The hotel staff is very attentive and provides excellent service. The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality. Rooms are ok.

There was a bit of a language barrier. However, the facilities were amazing and the location was right next to a big mall with a supermarket, food court, cinema, and a few stores. The breakfast was buffet style with custom omelettes, and the pool was great too.

The hotel is located in the city center, with a large shopping mall within walking distance. There's also a night market nearby, perfect for experiencing local night market culture. It's also easy to get a taxi to the hotel area.

The Ocean Spa Hotel was clean, affordable and nice for smaller scale hotel. It was wonderful to be on the beach side of the zona hotel , it was close to transportation to Isle Mujeres and public transit stops. This was a nice place. Very mellow and quiet. Reminds me more of a family kinda place with kids. Food was not the best. I left every meal hungry still. Everything was great. A little outdated but worth the money. Other thing is they should mention you can not go in the beach water at this resort which ******.

The bed was so comfortable an clean. The breakfast was good. I didnt get time to watch the tv because i spent most of the time in that soft bed. The shower water was hot it was a surprise. Was ok, not great The hotel was undergoing a lot of renovation so there was a lot of construction noise during the day. The lobby was under construction and did not look nice at all. The towels we were given in our room looked old and worn, and we were never given enough towels. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and we always had to clean up a large puddle after taking showers.

I booked for 3 days. Everything about the accommodation was great. The area is safe. There's plenty of access to nearby places on foot and to more distant places by car. In this case, there's a metrobus station across the street that connects you to other metro stations.

The rooms are new and comfortable, the common spaces need renewals but I think they are doing them. It has free parking. Very good price and location.

The facilities are a bit old and need remodeling in my opinion, and it's also very noisy with the view of Reforma, since the windows apparently don't have that special rubber to insulate the noise well. That and the noise of the air conditioning were an issue I didn't like.

The hotel is very close to the main road leading to the city. There are many cars coming and going at night, which is quite noisy. The waiter's attitude is very good. The specifications of the hotel are similar to those of Home Inn in China. It is ok to sleep for one night. If you have more requirements, you can change to other hotels.

Good basic Ibis hotel; daily room service and hotel is clean. In terms of location is at the end of Avenida Montejo, near the Patria monument. So a good hour walk from Centro Storico but you can always enjoy the beautiful houses along the way. Close to a Walmart.

Great place for stays in Merida! It is a bit far from most restaurants. If you stay there make sure to eat at Spanglish. It is a bit hard to find as it is within another restaurant but it was great. Also make sure to look up the Walmart. It’s close. Great for buying water.

The room is average, just a place to sleep

The building is old, and the rooms were older than I expected, but they seemed well-maintained. However, three small cockroaches appeared. The shower pressure was weak, which was a hassle, but overall, it's not bad value for money if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's a stylish churro shop nearby, which I recommend for breakfast.

Superb location on a busy and safe avenue. Our room was very clean and quiet on the fourth floor; perhaps a little warm with no a/c but the ceiling fan was enough to palliate it. We had no food in the hotel, but the premises looked clean and well kept. I'll definitely go back.

I have been staying at Hotel Milan on trips to Mexico City since 2005. For the price I think you will struggle to find better.
