Cancun, Carr. Federal Cancun-Puerto Morelos 🧭 Map
I was put up in the hotel bc of a cancelled flight. It's close to CUN airport if that's what you need.
The service was good, food was decent. My only issue w the rooms were how thin the walls are. I could hear everything from the room next to me. And that poor person's headboard was up to mine and probably didn't sleep as I was coughing all night! I heard their alarm in the morning very easily.
The...
The hotel is very convenient. Close to the airport and Walking distance to the outlet mall. Service is ok. Receptionist don't speak English well. Breakfast is fine we enjoyed the bread and fresh fruits.
Bed is comfortable, we had the king size. Sound insulation not so good, you can hear people talking outside and room upstairs, people foots steps can be heard too. There's coffee maker but no coffee...
So I will start with the room and location were good, the main reason for a 3 is, the shuttle service was some of the worse we have dealt with, from pick up and drop offs, waiting and communication was well below any of expectations or what we have had anywhere before. The staff upon check in were very passive aggressive and the morning check out guy was just plain rude. The restaurant staff were good...
Great stay if you need to be at the airport the next morning! The hotel room was nice, very clean, and had room service. Free airport shuttle runs every 30 or 45 minutes, even in the middle of the night. Make sure you reserve it for early rather than late because sometimes it is delayed.
Our room was very comfortable. You have everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen was useful to us since the room service is a little expensive. The airport shuttle was right on time.

I have stayed at the hotel many times , very convenient to the ADO bus station , central to restaurants. The room was clean and served its purpose. Hot water. The front desk could do with improvements, only one man was friendly and could speak English. There is no hairdryer in the room and should you wish to use one you must leave your ID at reception. The bar and its friendly staff situated adjacent...
Good experience
Room was clean, staff was helpful, the air conditioning worked well. we did not utilize parking.
The property is very close to the Ado bus station. It’s a great central location right next to R1. However it is a very dated property and the WiFi cuts on and off all day. Also the pool closed at 8:30pm two of the five nights that I stayed, so which is way to early for Cancun.
The service was good, but the room had a pungent smell that was unbearable!

We enjoyed the convinient breakfast and the shuttle pick up and drop off was easy. Staff very friendly
Quiet place. Even when there’s construction around the hotel. The only issues we had was housekeeping knocking on door before the checkout time.
Excellent breakfast. Had a variety of food. The food was fresh.
Very nice hotel very safe and close to airport about 10 minutes out shuttles are every hour very friendly staff
The construction and traffic is a disaster. Signs to turn into the hotel are non existent and if you miss the quick lane change to the hotel it took more than an hour plus to make your way back and try again.
Very close to the airport, with free airport transfers:
Meet-up location: International Arrivals Exit (llegada international), parking lot in front of Starbucks (estação de los Provenças).
Airport drop-off: Upon arrival at the hotel, please inform the front desk of your flight information.
P.S. The front desk lady was very friendly.
The hotel is located near the airport and we also provide free airport...
Not bad overall but pictures looked much better than what actually was ...

Walls are very thin. You can hear when people talk in the rooms next door. You can also hear all the maintenance staff talking in the hallways.
The Hotel is on a good location and it is clean, but i booked in this hotel beacuse the room description said 2 queen beds, this are not queen beds they are double!!, Also the breakfast was terrible.
Nice Rooftop bar, good location, clean, nice decor, great Valet parking, anll good except front desk service horrible, waiters at breakfast horrible!
Very clean and spacious room , very quiet at night m
Poor breakfast unfortunately
Very good service, very friendly staff, everything was good, I liked the hotel, I would definitely return

Nice stay, easy to find, great rest.
convenient for road travel, very close to the highway

Such a wonderful place, amazing staff and just great vibes!
Clean, comfortable room, amazing staff, amazing place! Absolutely my favorite spot in Tulum.
Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car.
Perfect location in Aldea Zama.
Easy access to rent bikes, grab a bite, get groceries. Close to the beach and cool bike path.
Beautiful apartments
We had a great 7-day stay at Holistika for our Valentine’s trip. Check-in was smooth, but we recommend accepting help with bags as the rocky pathways are uneven. Our room was beautiful but lacked storage.
The pools were private and relaxing, though seating was limited. The property is open to the public for dining and classes, creating a nice mix of tourists and locals. Yoga classes were more advanced...
Unchecked Hostility Toward Guests
It was a beautiful hotel, but I was not pleased with the staff. One of the wellness workers, Valentina, bumped into my group members multiple times. We are all black women, and I don't want to say it was ******, but I added our race for potential context. I went up to the wellness department and asked that she say "pardon" the next time she sees someone in my group...

We arrived at night, and in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, vibrant colors and the stunning view from the balcony. It was truly a lovely experience.
I've stayed in many hotels in Cancun, and this one was very cheap. The downsides are that a 2000 peso deposit is required at check-in, and upon check-out, the front desk has to check the room! They only refund the money after everything is in order.
The room I booked was on a two-story building, and there was a very steep and narrow staircase right at the entrance, which was very inconvenient. The...
No water is offered in the room & they do not advise you (no matter what time you are checking in).
The rooms are apartment-style, mostly with ocean views. The design is a bit retro, and you can hear the sound of the waves. Even after check-out, you still need to check in! The security guard is quite strict!!!
The environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool. The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The blue sea is beautiful. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant. We could see the Caribbean sea from our room and it was amazing. The beach is just a step from the hotel and you can enjoy the swimming pool with sea view as well!

The Hotel is a great value for your money: The staff is professional and cordial. The installation is well placed by many attractions that are well suited for the family traveler.
Staff very nice although they forgot to respond an email requesting extra pillows the first day, I had to remind them the following morning. Room is outdated, bathroom lights were flickering very annoying. A lot of noise outside from the street. I had a simple room and I guess they give you the worse location and condition. Lacks amenities. Not enough hand towels. Mattress a bit old with a dent in...
My room was dirty had to ask the staff to change my curtains and clean the walls. My shower flooded and I had a restroom leak every time I use the AC
Roomsnarr huge a little antique but other wise the spaces are massive

I was surprised by how convenient the location was. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning was excellent! The front desk staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again!
The internet is not good, there is no air conditioning, but everything else is good
The room is simple but practical, suitable for a one-night stay. The price/performance ratio is very high. The surrounding area is quite lively and close to Reform Avenue. The front desk staff is very friendly and warm.
Staff is very helpful and the location is good, for this price.
Breakfast is very ordinary.
The internet in my room was terrible; none of the hotel's networks worked. It was a shame. The room size, amenities, friendly staff, and location are the highlights.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Mexico City and would definitely recommend it.
First of all, the price was very good for what you get. The hotel is very, very clean and modern — everything feels fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed.

Nice hotel. Location is central within walking distance to many things however the neighborhood isn’t that safe at night and very run down.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
The room was great, and there was even a coffee machine. It would have been even better if the towels in the bathroom were a bit newer. The entire room was nicely decorated and new, with no unpleasant smells. The room layout was also very practical. Having stayed in quite a few hotels in Mexico City, this one is definitely good value for money. I would stay here again next time. The breakfast buffet...
A friend recommended this hotel. The environment and service were excellent. After breakfast, the room was already cleaned by the auntie. There was also a Bluetooth speaker on the ceiling, which was really nice. I connected my phone to it every night and listened to sleep music. The only downside was the poor internet connection. It would be great if this could be improved.
The receptionist was very welcoming. The breakfast selection was limited but good. The location is very good and convenient to everywhere in the city center. The only drawback is that the WiFi speed is very slow. I hope it can be improved. If I have the chance to come to Mexico again, I will still choose this place

Location good.
Basic room, bathroom dated, mouldy shower.

Front staff helpful.
The hotel is very good but when I did my reservation it said continental breakfast was included but it wasn’t
Clean well kept rooms, great charm! Relatively quiet except for occasional nearby plaza construction and kids. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, quiet and also charming. Beautiful pool, rooftop patios and awesome views. Biggest negative was no heating or fan ventilation, which wasn’t too necessary after opening window and leaving HVAC off…room temperature...

Great hotel , good price good service
The Wi-Fi is a big problem; there was no cell phone signal in the rooms. Breakfast is complimentary, as they say. The truth is, it's a very functional hotel for arriving and sleeping in the hotel zone. Its location is good, very close to the Intercontinental Hotel bus stop.
The hotel is located in a beautiful place and the territory is beautiful. But the hotel itself is very old and requires complete reconstruction. At the same time, the service in the hotel is good. But the conditions for living are more for survival.
The location of the hotel is very good, there is a lake behind it, it is nice to sit next to it.
The hotel front desk is very friendly
Because it was located in the hotel zone, it had good access to the beach and was an area where pick-up and drop-off services were available for tours.
The photos on Trip are 10 times better than the hotel itself the shower is cold there was no remote control for the air conditioning and they charge a fee upon arrival for cleaning the room which is not registered on the reservation otherwise overall it remains correct to spend a few nights in the hotel but nothing more.

I wish I could say I enjoyed my stay here, but I really didn't.
Pros:
The staff are great, especially breakfast staff. They are friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Eggs, a meat, beans, salsa, fruits, yogurt. It was a good way to start each day. The location is pretty good for exploring the tourist parts of the city. We walked to the Zocalo, anthropology museum, Roma...
Great location. Close to Plaza Angel. With a tons of walking distance things to do. You can get great value for your money. And, it has breakfast included (not sure, if it applies to all reservations).
The hotel is nice, it’s small and boutique in nature and style, but honestly perfect for business travel. I was able to print documents for meetings and it’s SO centrally located in Reforma that you will be happy to have stayed here. I got the terrace suite and it had a view of paseo reforma.
Decent hotel with a great price to quality ratio but not for light sleepers - the acoustic insulation is non existent. It’s very loud from a club just next to the hotel, from the hotels own corridors and from the street. Bring earplugs!
The location is very good. The Sheraton was out of rooms, so I stayed here across the street for one night. The service was very good, but the hotel is at the level of a domestic express hotel. The breakfast was simple.
Lovely and affordable small hotel located right in front of the Angel of Independence and within walking distance of Chapultepec Park. Excellent for a short stay. Included breakfast is a plus and the view from my room was great.
My only advice to make your stay better is to bring earplugs to sleep, I'm sure I couldn't have done without mine.

The staff are not friendly, they never say hi or good morning or anything that makes you feel welcomed.
The location is great, metro and bus accessible, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars around.
Rooms are super clean but it is in a very busy area and a lot of noises will interrupt your sleep.
Generally speaking, if you don't have expectations, you won't be disappointed.
The pink area is convenient for going out, it's an older hotel, very close to the bar street, but the internet is not very good.

My family and I travel to Mexico every Christmas, and we ALL agree that this was by far our favorite hotel / resort to date. At every moment, you feel completely swallowed by lush green plants. All of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The food was fabulous. And of course, the piece de resistance is it's own cenote in the heart of the property. While not along the beach, the beach is extremely...
The property was better than expected. It was very relaxing, the site is gorgeous and being surrounded by so much nature was breath taking. Staff was very friendly and since there was not much traffic this time of the year we had quick access to a lot of places. Super recommended.
I liked the place, a lot. It’s private, and the staff are phenomenal. I went to them with several questions, and always got good answers. I talked to one of the owners, and complimented him on the staff. I recommend staying there. There is a cenote on the property, that has been incorporated into the hotel grounds.
The hotel design is excellent and very aesthetic but it is not the “luxury” experience that is advertised. The rooms are a little basic and are tired in some places (wonky cabinet doors, cracks in flooring, cheap broken roller blinds on the windows). We booked this hotel for a reduced price and think the reduced price was fair given how expensive Tulum is but would not recommend booking without a discount
Kan Tulum is an absolutely beautiful property. It felt like an oasis every time we arrived back at the property.
The staff were all very kind and helpful with anything that we needed. I would highly suggest staying here if you are looking for relaxation and escape.
My only suggestions would be to add a kettle with some coffee in the rooms as the coffee bar is quite expensive. And maybe a few snack...

I had an incredible stay at Amansala. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and genuinely well taken care of. As a first-time visitor to Mexico, I really appreciated how clearly the staff communicated best practices—such as not drinking the sink water in the room—while also reassuring me that all water used for rinsing food, juices, and meals was properly handled. That peace of mind made a huge difference...
We had an excellent stay at Amansala after a tricky start to our holiday. We were staying down at another hotel on the beachfront around a 1-2km away, which unfortunately had construction taking place next door that was continuous through the day with heavy drilling etc.
We decided to quickly move on from the property and came down to Amansala where Gaby at reception and his team were very helpful...
