Hotel Beverly, Mexico City1 / 22
8.4
Mexico City, Av. Nueva York 301, Colonia Napoles 🧭 Map
The hotel staff is very attentive and provides excellent service. The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality. Rooms are ok.
Cleaning staff did a good job and the restaurant was good for breakfast.
The staff was great and always greeted us with smiles. The room was not good unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The first day, the water heater was not working and we had to shower with cold water, but the next day it was fixed.
The staff were excellent and the food was good. The rooms were ok. The beds are hard which made sleeping uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. Bathroom was small but got the jobs done. Also they don’t sell snacks. They state in the room booklet that they exchange money in the hotel yet they wouldn’t exchange money both times I asked. Disappointing. Other than that the hotel was ok a bit...
The good: Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. They quickly learned my name and room number and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, with plenty of restaurants, stores and public transportation within walking distance. No, no tourist attractions nearby, if that is what you are looking for but public transportation can get you there through Mexico City's traffic...
It is a old hotel but staff is very attentive and friendly. Great location

The room is very old and only has very basic furniture inside. There was even. No chair in our room until we asked. The reception is difficult to communicate in English .
Nice simple no-frills hotel, but please note that if you want to go to the beach club, you will need very early reservation as it is full and only available in the morning
The Location is the only plus here, the check in process was horrible. The stress of the holidays and the inconsistencies of booking errors made us feel on the edge the entire stay. No fridge on the rooms when we secured one for the price, the downgrades gave no refunds or gratuities. When asked to be transferred, they said no straight away and when we start to be firm they wanted us to vacate the...
The service was mediocre, a bit arrogant, and overly focused on business rather than guest experience. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you can avoid it.
There was a bit of a language barrier. However, the facilities were amazing and the location was right next to a big mall with a supermarket, food court, cinema, and a few stores. The breakfast was buffet style with custom omelettes, and the pool was great too.
The hotel is located in the city center, with a large shopping mall within walking distance. There's also a night market nearby, perfect for experiencing local night market culture. It's also easy to get a taxi to the hotel area.

The exterior was okay, it's a rather old hotel. The rooms were so-so, the mattresses weren't very comfortable. We booked three rooms, but one couldn't be refunded because a friend had to come. We changed rooms three times for the other two.
Hotel was ok, dislike that no transportation to and from the airport were available even though it shows it does when booking.
Staying in a castle was an amazing experience for my family and I. Needs some upgrades but overall it was a nice stay.
Big problem with the wifi. No conection to internet for the tv. Clean room, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant, lots of parking.
It is a very cool castle! Staff was not helpful. Coffee was goodbut the french toast was not cooked.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, but it has air conditioning. There's an Oxxo convenience store and a gas station nearby, as well as local food stalls. If you like walking, it's a 20-minute walk to the Callehom del Besos (Street of Kisses). We walked there and everything was fine.

Every time I go to Mexico I have such a great time in the hotel. It’s just part of the experience
I was not offered any VIP benefits, despite staying here several times, and I have informed the front desk every time that I am supposed to receive VIP offers.
The hotel is conveniently located near Route 57, which makes it suitable for business travel. However, the restaurant experience was disappointing. I was directed to a clean table, but it felt like they weren’t expecting any guests—no utensils, no menu, and no staff around for quite a while. Most of the team seemed to be gathered in a corner, not attending to the dining area. I finally decided it was...
The rooms are ok .. but the finish of them is a little underwhelming, loose floor tiles ,water damaged wood surface . The wifi speeds are slow when working . Room keys failed everyday and was a constant pain . There were some good staff . But after the first week I stopped using the restaurant. Wrong orders ,slow service and if I asked a question I was met with a stern "what's my problem " ? I asked...
The hotel is located right on i57, which is an excelent location to tour all of Querétaro. It has great room service, it's clean and the restaurant has a large variety of food and drink to choose from throughout the day.
Elegant, clean. The location by the highway is not my favourite but I guess it might be convenient for some.

Best customer service, rooms maintainly neat. friendly staffs. Salute to Chef and kitchen, prep and servers, food is healthwise and we love it! Shout to the cool bartender, Jesus., Enrique and Manuel on dining. We enjoy our stay, Thank you so much
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Spa hotel, it was clean, well kept, and safe. The ocean view was pretty but the beach was more of a harbour beach as other reviews have said, not really for swimming. Pool was very nice but lots of seagulls. It would been good to have someone constantly serving at the pool to pick up food etc to keep the seagulls away. Staff were all very friendly and helpful...
Overall, a nice place to stay.If you're not expecting too much. The beach area is small and not really what you think of when going to Cancun, it is more like a harbor beach. We only found one bartender that could make good drinks. The restaurants were decent, but the menu descriptions did not always match the food, especially in the dessert section. One comical story was when we ordered a canoli,...
The staff were very considerate and attentive to my specific post surgical dietary requirements. Gracias 🙏
The Ocean Spa Hotel was clean, affordable and nice for smaller scale hotel. It was wonderful to be on the beach side of the zona hotel , it was close to transportation to Isle Mujeres and public transit stops. The buffet had great food and the ala carte restaurants were good to try something different. It would have been nice to have access to the included activities of bicycles, paddle boards...
This was a nice place. Very mellow and quiet. Reminds me more of a family kinda place with kids. Food was not the best. I left every meal hungry still. Everything was great. A little outdated but worth the money. Other thing is they should mention you can not go in the beach water at this resort which ******.

This hotel is on a great location, have access to many of stores and restaurant. This is not a luxurious hotel but a place to sleep. Nice to spend your money on adventures.
Pros: Super close to subway line & Centro historic zone. Great for budget conscious traveller. If you pay this price for this location including free breakfast & pool, you need to accept the problems with the details. Decent pool. Great breakfast including fresh fruit. Room was very clean, excellent staff. A/C very efficient. Would have liked a refrigerator in room.
Room was clean, staff was courteous, location is close to everything and anything. There are several shops, restaurants, and hangouts nearby. You wan walk and feel safe in this area. I would definitely recommend Hotel Santa Lucia! There is no breakfast, so please correct that on the description of your hotel.
Great location and rooms are decent/comfortable enough. Self parking is a pain. Lot is located 4 walk.. if you pay for breakfast is at another hotel. But u would stay there again.
my favorite hotel to stay in Merida. Staff are very nice and helpful. Pool is awesome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Cant beat the location
Great location, no elevator, no offer to help with bags and we are almost 80 years old, no blackout curtains so room was too bright from window by stairs and hallway. Heard talking and walking by room most of the night. Good price for location but wouldn't stay here again.
The bed was so comfortable an clean. The breakfast was good. I didnt get time to watch the tv because i spent most of the time in that soft bed. The shower water was hot it was a surprise. I give it a 10 out of 10 i will go back. Both of the customer service treated me with respect an kindness surprise for me in Merida

Perfect location, hotel is new and good value for money
Still under construction, should be done soon. Switching from Roosevelt to holiday in express.
Was ok, not great The hotel was undergoing a lot of renovation so there was a lot of construction noise during the day. The lobby was under construction and did not look nice at all. The towels we were given in our room looked old and worn, and we were never given enough towels. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and we always had to clean up a large puddle after taking showers.
I booked for 3 days. Everything about the accommodation was great. The area is safe. There's plenty of access to nearby places on foot and to more distant places by car. In this case, there's a metrobus station across the street that connects you to other metro stations.
The rooms are new and comfortable, the common spaces need renewals but I think they are doing them. It has free parking. Very good price and location.
The value of this place is the best I found in the city. Feels like a 4 star hotel for a minimal price. Very clean modern, great water pressure and temperature. High quality towels and linen. Highly recommended!”

Great location within walkig distance to restaurants, stores, and the historic center. The staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend it ans I will be staying here at my next trip to Puebla!
Room was clean. Heating /cooling is shared with other rooms so depending on what demand load is cooling may take precedent if you might desire heating. The location was amazing as it was 3 short blocks to the Zocalo de Puebla, the heart of the Historic Center. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Casa Sabino is an excellent bistro right next door.
The hotel its beautiful with a great location. The only two things i didn't like about it ilwas that you could heard everything through the walls and doors. Location is excellent, outside hotel looks very good , but room are really old and definitely need the renovation. Good for only time stay.
This place is fantastic. The location is perfect and many attractions are walking distance. The hotel has a lovely ambience and the staff were really friendly. The room was big and comfortable. I would recommend this place. We shall be returning
There floor was an even and could see very clearly it was crooked, a bit noise in the morning. Beutiful building outside.
The facilities are a bit old and need remodeling in my opinion, and it's also very noisy with the view of Reforma, since the windows apparently don't have that special rubber to insulate the noise well. That and the noise of the air conditioning were an issue I didn't like.
The hotel is beautiful. Despite its age, it has been very well maintained. The service was also top-notch, with the bellboy and concierge team 100% 10. I will definitely return.
Good location, good hotel. The restaurant has good food and good service. The hotel is just a bit old but still in good condition.

Stayed there a number of years back. They took great care of us. Located walking distance to a lot of where we wanted to visit.
Great location, but it's old and falling apart. Torn curtains, mold in the grout in the bathroom, only one bath towel and no hand towels or wash clothes, no fridge, no coffee, just the basics.
The bathroom had a water leak, a small cockroach came out of the shower drain, the mattresses are very old and watery. Out of 4 people they only gave us 2 towels.
A good and relative cheap hotel if you want to stay in the heart of Mexico city. Just a few walking minutes away from the Alameda Central park. Rooms are ok but i usually found that AC sockets didn't work. So charging phones or computers where a little bit of a pain

Close to the road, not recommended for people with poor sleep!
The hotel is very close to the main road leading to the city. There are many cars coming and going at night, which is quite noisy. The waiter's attitude is very good. Very good value for money, hotel with a good location
Good basic Ibis hotel; daily room service and hotel is clean. In terms of location is at the end of Avenida Montejo, near the Patria monument. So a good hour walk from Centro Storico but you can always enjoy the beautiful houses along the way. Close to a Walmart.
Generally speaking, I can only say
Great place for stays in Merida! It is a bit far from most restaurants. If you stay there make sure to eat at Spanglish. It is a bit hard to find as it is within another restaurant but it was great. Also make sure to look up the Walmart. It’s close. Great for buying water.

The building is old, and the rooms were older than I expected, but they seemed well-maintained. However, three small cockroaches appeared. The shower pressure was weak, which was a hassle, but overall, it's not bad value for money if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's a stylish churro shop nearby, which I recommend for breakfast.
Very attentive staff and excellent location
A little noise in the street-facing room but everything else was excellent
Excellent staff service, good location and clean room
Superb location on a busy and safe avenue. Our room was very clean and quiet on the fourth floor; perhaps a little warm with no a/c but the ceiling fan was enough to palliate it. We had no food in the hotel, but the premises looked clean and well kept. I'll definitely go back.
I have been staying at Hotel Milan on trips to Mexico City since 2005. For the price I think you will struggle to find better. The hotel's location is prime, right across from Expo Guadalajara. Everything else seems pathetic to me.
