Tulum, Calle Kukulcan Sur entre Calle Xel Ha 🧭 Map
We loved Luis ! He was always so kind and helpful.
I love this place! I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it’s always my favourite. I always come back! Perfect location! Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars all within walking distance. The beach is 20min by bicycle (5min by car) Large rooms, comfy bed and pillows, clean, beautiful pool area… great food and drink selection. And amazing team!
The wait staff was excellent. We stayed in the jacuzzi garden room…was more like a cold tub. All of downtown Tulum was within walking distance. Good selection of restaurants within a half mile.
Very nit and quint little place. Will definitely stay again
Mixed feelings about this one. Smelly room, breakfast wasn’t good, loud at night. Location is good if you want to be in town
Staff very friendly. Place very clean. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Restaurants have great food.

clean room service was done when promised
The hotel's location is very good because it's close to the Renovation Center, right next to the Paris Metro bus stop. I didn't like the included breakfast; the portions were very small, the food was almost always cold, and the bread didn't seem fresh. The options are very limited. The room doesn't have air conditioning, but they do provide a fan. The rooms are small but functional.
EXCELENTE ATENCION DEL PERSONAL NO ME GUSTO LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE
In this expensive and upscale area, surrounded by expensive hotel lots, it is very rare to find a three-person room for 400 yuan a night, and the room windows can be opened and closed. The hotel facade is very decent, and there are staff to take upstairs, the disadvantage is that the room is relatively old, see that there is no maintenance, we were arranged to stay on the first floor, the number plate...
MUY BIEN GRACIAS TODO EL ORDEN Y LIMPIO
Rooms windows were not properly installed and they were gaps around them. Tv was 13in and horrible reception so nothing came in clear. Sink in the bathroom leaked and the shower head was all clogged up and I did bring that to there attention and they did fix it after the second night. I guess for the amount of time we were there it wasn't bad but it could have been better.

Room are in the small side, breakfast is good and location is great. Service is lacking, to get an invoice they don’t follow up and make you waste your time, either they don’t make it or will ignore you
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Opposite is the largest shopping mall in Mexico, and next to it are KFC and Pizza Hut, which is very convenient.
Location is good as well as a large shopping mall SEARS on the opposite side just takes walking around 8 minutes. Simple and clean, and RF is a restaurant in case you don't want to take ride to the downtown.
Giving 3 stars because: 1. Some of the alcohol dispensers were empty for days. 2 Most of the people at the reception were nice but they don't take ownership of the short comings of the hotel. I.e asked several time to get a cup and sugar for the coffee machine and their answer was, not my job its the job of the kitchen!!! It was more helpful the people at the valet parking than the people in the reception
Reservation was cancelled due to some policies after 18hrs.
We have stayed here many times and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the Historic Center. Rooms are cleaned daily. Unfortunately, they lack a hairdryer, refrigerator, or kettle. A huge plus of the hotel is its excellent Mexican breakfasts and friendly chefs.
The location is great, the rooms are relatively clean and spacious, and the breakfast is substantial. It was a very good hotel. My only concern is the lack of a refrigerator in the room. There's a market nearby, so finding food isn't a problem. There's even a Sukiya (open until 10 PM)! The station is close, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the Zocalo, making it very convenient for sightseeing...
The hotel is right near the wholesale market. Just across the street is the subway entrance. Very convenient. A bit noisy, but otherwise good.
The hotel is good, the service is quite good, and the environment is nice.
It's OK. If you look at the price/performance ratio, it should be above average. That's it.
Reasonable price, good service attitude, good breakfast, very close to the famous Yiwu Trade City in Mexico City, convenient transportation, subway outside, very quiet at night

Very nice hotel, it had everything you need and more, large spacious room and bathroom with nice furnishings, great service and the food was very tasty! I would love to come back!
Enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel food was fantastic, exceeded our expectations. When they clean your room, they are meticulous and thorough. The location is great -- just a few blocks from the shopping and restaurant area in Polanco. Felt safe walking to and from hotel to eat/shop, even at night. Some reviewers note there is city noise. Mexico City is just...loud. It didn't bother us. Hopefully...
Great hotel for a stay in CDMX. The staff are amazing and accommodated all our needs with a little one. The breakfast included in your stay is excellent. Very cool art and our room had a private deck and jacuzzi. The location is walking distance to great museums and parks. Highly recommend. We will be back for more pug life!
Wow! This hotel is so unique and decorated with the most spectacular art. There are beautiful garden and rooftop common areas for reading, working, etc. The rooms were comfortable and artistic, with AC! The staff are also incredibly friendly and very kind to those who are learning Spanish (not native speakers). Food was delicious also. Highly recommend!
Beautifully designed hotel located in a posh neighbourhood with many great restaurants nearby. Beware that the hotel has a huge variety of rooms - some are a lot better than the others. The first room we were allocated was on the GF right next to the reception and the road outside so it was quite noisy; the other room the hotel offered us faced the back and was much quieter / comfortable. I am covered in bedbug bites. The hotel is extremely dirty. The location is good, but it’s absolutely not worth it.
It’s kind of dirty. There was hair from the previous tenant on my bedsheets. Walls are paper thin And quite loud from the streets
Very nice room with a living room and kitchenette, better than expected. Microwave, coffee maker (although faulty), minibar, good air conditioning, and two TV screens. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed (under renovation) and the gym is very, very limited. But overall, it was quite good and at a very good price.
Everything was great, the only bad thing was that because I bought through this app I couldn't invoice.
the location is perfect, i can go to most the attraction in walking distance. It is a little bit noisy at night as there are many restaurants and Bar downstair on the street.
Great hotel in the middle of everything. Very friendly staff

Really good location if you want to get away from the hotel zone. Near local food spots
Just about 7 mins walk from ado bus station, very convenient location. Room is small and basic, but clean. Staff is very friendly. Good for a night or two.
Excellent although they assigned a room at the entrance and you could hear everything outside
humid room, poor noise isolation with hotel next to night club, would avoid
The are some cheap and good restaurants around the hotel. The bed was not good for two people, maybe good for one. However, the best was the price and location. There are not parking lot inside the hotel, you have to park at the street.
I arrived at the hotel very late, around 2am, and the girl at the reception checked me in without any problems. The hotel is in the city center and there was some music playing. It was very dark in the room. I couldn't see anything. The bed and pillows were comfortable. You can stay for one or two nights. I wouldn't recommend it for a long period.

Very nice hotel for the price.
Check in at 3 pm. After two days at airports because of delays. The last thing you want to do is to set and wait to the very last minute to check in.
Hotel is near to city center, free car parking, walking distance. Hotel is okay if you not picky, as can see its age.
The hotel has a great location within walking distance of the ADO bus terminal, as well as all the historic sights of the city center. The hotel room left me with mixed feelings: on the one hand, a good bed, but on the other hand, the condition of everything else is very old, there is no refrigerator, safe or cutlery in the room.
I wanted to give the hotel a try, but everything went from bad to worse. 1. It took them about an hour to get us a room because they said the payment hadn't been reflected and they wanted to charge us again (it was booked a week before). 2. Our room key didn't work, so they had to replace it (room 404). 3. The air conditioning didn't cool properly, the beds were hard and full of bugs. It was impossible...

For the money this place is perfect. Secure motorcycle parking 3 blocks from Centro for 400-500p. Place is very clean and my room was spacious. I had balcony over street that was nice but it was a bit noisy at night because of one person.
The location was great. The hotel building and my room were really nice considering the price. The room was very clean and I had a front facing room with a balcony which was a nice bonus. There was noise from the street(we were in the centre of town) but the hotel itself was quiet and respectful of the guests. Also the added bonus of free coffee in reception in the morning ! Great location. No A/C, but a fan is provided. Secure parking; motorcycles can tuck way into the back, but there's only room for a few cars. The facility seems to be well cared for and in good condition. We had noisy neighbours for a couple nights, but otherwise the place was perfect for us. 680 pesos for 2 doubles/2 people (700 on the weekend).
The place was clean. we originally booked the room with the balcony but unfortunately it was near the busy streets and we could hear the loud traffic. we asked to be transferred to ground floor and the staff was really helpful and we got another room which was quiet and we got to sleep well.
Beautiful and well located hotel. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings facing the well maintained inner courtyard. Our room was at the front of the main building overlooking the main street, which was a nice view.
Great location, lovely staff, super clean rooms, nice showers (really hot water and great water pressure), lovely courtyard, and fabulous price. The beds were not the most comfortable ever, but certainly good enough. There was no heat or AC in the room, but the temperature was easy to regulate and comfortable when we were there. A good hotel for a business trip. Perfectly located, with a tasty buffet-type breakfast where you can get both international (cereals, fruits, etc) and mexican (e.g. chilaquiles) dishes. Great location with good budget-friendly prices. The quality is decent ,, sometimes it’s excellent, sometimes average, like a 50/50, but overall it keeps getting better. Still, it’s a good place to stay, especially since it’s close to everything.
This is a great location with a reasonable price tag attached have stayed at both hotel pf and hotels and suites pf and there is a amazing reception who goes above and beyond her job to make sure the guests are well informed of the area from shopping to bars and clubs Itzel was definitely the person who made my stay a great one Would recommend hotel pf and to see Itzel with any questions or issues...

Room ok but some renovations would be needed. Not great when Electricians worked near the room's door with the sign do not disturb at 7/8am
Ask to have a room far from the lobby! Ours was very close and very noisy, we couldn't sleep until after midnight and got woken up before 6. When they speak it seems as if they're in your room and in the night they listen to music with phone at max volume
The room was always cleaned, as needed and I loved the pool and breakfast, but it was the friendly staff, from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast to the kind man who seems to do everything here, he walked me to my room at check in, to the cats and the kindness of everyone here. I am so grateful to have spent some time here and felt the heart of Mexico. 🇲🇽 Muchas gracias to you all!
Location close to the center with all amenities available. Recommended.
The hotel is really nice and good value for money, really close to the ADO bus station in the center of Mérida. But I was there one Saturday night and there were so much noise from people having "a party" at the pool/ lobby area that it was impossible to sleep. Nice and spacious rooms though and everything look clean. Perfect for a one night stay if you have an early bus to catch.
We stayed at Hotel Mirador in Merida for one night during our trip across Mexico. It was one of the best hotels we found at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and welcoming. At first, the reception staff seemed a bit unfriendly, but this was likely due to the language barrier. One downside is that the staff does not speak English, which made communication more difficult. Facilities and amenities were good. Service was ok, not easy to contact the hotel to arrange late check in and airport transfer. Also, had to walk quite a bit to get to the airport transfer door. Initially booking was not found by hotel staff, so I had to contact Trip.com to clarify.
Quick night stay for late night flight very convenient but shuttle does take long. Other than that room clean and comfortable
Facilities: The public facilities are a bit run-down and not repaired, but the room facilities are quite good. However, I didn't know how to turn the sink drain on or off; I spent a long time figuring out how to do it after turning it off. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is fairly good. Service: There's an airport shuttle bus, which is quite convenient. Overall, it's a very good choice for this price
I tried contacting them in many ways to receive my invoice, which I also requested while at their offices, and no one ever responded. Don't rely on their shuttle service because it's never on time. Their customer service is terrible.
I called in the early morning and they arranged a bus to pick me up right on time. Excellent service!
