The web site stated that a shuttle was available to the airport, when I inquired I was told it was at 6 am , I had to pay an Uber to take me since my flight was at 6:30, the girl at the front desk didn't tell me this when I checked in the night before. No face towels, or hair dryer available, no coffee perculator . Room is way below Marriott standards, doors need to be replaced.

Travelers, be aware that the airport shuttle does not run until after 6:30 a.m. After I complained to the staff, they were kind enough to book me a free taxi to the airport. The information on ******* does not mention that the shuttle starts after 6:30 a.m.

Getting to the hotel was very crazy. I expected to see the name "Marriott" but it was in such small lettering that I missed it. I guess I should have been looking for "City Express" instead of Marriott. The staff was great, very friendly. The rooms are super small. The are some cheap and good restaurants around the hotel. The bed was not good for two people, maybe good for one. However, the best was the price and location. There are not parking lot inside the hotel, you have to park at the street.

I arrived at the hotel very late, around 2am, and the girl at the reception checked me in without any problems. The hotel is in the city center and there was some music playing. It was very dark in the room. I couldn't see anything. The bed and pillows were comfortable. You can stay for one or two nights. I wouldn't recommend it for a long period.

Check in at 3 pm. After two days at airports because of delays. The last thing you want to do is to set and wait to the very last minute to check in.

Hotel is near to city center, free car parking, walking distance. Hotel is okay if you not picky, as can see its age.

The hotel has a great location within walking distance of the ADO bus terminal, as well as all the historic sights of the city center. The hotel room left me with mixed feelings: on the one hand, a good bed, but on the other hand, the condition of everything else is very old, there is no refrigerator, safe or cutlery in the room.

I wanted to give the hotel a try, but everything went from bad to worse. 1. It took them about an hour to get us a room because they said the payment hadn't been reflected and they wanted to charge us again (it was booked a week before). 2. Our room key didn't work, so they had to replace it (room 404). 3. The air conditioning didn't cool properly, the beds were hard and full of bugs. It was impossible...

Very convenient and affordable for early bus ride from north station

Just what we needed after a 12 hour flight from Europe arriving at 3am. Family room had jacuzzi bath which my daughter loved.. 2 king size beds. For ac4 star hotel in Mexico I was impressed. The fact that it was a short walk to the bus station will likely have me staying again.

I chose to stay here to catch the early bus. It was very simple. I couldn't even find a mouthwash cup. There was no window in the room, just a vent. I left at 5:30 in the morning and dragged my luggage to the bus stop. Although it was only 500 meters away, I was still a little nervous.

Their location is good, right next to the bus station, so it is very convenient to store your belongings when traveling far away. However, please note that you should keep your valuables with you, as there are many people near the bus station.

Excellent stay at the Corinto Hotel, as usual. Ana at reception was great, Nelson and his coworkers at the front door are so friendly and helpful, and Guillemo the taxi driver was knowledgeable well-priced. For the money this place is perfect. Secure motorcycle parking 3 blocks from Centro for 400-500p. Place is very clean and my room was spacious. I had balcony over street that was nice but it was a bit noisy at night because of one person.

Great location. No A/C, but a fan is provided. Secure parking; motorcycles can tuck way into the back, but there's only room for a few cars. The facility seems to be well cared for and in good condition. We had noisy neighbours for a couple nights, but otherwise the place was perfect for us. 680 pesos for 2 doubles/2 people (700 on the weekend).

The place was clean. we originally booked the room with the balcony but unfortunately it was near the busy streets and we could hear the loud traffic. we asked to be transferred to ground floor and the staff was really helpful and we got another room which was quiet and we got to sleep well.

The unit is spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Everything from the hot tub to the AC is fully operational; the kitchen equipment is a bit dated but works perfectly well, and the shower pressure is a highlight.

Lots of nearby shopping and was close to a lot popular tourist attractions. The center was only 3 minute walk and the hotel had a great view of the church.

Ask to have a room far from the lobby! Ours was very close and very noisy, we couldn't sleep until after midnight and got woken up before 6. When they speak it seems as if they're in your room and in the night they listen to music with phone at max volume

The room was always cleaned, as needed and I loved the pool and breakfast, but it was the friendly staff, from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast to the kind man who seems to do everything here, he walked me to my room at check in, to the cats and the kindness of everyone here. The hotel is really nice and good value for money, really close to the ADO bus station in the center of Mérida. But I was there one Saturday night and there were so much noise from people having "a party" at the pool/ lobby area that it was impossible to sleep. Nice and spacious rooms though and everything look clean. Perfect for a one night stay if you have an early bus to catch.

We stayed at Hotel Mirador in Merida for one night during our trip across Mexico. It was one of the best hotels we found at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and welcoming. They offer pick up from the airport even though it’s a bit confusing the steps of communication, the girl at the phone was not helpful at all. I tried contacting them in many ways to receive my invoice, which I also requested while at their offices, and no one ever responded. Don't rely on their shuttle service because it's never on time. Their customer service is terrible.
