El hotel cuenta con restaurante, precios razonables y variedad en el menú. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación.
The bedroom was a good size, and the bathroom was enormous. The food in the hotel restaurant was good and the staff there were very friendly. There's also a good restaurant directly across the road. It's only 15 minutes walk to the cathedral and the Zócala.
It's just beside bus station so you won't need a transfer. Check in and check out was easy. Reception speaks english and they were very helpful. They have a luggage room and they were kind enough to let me store my luggage for more than 16 hours there. It's just 15 minutes away from downtown on foot. They have resturant and tour desk and the hotel and rooms are clean and quiet. You will love it.
Decent little hotel. We traveled here 4 months ago and the staff is friendly. Environment is safe. Beds are nothing amazing but we did't have any trouble sleeping. Do avoid the restaurant, however. My mother found a hair in her food and they refused any sort of refund. They didn't even apologize. Would go there again but not the restaurant.
resto okay fairly expensive though grdat service
Hard beds and shows its age. Restaurant is good with really fast service.

Good hotel for a great deal. Not too far from many attractions!
Great value for money! Good location, good food, decent rooms, great staff. Has valet parking, has a 7eleven 1 block away and Paseo de la Reforma Avenue is less than 2 blocks away.
Instalations need some care bathroom better cleaning, the soap they use has a very bad smell may be something more neutral
The area around the hotel is undergoing construction and renovation. Access will get better in a few months. Location is very good, just a block from one of the main roads. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
Breakfast not good, room needs new door on bathroom, better shampoos, there was no conditioner. Limited plug ins. Construction at front entrance
The location is great, staff are helpful, but the hotel room is a bit worn down

We enjoyed the convinient breakfast and the shuttle pick up and drop off was easy. Staff very friendly
Quiet place. Even when there’s construction around the hotel. The only issues we had was housekeeping knocking on door before the checkout time. Excellent breakfast. Had a variety of food. The food was fresh.
Very nice hotel very safe and close to airport about 10 minutes out shuttles are every hour very friendly staff
The construction and traffic is a disaster. Signs to turn into the hotel are non existent and if you miss the quick lane change to the hotel it took more than an hour plus to make your way back and try again.
Very close to the airport, with free airport transfers: Meet-up location: International Arrivals Exit (llegada international), parking lot in front of Starbucks (estação de los Provenças). Airport drop-off: Upon arrival at the hotel, please inform the front desk of your flight information. P.S. The front desk lady was very friendly. The hotel is located near the airport and we also provide free airport...

Walls are very thin. You can hear when people talk in the rooms next door. You can also hear all the maintenance staff talking in the hallways.
The Hotel is on a good location and it is clean, but i booked in this hotel beacuse the room description said 2 queen beds, this are not queen beds they are double!!, Also the breakfast was terrible.
Nice Rooftop bar, good location, clean, nice decor, great Valet parking, anll good except front desk service horrible, waiters at breakfast horrible!
Very clean and spacious room , very quiet at night m Poor breakfast unfortunately
Very good service, very friendly staff, everything was good, I liked the hotel, I would definitely return
The location is fine, close to the highway and 20 minutes from the center. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff are very nice and helpful.

The room is a good size and hotel has a good location. Front desk was very helpful. There was a guy who was especially patient with us, but I don't know his name. Basically all of them were helpful. Nice hotel, helpful staff. Quiet location. Rooms could benefit from an update but everything worked fine. Comfortable beds.
The room was very. The staff are very helpful. The hotel location is in a quiet area.
The location is convenient, the receptionists are all lovely, and they can help you book a taxi, which arrives almost instantly! Their English is also quite good, so communication is not a problem. You can also book tours from travel agencies here, as there are staff members stationed here.

Staff was friendly and helpful and it was very clean. There’s a bar with minimal selection but still nice and a restaurant, close to airport and the stadium
Great little spot. Clean and quiet. Only thing missing was a mini fridge.
Excellent location. Close to the airport .
I am very satisfied, I was pleasantly surprised, and the price/performance ratio is very good, even though it is five kilometers away from the Airport Terminal 2. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and complete. A large TV, visually estimated to be 60 inches, from Samsung, although I arrived late and didn't watch the TV. Such a wonderful place, amazing staff and just great vibes!
Clean, comfortable room, amazing staff, amazing place! Absolutely my favorite spot in Tulum.
Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car.
Perfect location in Aldea Zama. Easy access to rent bikes, grab a bite, get groceries. Close to the beach and cool bike path. Beautiful apartments
We had a great 7-day stay at Holistika for our Valentine’s trip. Check-in was smooth, but we recommend accepting help with bags as the rocky pathways are uneven. Our room was beautiful but lacked storage. The pools were private and relaxing, though seating was limited. The property is open to the public for dining and classes, creating a nice mix of tourists and locals. Yoga classes were more advanced...
Unchecked Hostility Toward Guests It was a beautiful hotel, but I was not pleased with the staff. One of the wellness workers, Valentina, bumped into my group members multiple times. We are all black women, and I don't want to say it was ******, but I added our race for potential context. I went up to the wellness department and asked that she say "pardon" the next time she sees someone in my group...

We arrived at night, and in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, vibrant colors and the stunning view from the balcony. It was truly a lovely experience.
I've stayed in many hotels in Cancun, and this one was very cheap. The downsides are that a 2000 peso deposit is required at check-in, and upon check-out, the front desk has to check the room! They only refund the money after everything is in order. The room I booked was on a two-story building, and there was a very steep and narrow staircase right at the entrance, which was very inconvenient. The...
No water is offered in the room & they do not advise you (no matter what time you are checking in).
The rooms are apartment-style, mostly with ocean views. The design is a bit retro, and you can hear the sound of the waves. Even after check-out, you still need to check in! The security guard is quite strict!!!
The environment here is really great. It has its own beach and swimming pool. The beach is very clean, the beach chairs have plenty of sunshades, and there is also its own infinity pool. The food in the restaurant next to the pool is also great. The blue sea is beautiful. The female front desk staff is kind and amiable. Credit cards are accepted at the front desk and the restaurant. The Hotel is a great value for your money: The staff is professional and cordial. The installation is well placed by many attractions that are well suited for the family traveler.
Staff very nice although they forgot to respond an email requesting extra pillows the first day, I had to remind them the following morning. My room was dirty had to ask the staff to change my curtains and clean the walls. My shower flooded and I had a restroom leak every time I use the AC
Roomsnarr huge a little antique but other wise the spaces are massive

We had a great stay at this hotel in Mexico City and would definitely recommend it. First of all, the price was very good for what you get. It feels more local and authentic, but still perfectly safe. There are enough...
Nice hotel. Location is central within walking distance to many things however the neighborhood isn’t that safe at night and very run down.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
The room was great, and there was even a coffee machine. It would have been even better if the towels in the bathroom were a bit newer. The entire room was nicely decorated and new, with no unpleasant smells. The room layout was also very practical. Having stayed in quite a few hotels in Mexico City, this one is definitely good value for money. I would stay here again next time. The breakfast buffet...
A friend recommended this hotel. The environment and service were excellent. After breakfast, the room was already cleaned by the auntie. There was also a Bluetooth speaker on the ceiling, which was really nice. I connected my phone to it every night and listened to sleep music. The only downside was the poor internet connection. It would be great if this could be improved.
The receptionist was very welcoming. The breakfast selection was limited but good. The location is very good and convenient to everywhere in the city center. The only drawback is that the WiFi speed is very slow. I hope it can be improved. If I have the chance to come to Mexico again, I will still choose this place

Great buffet service was there for a conference don't know much about the rooms.
The hotel is generally clean, and the room is very spacious. However, my room was close to the road, so some noise was expected during the day. Fortunately, it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The breakfast is simple but offers enough variety to suit my needs.
The staff at thr reception desk was friendly and acomodative We arrived at 4am aftrr a long flight of 24 hours. The room was very spacious and clean. Food was good but can be better. Service was very very good. Checkout was also pleasant.
Roadside rooms have too much noise starting from very earlier morning. Close to exhibition center, one local convenient shop OXXO is close to the hotel, the staff of OXXO is very friendly and nice. But it is quite hard to take taxi at rush hours
Facilities: There is no hairdryer in the room, but you can ask the front desk for one. Cleanliness: Relatively clean. Service: The staff are very friendly. Facilities: The bed is a bit short; people over 1.8 meters tall might find it cramped, with their feet sticking out. Also, it's close to the exhibition hall, the price is reasonable, and it offers good value for money.
The disadvantage is that there is no smoking room😂

Great hotel , good price good service
The Wi-Fi is a big problem; there was no cell phone signal in the rooms. Breakfast is complimentary, as they say. The truth is, it's a very functional hotel for arriving and sleeping in the hotel zone. Its location is good, very close to the Intercontinental Hotel bus stop.
The hotel is located in a beautiful place and the territory is beautiful. But the hotel itself is very old and requires complete reconstruction. At the same time, the service in the hotel is good. But the conditions for living are more for survival.
The location of the hotel is very good, there is a lake behind it, it is nice to sit next to it. The hotel front desk is very friendly
Because it was located in the hotel zone, it had good access to the beach and was an area where pick-up and drop-off services were available for tours.
The photos on Trip are 10 times better than the hotel itself the shower is cold there was no remote control for the air conditioning and they charge a fee upon arrival for cleaning the room which is not registered on the reservation otherwise overall it remains correct to spend a few nights in the hotel but nothing more.

Great location. Close to Plaza Angel. With a tons of walking distance things to do. You can get great value for your money. And, it has breakfast included (not sure, if it applies to all reservations).
The hotel is nice, it’s small and boutique in nature and style, but honestly perfect for business travel. I was able to print documents for meetings and it’s SO centrally located in Reforma that you will be happy to have stayed here. I got the terrace suite and it had a view of paseo reforma.
Decent hotel with a great price to quality ratio but not for light sleepers - the acoustic insulation is non existent. It’s very loud from a club just next to the hotel, from the hotels own corridors and from the street. Bring earplugs!
The location is very good. The Sheraton was out of rooms, so I stayed here across the street for one night. The service was very good, but the hotel is at the level of a domestic express hotel. The breakfast was simple.
Lovely and affordable small hotel located right in front of the Angel of Independence and within walking distance of Chapultepec Park. Excellent for a short stay. Included breakfast is a plus and the view from my room was great. My only advice to make your stay better is to bring earplugs to sleep, I'm sure I couldn't have done without mine.

Nice place for a quick visit or transit, close to the airport about 4$ uber from there to the airport .
Close to the airport, a bit noisy due to that its under the runway.
The overall situation is average, suitable for business trips, but the breakfast is not delicious. However, the front desk service attitude is very good and helped to deal with some problems, which is good.

My family and I travel to Mexico every Christmas, and we ALL agree that this was by far our favorite hotel / resort to date. At every moment, you feel completely swallowed by lush green plants. All of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The food was fabulous. And of course, the piece de resistance is it's own cenote in the heart of the property. While not along the beach, the beach is extremely...
The property was better than expected. It was very relaxing, the site is gorgeous and being surrounded by so much nature was breath taking. Staff was very friendly and since there was not much traffic this time of the year we had quick access to a lot of places. Super recommended.
I liked the place, a lot. It’s private, and the staff are phenomenal. I went to them with several questions, and always got good answers. I talked to one of the owners, and complimented him on the staff. I recommend staying there. There is a cenote on the property, that has been incorporated into the hotel grounds.
The hotel design is excellent and very aesthetic but it is not the “luxury” experience that is advertised. The rooms are a little basic and are tired in some places (wonky cabinet doors, cracks in flooring, cheap broken roller blinds on the windows). We booked this hotel for a reduced price and think the reduced price was fair given how expensive Tulum is but would not recommend booking without a discount
Kan Tulum is an absolutely beautiful property. It felt like an oasis every time we arrived back at the property. The staff were all very kind and helpful with anything that we needed. I would highly suggest staying here if you are looking for relaxation and escape. My only suggestions would be to add a kettle with some coffee in the rooms as the coffee bar is quite expensive. And maybe a few snack...

Wonderful staff in a dated themed hotel, but excellent for money for those on a tightbudget, you get what you pay for.
The room was very clean and there was a pool, so I was very satisfied. The Wi-Fi was fast and there were no problems. There were times when the shower did not have hot water.
The hotel has what you need and is close to restaurants and pubs. It is a cozy area to walk around and look around. There are two restaurants connected to the hotel. A cozy pool where you can order drinks. The only minus I can think of is that the wifi did not reach the pool.
Good welcoming , nice service but the water is not too hot
The staff is impatient and has no desire to satisfy and please the customer. They resolve everything by simply letting us know we can make a "complaint." The pool is under construction, which isn't communicated before booking. There was only one outlet for the TV and another in the bathroom, and none near the beds.
The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.  It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

I had an incredible stay at Amansala. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and genuinely well taken care of. That peace of mind made a huge difference...
