Very nice hotel close to Walmart, shopping mall, movie theater and more.
Room was very quiet and clean. The gym was small but perfect
Needs update floor coverings and improve cleanliness of common areas
My wife and I spent a delightful three months at this hotel, which felt less like a temporary hotel stay and more like a luxurious home away from home. Our penthouse suite on the 7th floor was spacious featuring a large bedroom, a large full bath with dual sinks, tub and shower, an additional full bathroom, and a comfortable living room/den. Additional amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and our...
We were very pleased with this hotel overall. The staff were friendly and kind, and they helped us with all of our questions. They let us check in a bit early, since our room was already ready, and it gave us more sightseeing time in the city center. The taxi services that they contract with are excellent. It is a 20 minute drive to the center of town, and the driver told us some of the history...

Location is good and safe zone
Everything was super incredible, they managed to surprise us, I highly recommend the place.
Very nice hotel, breakfast is simple, suitable for business trips
The sound insulation effect of the room is not very good, but everything else is okay
I passed through Guadalajara and stayed for one night. The hotel was a little far from the center. There was a traffic jam for half an hour, or ten minutes if there was no traffic jam. The hotel room is not very big, the windows are relatively small, and they are inner windows, and the bathroom is not very big. The room is large and well-equipped. The waiter's attitude at breakfast was average. I checked...
I stayed for 4 days in a row, and asked to change to a single room halfway through. The room type 02 was close to the main road, and there was a bar nearby. The DJ was roaring until early in the morning, and I couldn't sleep at all. I asked to change to another room type in the early morning before I finally fell asleep! The service attitude is not bad, but there are a lot of problems!

Almost everything excelent except for the
jacuzzi and pool, it was so cold!
Thanks.
Beautiful property and a welcoming staff.
The staff were always attentive and very friendly. Their breakfast buffet was definitely a hit. We enjoyed the variety on food; everything was very fresh. The shopping center next to the hotel was nice. They had a cafe, Little Cesars, OXXO, ice cream shop, and a few other stores. One thing I wish they had was more space to put your clothes in. They only had a closet, but no dresser so most of our clothes...
This is a great hotel if your goal is to go to the Akron Stadium. You can cross the road, take the metro for one stop, get off, and walk to the stadium which is about 30 minutes (very doable). There is an oxxo near by and Subway and Mexican restaurant in the same plaza. To go the cathedral or other restaurants, you will need to uber.
Great Location
Another good stay. The personnel are the best always there to help.
The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are things that need attention though.
The people working there are so pleasant and gracious, but there are not enough to give good service in the restaurant.

You have to pay for everything inside property including fridge, gas stove. They do not provide a microwave.
The room was decent and the staff pleasant , however this is not a resort, it is a hotel! The food is cafeteria food, tasteless, terrible and it looks like old food! The beach is dirty, full of allgies , and trash, you can not swim in it. I booked my stay for a week with the intent to stay indoors in the supposedly resort as ******* has listed! I couldn’t !!!! We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It is right by the beach. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. There was a buffet or order off the menu option for all meals. A few things would make it better: the pools were pretty cold. Our kids love the water, but they had a hard time
good rooms, excellent location in the heart of the hotel zone, very good value. The food not a lot of choices in buffet, but good. The facilities are very good. Service excellent.
The room it's ok, the house keeping service it wass good, the only concerns its reject linen and provide amenities like conditioner body wash, and more wash cloths
Some of the staff were very friendly, others were standoffish, not sure if that was due to language. The hair dryers didn't work. The safes were broken, we got a letter saying that they weren't responsible for our valuables if they're out of the safe. But in the end nothing got stolen, the housekeeping staff were very nice. Hotel was quite run down. Food was ok. Air conditioning worked well, bed was...

The first night’s stay was not good and the hotel put us in a small noisy room next to the stairs and elevator. One of the best places in the area, simply excellent
One of the security guards insisted I get the infrared thermometer on my forehead. When I told him not on my head he claimed it was hotel policy. Only for Spanish speaking guests. This is suppose to be an international hotel chain , but no one in reception speaks English. Had a tough time communicating with them . Like all other Ibis the hotel lives up to standards and service ! Good price for a budgeted and comfortable long stay.
Loved the bed in this room, very comfortable and very hospitable staff
Receptionist was very rude. Not paying attention to the guest and was busy working on her system.

Excellent location for a walking visit of the Centro Historico. Plenty of restaurants nearby
The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows where horrible to our liking, very bulky and we both woke up with a stiff neck. Check out was at 12 noon and the cleaning lady came knocking at 9am. Since I am an ******* VIP member, we had 2 free drinks, which we’re not given to us at check in and had to ask for it. The hotel itself is nice, the location is great and the staff were very friendly. Nonetheless, we brought food with us hoping we could heat it up but unfortunately, there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. Room was very clean, location was great, check in was seamless, staff was very kind and breakfast was delicious. Doesn’t get more authentic that that.
My recent stay at One Guadalajara was a bittersweet experience. On the positive side, the hotel has a pleasant appearance and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and while the menu is simple, the food quality and taste were surprisingly good.

The room was clean, but there is no additional room service once you check in. The hotel feels safe as far as being limited to only your assigned floor. It’s inconvenient to have to use your room card for light especially when you both have to step out.

Excellent location, close to the mall and places of interest, very clean and the rooms have A/C
The building itself is old and small, probably because it's in the center, but it was kept clean. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, and it is very convenient as it is close to the subway station. The breakfast buffet included Mexican food, and the staff kindly taught us how to eat it.
The location of the hotel is near the "Hidalgo" station but my husband and I haven't used this station. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The breakfast is very good! All staff are very kind and nice.
The location is far from the city center and the hotel zone, but close to a shopping mall and a few restaurants. The paid parking service is very convenient (a few euros per day). The room is quite bare, but clean enough. It really needs at least a kettle and a mini-fridge. There was a problem with very weak water pressure in the shower. The staff was kind.
Simple and clean, with a relatively quiet surrounding environment. The location is excellent, ideal as a transit hotel for those arriving in the city or on their way to the airport. There are several convenience stores nearby, and the nearest shopping mall is about a ten-minute walk away.
Great location close to the big shopping center. But you can hang laundry as it is very small the room and no balcony. Further it is good. They have a drinking water machine in the lobby

The room was spacious, the bed was huge, and the layout was excellent. However, the surrounding area was a bit run-down, and the breakfast selection was very limited.
For its price point, the room was remarkably spacious, and the lack of carpeting made it feel exceptionally clean and tidy. The amenities were comprehensive and surpassed my expectations. My only minor drawback was the average quality of the food. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Great location with parking available. The breakfast was quite substantial. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only minor drawback was the absence of large windows, as it only had a window overlooking an inner courtyard, possibly due to safety concerns. The room itself was very spacious, which was a plus.
