Queretaro, Madero # 11 Poniente. Col Centro. 🧭 Map
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hidalgo the location was perfect. The food was delicious and affordable. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Querétaro.
Staff is friendly, I was able to check in 2 hours early, room was clean, its been my 1st choice to stay every time I'm in Querétaro, will definitely come back
The room was great very clean the staff was very helpful. Super convenient location
Look, the bathroom is very small, the shower doesn't close properly and all the water leaks out when you shower, the balcony door isn't sealed and you can hear everything from the street, and the TV didn't work for two days; I had to tell them twice before they finally came to see what was wrong.
Very nice hotel right at the center of the historic center. The restaurant served delicious food at a good price. Hotel and restaurant personnel were so nice. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
The room was very nice, and had very comfortable beds. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. The building is filled with colonial charm. The location is excellent. All the sights of Centro is right outside your door. Everything was very clean.

Rooms given were so out of service. Toilet would not flush and bathroom was really small. Could not sleep because of construction. We didget another room which was great. All you would need is to check if everything functions.
Staff was awesome very respectful and kind. Great location many restaurants and stores, and the Cathedral are in walking distance. The only downside is the WIFI it wouldn’t connect. Other than that I felt safe, I was coming from Michoacan and it was a good to stay to rest for only one night before going to the airport the next morning.
The check-in was easy to do it
HABITACION POCO LIMPIA, ATENCION DEL PERSONAL LENTA, DESAYUNO EFICIEMTE
The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. However the beds and the overall condition of the hotel was not great. The area it’s amazing though everything in downtown is at a walking distance.
Area was good distance from main road therefore quiet to sleep. Restrooms had mold, water came out from the shower and tile was falling off. A refrigerator would have been convenient.

My first trip to Mexico was an incredible experience, and staying here made it even more special. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is truly outstanding. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I want to give a very special thank you to Juan and Jorge. They are simply amazing and truly...
This place is great! Beautiful beach, and amazing daily sunrise yoga with Brenda. I also stayed here in December 2025 and couldn’t wait to return. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable, with no TVs, so you can truly unplug and relax. I love the hammocks on the lanais of the beachside bungalows. WiFi is spotty away from the beach/ restaurants, so download your necessities. Everything is very...
Lovely hotel by the sea, and lovely staff. Jorge at the restaurant and Orfe at the reception are both amazing !
Pocna is a very special hotel in Tulum, beautiful room,s amazing beach, 2 great restaurants, Japanese and Mexican fusion, very friendly service, we just loved our stay.
We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere is delightfully relaxed and the location is beautiful—definitely much quieter and more pleasant than the party hotel zone. As a lovely surprise, we received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival! The staff is extremely friendly. A big thank you to Orfe and the attentive reception team for the service and the great tips, as well as to the waiters Juán and...
What a place! Absolutely beautiful setting, gorgeous accommodation and such kind and attentive staff. The perfect start to our time in Mexico. We stayed for 6 nights and for the majority of the time had the pool to ourselves - sunbathing while listening to the sound of the ocean was wonderful! Monday-Friday early morning Yoga classes are included and Brenda (Yoga instructor) was lovely. The staff...

Location was very good and clean
It was close to the station and the location was good and easy to use.
The electronic door locks don't work. The cards are deprogrammed and must be programmed every day upon arrival at the hotel.
We had problems with the access cards. Every day we asked for a card change because we couldn't open. They don't have lunch service, only breakfast, and it was more expensive than the other nearby restaurants.
The hotel is clean, the location is good. One of the parking attendants was a bit rude, except for the guard who helped us in the morning, who was elderly and very friendly. The front desk staff was friendly. We had a problem with the room key, as it never opened, and in the end, they had to move us to a different room, and they made the change as quickly as possible.
The room service quality is very poor and the hotel facilities are very old

I didn’t expect much since it was an old hotel, and it was just as I expected. However, the hotel restaurant was better than I thought.
The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous! The room was beautiful and in great conditions but the A/C was not working. The room was hot like a sauna, causing bad sleeping time. They provided a fan for the second night and that helped a little but it was still uncomfortable to be sweating while sleeping. The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance from the main touristic attractions...

I like to stay at this hotel, they used to have restaurant in the reception area but now only breakfast. There is shop near the hotel they have food service as well but the food is kind of expensive. The rest it is secure and peaceful polite workers.
If you dont like to walk or don't have transportation, it will be hard to move around. Luckily we had Uber available. Much better than local taxi's. Property needs lots of upgrades. Staff not so friendly, at least not with us, kitchen for breakfast is limited as well. If you're in a rush, yoi cant eat there.
I recommend a restaurant and bar as close as possible where you can sit and have a laugh.
The Receptionist team ! Is amazing always ready to help ! Always with a Smile . Make my stance always Fantastic and Fun also the housekeeping are super great at their Job for all that Thank you !!! See you Next !! Kindly, Regina x
The room is very big and the surrounding environment is a bit backward. It is quite far from the scenic spot and you have to take a bus. Overall it is okay.
the property looked very old nothing updated rooms did not look like pic only two towels for bath given nothing else as for new ones when they cleaned they left same towel we had just asked for and used instead of replacing pool super small paid for a night i didnt stay due to flight cancellation

Hotel Valley of Mexico offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with spacious, clean rooms and modern amenities. The staff is courteous, helpful, and ensures a smooth check-in and stay experience. The hotel’s location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. With its peaceful ambiance and excellent service, it’s a great choice for both leisure and business travelers...
The room was very clean, and the restaurant service was excellent. The only thing they didn't tell us at reception was whether there was food available for dining in the restaurant, but not for room service. Overall, very good!
The surrounding area is quite convenient and safe. It's good.
1. Breakfast is not self-service, a cup of black coffee, 5 pieces of fruit, a glass of juice, you can savor it. 2. The hotel room is very dark at night because there is only a small light in the room. 3. The shower water is soft. 3 The hotel faces a very busy traffic center, which can be felt in the room. Baozi, if you can increase your budget, go to another hotel, thank you.
It's okay, I stayed here on a business trip.
Everything else is very good. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy because the room is on the side of the road. Breakfast includes fruit, milk, bread, eggs, orange juice, and is enough.

I liked the convenience ans friendly staff. The plumbing needs attention. There is no parking past 8pm.
Service was very good, 24 hours a day. Very attentive, they took care of every detail in the room, everything we needed and when we asked. Located on the city's main avenue, very easy access, also safe. Neighborhood markets very close to the hotel. When we stayed it was being frequented by families.
Village location good if you use crowded collectivo (group taxi/van). Absolutely no services and we were even locked out during the day time. Wasp nest on our door. Cockroach and cigarette butts in lobby. No water pressure. They never cleaned the sheets, trash or towels the whole week. But cheap and a local experience for stories when back home.
They have no control over the TV and the air conditioner is only set to one temperature and you can't change it either; there was no control over the unit.
The bathroom had a strong smell like urine. The gentleman in charge was not kind at all. He was somewhat rude, and would take his time to accommodate our needs.
TV signal Generally good for the price, however I think a good TV signal would make it much better.

Wonderful service. Pretty building. In front of the hotel, there is a nice Mexican restaurant which open until midnight.
The place was good & clean there was parking free too , great staff , neighborhood so/so great mexican restaurant across the street
In the middle of the hotel there is a tree! There is a parking space, the workers are so nice! I loved the hotel so I extended my stay 7 days more. Highly recommended! Thank you for taking care of the beautiful tree.
Good place to stay, amenities were good buy reception was a little unfriendly( not rude but it doesn’t matter it’s a good place). Other than that the complex is beautiful and really great place.
The hotel was good. But the room we got was located in the front and noise was very bad. Get a rear room.
A really quiet hotel with good people who are reliable in what they say.

Good clean hotel, no issues does the job.
The hotel looks really nice also decorations are pretty good but there were a couple of flaws. Room was too narrow, shower smelled of moisture. My room was facing the road and the noise was too high, especially in the night. We stayed for only one night
Pool in central courtyard area good size and depth to swim diametrically across or around. I did see the staff cleaning it in the morning but by early evening there were a fair number of leaves floating. Corridor outside room door big puddle(they overwatered the pot plant!!).Cleaning staff removed all my towels and did not replace. Had to request toilet roll to replenish. The cleaning team were pleasant...
Good but.... Okay, the location was walkable to everything we wanted to see. It was clean and the staff was exceptional. Overall are really nice hotel. The hotel was nice enough. The room was large and nicely equipped. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good with a nice big shower. Our room had a window into a car park, but thankfully it wasn't noisy. The wifi was reliable and fast. The location is awesome, not even 5 minutes to Zocalo. For one night it was great.
We stayed on a group tour. This is clean functional hotel. We had large room with two queen beds and large shower room. Really efficient air con. Good shower room with hot water. The breakfast in the morning was tasty cheese omelette with the usual refried beans and very lightly toasted white bread with jam provided. Coffee ok. It was super nice, the staff were very attentive and polite, and the place was very clean and tidy. It also has many amenities. We would definitely go back!
The Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!
Everything was good, the only thing it doesn’t have A/C
The parking is inside the facility and you can only access to it with the room key so it's pretty safe. The receptionist was really nice and helpful and there is an area where kids can play next to the pool.
I really liked the location, 1.2 km from the city center. The best thing was that they gave us access to the pool by booking in advance. Parking is available in front of the rooms. Easy access if you have a wheelchair.
Everything is very good, only that the bedroom or manager enters your room even when you are inside.

Amazing experience at Pug Seal. The staff and team were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious enough and has all the necessary amenities. Great coffee at the reception. The breakfast area is so charming and the entire hotel is filled with interesting art pieces.

The hotel's location is very good because it's close to the Renovation Center, right next to the Paris Metro bus stop. I didn't like the included breakfast; the portions were very small, the food was almost always cold, and the bread didn't seem fresh. The options are very limited. The room doesn't have air conditioning, but they do provide a fan. The rooms are small but functional.
EXCELENTE ATENCION DEL PERSONAL NO ME GUSTO LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE
In this expensive and upscale area, surrounded by expensive hotel lots, it is very rare to find a three-person room for 400 yuan a night, and the room windows can be opened and closed. The hotel facade is very decent, and there are staff to take upstairs, the disadvantage is that the room is relatively old, see that there is no maintenance, we were arranged to stay on the first floor, the number plate...
MUY BIEN GRACIAS TODO EL ORDEN Y LIMPIO
Rooms windows were not properly installed and they were gaps around them. Tv was 13in and horrible reception so nothing came in clear. Sink in the bathroom leaked and the shower head was all clogged up and I did bring that to there attention and they did fix it after the second night. I guess for the amount of time we were there it wasn't bad but it could have been better.

Room are in the small side, breakfast is good and location is great. Service is lacking, to get an invoice they don’t follow up and make you waste your time, either they don’t make it or will ignore you
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Opposite is the largest shopping mall in Mexico, and next to it are KFC and Pizza Hut, which is very convenient.
Location is good as well as a large shopping mall SEARS on the opposite side just takes walking around 8 minutes. Simple and clean, and RF is a restaurant in case you don't want to take ride to the downtown.
Giving 3 stars because: 1. Some of the alcohol dispensers were empty for days. 2 Most of the people at the reception were nice but they don't take ownership of the short comings of the hotel. I.e asked several time to get a cup and sugar for the coffee machine and their answer was, not my job its the job of the kitchen!!! It was more helpful the people at the valet parking than the people in the reception
Reservation was cancelled due to some policies after 18hrs.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the Historic Center. Rooms are cleaned daily. Unfortunately, they lack a hairdryer, refrigerator, or kettle. A huge plus of the hotel is its excellent Mexican breakfasts and friendly chefs.
The location is great, the rooms are relatively clean and spacious, and the breakfast is substantial. It was a very good hotel. My only concern is the lack of a refrigerator in the room. There's a market nearby, so finding food isn't a problem. There's even a Sukiya (open until 10 PM)!
