was still a little nervous.

Their location is good, right next to the bus station, so it is very convenient to store your belongings when traveling far away. However, please note that you should keep your valuables with you, as there are many people near the bus station.

Is definitely a 2 . Nothing to get excited over. It is like you think it could be for 2.5 hotel. All inclusive means cheap food, cheap food.

Although it is called an all-inclusive hotel, the dining time is not synchronized with the hotel check-in and check-out time. The buffet lunch I booked could not be eaten at all. I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. The hotel ignored it. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent.

I liked everything, this is not the first time I’ve stayed here.

Breakfast could be better, the juice was not that good and the eggs seemed to be cooked with water instead of oil. The towels weren't that clean, but the rest was impecable. Good service in general.

Staff took 20 minutes to talk to us at the registration. There were two ladies at the reception area looking at the PC. Our bedroom’s bathroom had mold and was not very clean there were hair’s o. The floor. Towels were worn and thorn.

I have no words to describe the service and cleanliness of Los Aluxes. After having a nightmare at another hotel, (which by the way I lost a ton of money but will report it for giving misleading information) I was able to quickly book Hotel Los Aluxes and within a fe minutes and a call to the hotel they welcome us and made us feel at home! Our stay was not that good, every time we went to get our breakfast we were ask again and again about our room . The service for breakfast terrible had to wait to get service. Made it so hard on us since we had a tour and wanted to take advantage of the breakfast.

The hotel is very convenient. Close to the airport and Walking distance to the outlet mall. Service is ok. Receptionist don't speak English well. Great stay if you need to be at the airport the next morning! The hotel room was nice, very clean, and had room service. Free airport shuttle runs every 30 or 45 minutes, even in the middle of the night. Make sure you reserve it for early rather than late because sometimes it is delayed.

Our room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.

Unfortunately,I was there for four nights! There was no hot water. Water in sink got warm, but shower never. They had a sign to conserve water, but you had to run the shower for ten minutes before it barely was warm. After the first day, I ended up taking sponge baths from the sink!

It was across the street from the auditorium Guelaguetza, which is why we went to Oaxaca, so it was perfect! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean they left it every day, I wasn’t expecting them to clean it.

The quilts and sheets in the room were clean, the waiter was nice, and answered all questions. The dining instructions were accurate, and parking was free, and you could drive directly into the backyard. The backyard was quiet and safe. However, there were still some small cockroaches in the bathroom, and the remote controls for the air conditioner and TV in the room were missing.

The hotel is very well located, check-in was quick, the only area for improvement is in the cleanliness as there were cockroaches in our bed when we arrived.

Nice Hotel Paseo Montejo It was very nice and very clean. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in with a great view. Close to many restaurants and activities safe to walk, a lot of entertainment we hope will come back soon.

The location is good, not far from the city center, about 2 kilometers away. The avenue outside the hotel can be used for jogging, making it a holy place for morning jogging.
