Consists of two 8-storey buildings and one 3-storey building.

For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights.
The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything.
But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent.
A la carte Mexican restaurant its very limited for all inclusive package. you have to pay for almost all the food in the menu.
However, was only one elevator working our entire stay (5 days) and were times that we had to take the stairs instead (our room was at the 7 floor) our last day was several people checking out and using that one elevator that out of the sudden it stop working and had to take the stairs. Fortunately, one of the staff members let us take the service elevator while he was taking care of the non working elevator.
