Maintenance overall. The pool area doesn't look like the picture; the pool was dirty, and the bathroom in the bedroom was not clean. I was expecting much more for the price I paid.

The staff was incredibly kind when I came in early from a redeye at 8 AM. They allowed me to hang out in the sky lounge until a room was ready at 10:30.

It needs some maintenance. You can hear everything from one room to another and also the music from a bar outside the property.

The pool was had a grate view of the city. The staff at the pool were all very friendly and professional.

Beautiful hotel and view. Location felt safe. The bar by the pool was pricey and the drinks weren’t that good.

Excellent location close to many dining options. The house keeping services could be better, I ran out of soap and shampoo and had to request hangers.

Everything was good I just wanted to say the shower faucet didn’t work properly.

I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

Very close to the airport, and the environment is quite good too.

The hotel has great location if you have an early flight back specially. They have a very convenient free shuttle to the airport.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice. Small parking, no place for big cars, no slippers in the room. The hotel itself is new and well equipped. Cool internal yard with cafe Shower and toilet was good. Amenities also great. Sound proof also fine.

I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Wifi works this time 😝 (Stay in 2024) I book the hotel through the marriott app and chatted with the reception to tell her of my requests before arrival. I love the Hotel. All the renovations makes it look incredible new. The Staff were super friendly and we recommend it to everyone.

The room was spacious. Early check-in incurred an extra half-day charge. Parking was charged separately. The breakfast was highly recommended; it was very plentiful and tasted great!

Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers. Whoever design the location of the mounted hairs dryer in the bathroom (with such a minimal short chord) has never used one. No fridge to store food/drinks. On a positive side, breakfast (ours was included in price) was really good.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn "Full", not the Express. The Hotel is neither good nor bad. It is simply mediocre. The rooms show wear and tear on the headboards, bathrooms and other details. The towels look and feel like sandpaper. They are pretty stingy with amenities including toilet paper. Front desk and restaurant staff service is not bad. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor, there’s dust everywhere...

The most dissatisfying holidayinn I have ever stayed at. It's a bit older, and the hygiene is a bit poor. At around 9 o'clock in the morning, there was a waiter knocking on the door and opening the door, and there was no Do Not Disturb sign. Because I needed to attend the exhibition, I was very satisfied with the overall facilities and sanitation of the hotel I booked. It was also close to the exhibition center, only a dozen minutes by car, and there was a shopping mall opposite, and it was convenient to eat Chinese food.

We enjoy one night stay in this hotel. What I don’t like from the room was that doesn’t have microwave, doesn’t have a small fridge or heat control I just see a cool thermostat . The location is very accessible to the Mexico City Arena, the hotel is perfect within the shopping plaza because you find many places to eat without leaving or exposing yourself, I am dissatisfied with the cleanliness since I hadn't realized until the next morning that there was a false eyelash!! That clearly wasn't mine, that left me with a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
