The room is adequate and the service is quite friendly, but there are no toiletries in the morning, which is quite inconvenient!

Indeed an old hotel. However the good location, affordable, a big communal area with free flow coffee and tea and free breakfast make up for it. The air conditioning is weak. Breakfast is simple and typical Mexican type. Since is free so don’t ask for too much. Happy to see a water dispenser for us to use. We stayed here for 3 nights as we ppa to do day trips.

It was nice clean rooms they aren’t all updated and nice as in the pictures but still service was great! If looking for a room with a mini fridge you will only get that here if you get the suite. I didn’t get to use the pool during my stay due to personal reasons. Also some lower level floors you will hear lots of noise from either luggage being rolled around most of the night, or if near a balcony...

The property did not have cribs for infants. Also the rooms did not have mini coolers/ refrigerators.

Wonderfully located across from the Museum and park. Easily accesible for walking in the morning. The hotel was very nice. We had dinner in the Resturant 1 evening and had pepperoni pizza. They are getting ready for the holiday and was decorated wonderfully.

Spent 12 nights at the Hilton Angelópolis for work and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff was excellent and the fellas manning the bar took amazing care of me. Location was within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and a Walmart. Breakfast was perfect with many options including American. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Puebla.

The hotel environment is elegant and warm, clean and tidy. There are many types of buffets, and the location is good, convenient for travel, and it takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to Puebla Bus Station.

The location is near the city center and close to a university. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is quite soft. The swimming pool was not available. There is no public transportation system nearby, so it is more convenient to drive or take a taxi.

I was fairly satisfied, but hotels in Mexico generally don't provide slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes.

I was able to check in without any problems even though I arrived late at night. The location was in the center of the historical district, so I was able to stay safely. The hotel also had a nice atmosphere, so I was able to stay comfortably.

Great location. Friendly staff. The cleanliness could be improved (we found ants in the room and bathroom). The room was very small. The buffet breakfast is served in the ground floor room where it was very cold. I asked if I could have scrambled eggs without ham (they were made for the buffet with ham), and I was told I would have to pay extra.

The station was close by and access to tourist attractions was good. Breakfast was either chilaquiles or bread. I think it was clean.

Good place for a business or study trip. Rooms have all what you need: iron, hairdryer, table, couple chairs. It's a little bit old and some sheets and towels are my peers. But it's a good 3 stars hotel in the city center with a lot of opportunities for going out

Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to sites and shopping centre. There is a breakfast available at $160 Pesos which is very nice. Clean rooms and surprisingly quiet considering its near a park and main road.

This was a moderate price hotel, about as cheap as you can find with a/c. Some rooms have a/c some dont. The hotel is a bit dated...my guess circa 1974, rooms a bit dated but the price is right. The receptionist was incredibly helpful. The young woman who checked us in was very attentive, as we arrived a little before check-in time and she told us that since the rooms were ready, she would let us go in. That was so appreciated. As we were leaving very early the next day, she gave us a light lunch since breakfast was included [at another hotel that included breakfast, they didn't give us anything...

We had no way to contact the hotel, as they only had a phone number, and if you're from another country, you can't make calls. They need a WhatsApp contact or at least an email address to request airport transfers. Because of this same problem, we spent over an hour waiting for the transfer outside the airport in the freezing cold; it was very unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was poor, slow, and constantly failing

Excellent service from the staff, the room was spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious. In addition, it has an excellent location for people like us who attend concerts at the Palacio de los Deportes or Foro Sol.

Generally speaking, it is good. If you arrive at night and need an airport bus to pick you up, you can call the front desk and they will arrange a bus to go to Gate 4 of Terminal 1. Pay attention to the hotel name on the bus.

The hotel is generally clean, and the room is very spacious. However, my room was close to the road, so some noise was expected during the day. Fortunately, it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The breakfast is simple but offers enough variety to suit my needs.

Roadside rooms have too much noise starting from very earlier morning. Close to exhibition center, one local convenient shop OXXO is close to the hotel, the staff of OXXO is very friendly and nice. But it is quite hard to take taxi at rush hours

It's a relatively old hotel, but its advantages are reasonable prices, convenient transportation, and a satisfactory breakfast. Note that you should request a room in the courtyard when booking, otherwise the noise from the main road will be too loud and make it difficult to rest.

I'd stayed at this hotel before, and since it had air conditioning, I thought I'd stay here again. I was alone in a cramped room on the first floor; there wasn't enough room for my suitcase. And to top it off, there was no air conditioning! I was freezing!

Fantastic stay and they also they offer a shuttle service which was great if you needed to run short distances. The roof top was amazing which you can order drinks and food. We had booked five rooms and the only hicup was at check in. Unfortunately after having an early morning flight, we had to wait two hours to get our rooms when checking in. But, after we got our rooms, it was smooth sailing...

I got good value for the price that I paid. The room was nice, if dated, and everything worked as it should. All my needs were met. The only downside was limited electrical outlets in the room, but that wasn't enough for me to seriously reduce the rating.

Perfect location for walking to the city center. For public beaches, you need to take a bus (R1/R2) or an Uber. The staff were very kind. Buffet breakfast. The room was spacious. The only drawback was the high humidity, which unfortunately made us feel cold during the night. Cleanliness was so-so.

Very nice hotel and really convenient location to visit the city centre. Wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Design of the parking lot is a bit strange. A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city.
