Mexico City, Circuito Interior Av. Río Consulado 🧭 Map
One Ciudad de México La Raza offered great value for money. The staff were friendly, and Melissa at the front desk was especially polite and welcoming. Breakfast was served on time and included a nice variety of foods like breads, pastries, eggs, and sausage. The environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The only minor issue was the TV volume, which was quite low. Otherwise,...
I usually stay at this hotel every time I go to Mexico City. Clean and tidy
No flip flops in the hotel , not in the room, even can’t buy. No tooth brush, even can’t buy at reception because it’s run out .
Very good, I feel very satisfied! Very good, I feel very satisfied! Very good, I feel very satisfied! Very good, I feel very satisfied! Very good, I feel very satisfied! Very good, I feel very satisfied!
Clean and hygienic, great front desk service, and a good breakfast.
PS: Ctrip prices are a bit high. 😅 You can try other apps.
The room is adequate and the service is quite friendly, but there are no toiletries in the morning, which is quite inconvenient!

Indeed an old hotel. However the good location, affordable, a big communal area with free flow coffee and tea and free breakfast make up for it. The air conditioning is weak. Breakfast is simple and typical Mexican type. Since is free so don’t ask for too much. Happy to see a water dispenser for us to use. We stayed here for 3 nights as we ppa to do day trips.
SI SOLO QUE LA ILUMINACION DE HABITACION ES LIMITADA
It was nice clean rooms they aren’t all updated and nice as in the pictures but still service was great! If looking for a room with a mini fridge you will only get that here if you get the suite. I didn’t get to use the pool during my stay due to personal reasons. Also some lower level floors you will hear lots of noise from either luggage being rolled around most of the night, or if near a balcony...
My accommodation, service, and facilities were excellent. I absolutely recommend it.
I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay, and the service was excellent.
Locked us out of our room before our second night. Told me I needed to pay for that night because I had not paid for it. Had to show them my receipt and wait for them too long. Run down older hotel. Certainly should not be a Marriot
The property did not have cribs for infants. Also the rooms did not have mini coolers/ refrigerators.

Wonderfully located across from the Museum and park. Easily accesible for walking in the morning. The hotel was very nice. We had dinner in the Resturant 1 evening and had pepperoni pizza. They are getting ready for the holiday and was decorated wonderfully.
Spent 12 nights at the Hilton Angelópolis for work and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff was excellent and the fellas manning the bar took amazing care of me. Location was within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and a Walmart. Breakfast was perfect with many options including American. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Puebla.
The hotel environment is elegant and warm, clean and tidy. There are many types of buffets, and the location is good, convenient for travel, and it takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to Puebla Bus Station.
First of all, I would like to thank the guest service agent that check me in, she was very professional and gave me great customer service with a great view, she was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Her Kindness made my stay experience very pleasant, and I would definitely go back. Everything was nearby from food to bus stations. The room was very clean and had the greatest view to...
Facilities: Very new
Sanitation: Very good
Environment: Beautiful
Service: Friendly
The location is near the city center and close to a university. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is quite soft. The swimming pool was not available. There is no public transportation system nearby, so it is more convenient to drive or take a taxi.

I was fairly satisfied, but hotels in Mexico generally don't provide slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes.
Have stayed here before and as always from greeting to departure the personnel were outstanding. Full of information-tips of how to get around, what to watch out etc
The room has the nice view to the square. I love it
I was able to check in without any problems even though I arrived late at night.
The location was in the center of the historical district, so I was able to stay safely.
The hotel also had a nice atmosphere, so I was able to stay comfortably.
Well, they've been improving, only one of the girls at reception seems to always be in a bad mood, this is the second time I've stayed and this time I thought I wouldn't find her there anymore.
Nice hotel in a historical building, right next to the Zocalo. Our room faced the side street so the noise level was tolerable. Location was excellent as it was so close to major sights in the historical area, the night bus stop and the Metro.

Comes with breakfast and is the simple local Mexican style. Good to keep full and budget. Location is excellent. Room is spacious. Simple amenities except toothbrush. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a lot of places. Value for money. Behind Hilton hotel. Weak air conditioning.
It’s very simple and ok for a Night or two. The breakfast was not good and the whole Lobby area is Kind of grim. Staff at the reception was not helpful or friendly. Location is convenient
Excellent location... An invitation for pleasant walks to explore the surroundings, such as the Zócalo square and the Bellas Artes museum.
Great location. Friendly staff. The cleanliness could be improved (we found ants in the room and bathroom). The room was very small. The buffet breakfast is served in the ground floor room where it was very cold. I asked if I could have scrambled eggs without ham (they were made for the buffet with ham), and I was told I would have to pay extra.
The station was close by and access to tourist attractions was good.
Breakfast was either chilaquiles or bread.
I think it was clean.
The staff was excellent, super friendly, and they helped us after the earthquake. Pura vida!

Older but nice clean hotel at one point this hotel must of ben luxury now its glory days are behind em but it still a nice stylish place to stay
Good place for a business or study trip.
Rooms have all what you need: iron, hairdryer, table, couple chairs.
It's a little bit old and some sheets and towels are my peers. But it's a good 3 stars hotel in the city center with a lot of opportunities for going out
Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to sites and shopping centre.
There is a breakfast available at $160 Pesos which is very nice.
Clean rooms and surprisingly quiet considering its near a park and main road.
Everything was very good, the service was excellent, it is newly remodeled, I highly recommend it
Half an hour from fine arts walking, the room is very clean, I am a fan of the tubs in the showers.
Air conditioning, television and mini dining room.
The only thing I didn't like is that when I wanted to ask for room service they never answered. I don't know if because there was an event or it was a day off for the kitchen
This was a moderate price hotel, about as cheap as you can find with a/c. Some rooms have a/c some dont. The hotel is a bit dated...my guess circa 1974, rooms a bit dated but the price is right. It is just off the Paseo de la Reforma but the streets in there are a bit hard to navigate and a taxi seems to go around a lot to get in front of the hotel, but this is common around here. I did get...

Very clean and great friendly staff!!
The receptionist was incredibly helpful. The young woman who checked us in was very attentive, as we arrived a little before check-in time and she told us that since the rooms were ready, she would let us go in. That was so appreciated. As we were leaving very early the next day, she gave us a light lunch since breakfast was included [at another hotel that included breakfast, they didn't give us anything...
We had no way to contact the hotel, as they only had a phone number, and if you're from another country, you can't make calls. They need a WhatsApp contact or at least an email address to request airport transfers. Because of this same problem, we spent over an hour waiting for the transfer outside the airport in the freezing cold; it was very unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was poor, slow, and constantly failing
Excellent service from the staff, the room was spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious. In addition, it has an excellent location for people like us who attend concerts at the Palacio de los Deportes or Foro Sol.
Generally speaking, it is good. If you arrive at night and need an airport bus to pick you up, you can call the front desk and they will arrange a bus to go to Gate 4 of Terminal 1. Pay attention to the hotel name on the bus.
The room was average. Due to travel issues, we negotiated with the front desk to pay a deposit for 6 nights in advance, so that we could cancel at midnight. But on the day of check-out after 5 nights, they kept making excuses, saying that they needed to consult the boss and send an email to explain the details. They refused to refund us in cash, saying that they would refund our credit card within...

Great buffet service was there for a conference don't know much about the rooms.
The hotel is generally clean, and the room is very spacious. However, my room was close to the road, so some noise was expected during the day. Fortunately, it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest.
The breakfast is simple but offers enough variety to suit my needs.
The staff at thr reception desk was friendly and acomodative We arrived at 4am aftrr a long flight of 24 hours.
The room was very spacious and clean.
Food was good but can be better.
Service was very very good.
Checkout was also pleasant.
Roadside rooms have too much noise starting from very earlier morning. Close to exhibition center, one local convenient shop OXXO is close to the hotel, the staff of OXXO is very friendly and nice. But it is quite hard to take taxi at rush hours
Facilities: There is no hairdryer in the room, but you can ask the front desk for one.
Cleanliness: Relatively clean.
Service: The staff are very friendly.
Facilities: The bed is a bit short; people over 1.8 meters tall might find it cramped, with their feet sticking out.
Also, it's close to the exhibition hall, the price is reasonable, and it offers good value for money.
The disadvantage is that there is no smoking room😂

I would not recommend this hotel based on location. Terrible location. Did not feel safe outside of hotel. It sits under an overpass. Its dirty, dark and very sketchy.
ME GUSTO LA UBICACION QUE SE UBICA CERCA DEL CENTRO BANAMEX PERO NO MEGUSTO LA HABITACION QUE ME ASIGNO Y LOS ALIMENTOS FRIOS Y MUY RESTRINGIDOS.

the parking is easy to use, enter on the back of the building, also delicious morning café de olla on the lobby
close to family and close to various amenities.
The staff is friendly and efficient, but the hotel it self does need to be more detailed cleaned specifically in the restroom
Hotel staffs are very kind

Very good and clean, and close to Walmart.
Very good. I would return and recommend it to others.
It's a relatively old hotel, but its advantages are reasonable prices, convenient transportation, and a satisfactory breakfast. Note that you should request a room in the courtyard when booking, otherwise the noise from the main road will be too loud and make it difficult to rest.
I'd stayed at this hotel before, and since it had air conditioning, I thought I'd stay here again. I was alone in a cramped room on the first floor; there wasn't enough room for my suitcase. And to top it off, there was no air conditioning! I was freezing!
Overall for 3 Star hotel seem fine, hotel is clean service good location is convenient nextdoor to Walmart, the main problem is no one answered the phone either reply message, but in the end we enjoyed our trip.
Good place to stay at an affordable price point. If you are looking to do tours and other types of trips it is somewhat outside of the hotel pick up area but an uber can solve this.
Staff were great and the room was very spacious

A great location in a hotel which is well run. Everything we have needed has been done professionally and the facilities at the hotel are a good standard. The pool area is really nice
Before staying we read several reviews about problems with noise. This very much depends on the location of the room you have. Ours has been peaceful and comfortable
Fantastic stay and they also they offer a shuttle service which was great if you needed to run short distances. The roof top was amazing which you can order drinks and food. We had booked five rooms and the only hicup was at check in. Unfortunately after having an early morning flight, we had to wait two hours to get our rooms when checking in. But, after we got our rooms, it was smooth sailing...
Very nice hotel located in a quiet area but still walkable into the city. Surrounded by good places for breakfast. Service helpful.
Excellent stay and service, only
The check-in process was a bit slow
The hotel is super nice, however the rooms are not like the photos. The location is super good and the staff is excellent.

Great value and a great location. We stayed in an "apartment" that was really just an efficiency kitchenette in a bedroom but it had everything we needed for around $100/night.
The reception was not really attentive to address the issues raised by us like , no sleepers in the room , the sink water is not draining properly, poor condition of shower , toilet flush tank works on your luck only ! No response at all ! Could be much better !
Great hotel and amenities, really close from the airport and the beach! Would recommend
Very average rooms with no kettle. Clean enough and the house keeping ladies are always lovely and attentive The whole hotel Needs refurbishing, beach day beds material old and worn with material falling off. The hotel is a banger for value. It is not a four star hotel - yes the floor may not be the most comfortable, but it has ALL the amenities you will need. The staff was helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there at a very affordable price. 10/10
The small pillows were dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. Even though I booked a deluxe room with a king-sized bed, I ended up with a regular one. loved the place the folks that work there could not be nicer and it was just beautiful breakfast was good as well
Very nice hotel, elegant environment, spacious rooms, rich breakfast, there are several hot dishes, more in line with the Chinese appetite

I got good value for the price that I paid. The room was nice, if dated, and everything worked as it should. All my needs were met. The only downside was limited electrical outlets in the room, but that wasn't enough for me to seriously reduce the rating.
The room was already ready but didn't have hand towels, we requested them and they didn't arrive until the next day.
VERY easy access to the tollway to the airport. Limited parking, tho

Everything was fine except that I booked and paid for a room with a king-size bed, and they initially gave me a room with two double beds. Of course, I complained, and they told me the rooms had been overbooked, which is why they were giving me one with two double beds at no extra cost. I told them it was very uncomfortable because it was just my husband and me, and we wouldn't sleep in a small bed...
Staff were nice, accommodating!
The staff was very friendly. The only problems were that the shower curtain was too short which didn’t keep the water inside the shower and the hair dryer/electrical outlet was not working.
It's a typical City Express hotel, so there's nothing particularly special about the facilities. It's best to imagine it as a business hotel in Japan. (The rooms are spacious.) Across from ADO bus station. My room was clean, maid was friendly, I could find my way back just by asking where ADO was.
Convenient location just across Ado.
We stayed only one night but all was great. Place was clean and the staff very kind. we arrived at almost midnight, we found a tacos stand outside that was great! We suggest the hotel bar to stay open later 😁
We stayed there the first and last night of our trip to Mexico to be close to the airport. The service was very good, very friendly people.
Great location
Comfortable restaurant in A1 location if needing the ADO bus station. Good restaurants close by and an excellent pool area.

Courteous staff, clean room, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good Walking distance from the Centro Historico and Barrio Jalatlaca. Excellent dining options nearby, as well as food markets. My one dislike is that the room and bathroom were too compact. But overall good for the price.
Clean rooms/friendly staff/ good breakfast.
Walls are very thin so you will hear everytime neighbor takes a phone call at 5am on speakerphone like mine did everyday. Not the hotels fault just terrible neighbors
Hotel very close to zócalo and mercado área, it was at a walk able distance.
The Staff is very kind and they offer our group the best service. The location is fantastic and the parking is free.
The continental breakfast buffet was okay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little smaller than we’re used to, with no mini fridge/microwave. Shower area also very small. Only one hand towel, no extra pillows or blankets. Very good hotel, well located, great breakfast, hot shower, good shower, has a swimming pool and a gym, everything very clean and pleasant, great value for money.
Perfect location for walking to the city center. For public beaches, you need to take a bus (R1/R2) or an Uber.
