The beach had seaweed however we did not mind it and enjoyed lying at the beach cabana during afternoons. There were fun activities available during the day and evening. Food was great in all the restaurants

Highly recommended, a closed holiday home, it’s a bit troublesome to travel but it’s really a one-stop service! You can also eat anything, and there are several specialty restaurants to choose from.

The resort itself is stunning, very clean, has friendly staff, and amazing service. The pools and beaches are gorgeous and the rooms are also incredibly clean

The hotel is in a lovely, secluded location. It's really spacious, clean, and has very nice rooms. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend it. 👌🏼👍🏼

We loved the hotel and entertainment team. Food was a bit disappointing at times, but the drinks and entertainment were great and the beach beautiful

Clean resort, lots of activities, able to find a beach chairs easily throughout the day, really good food. Enjoyed the tres leches cake.

My biggest suggestion for improvement is to take away some of the 'elite member' cabanas and put more sub beds for regular guests, as these were limited and the elite ones were mostly empty and they were trying to upsell all the time

The staff worked really hard and were on the whole amazing. We had a great time and the New Year's Eve event was the best we had experienced!

But everything completely changed when the manager, Stefano Rayo, paid attention to our complaints… He turned out to be some kind of magician! Initially, we received a free room upgrade since I have Platinum membership with *******, but there was no hot water in the shower — we had to take cold showers even though we reported it several times

The issue wasn’t resolved… until Stefano found out about our problem. He gave us another, even better room with hot water! And his attitude toward us was simply outstanding — very respectful, polite, and professional

friendly and caring staff, and entertainment and performances are great. The food is not great compared to other things, especially in restaurants

Fun experience with amazing staff. Nemo, our waiter Carlos, bartenders Domingo & Fernando were amazing. Love the concept of this hotel. Would love to come back

Great food, perfect size pool. Average beach, entertainment was not as good as past visits. Had first couples massage it was excellent. Had average weather and low numbers at hotel which may have effected experience.

Maintenance is completed promptly Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue

All the workers were friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. One of the days we were there, there was no running hot water and made us wait later in the day in order to shower.

There are areas of the hotel that are potentially slightly worn and building work currently in progress, we feel the new central bar area will be a great asset as would be nice to have a larger drink area for morning time after breakfast and then before/ after evening meal! But hotel generally kept very clean, we saw deep cleaning happening all around the hotel constantly, cleaning of steps, metal...

Reception staff very helpful, helped me order something from Mexican amazon to the hotel with no problems at all and friendliness

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights

We have had a lovely 10 day stay at Emporio Cancun. The food was absolutely fantastic. Prepared freshly and beautifully

The private beach was wonderful and very clean. The location was perfect for us as we was far enough out of the hotel zone and only a bus ride away or 6 dollars on a cab

It's a all inclusive hotels with Good Location great beach. The drinks could be better.

However, the room facilities were very old, and the restaurant food was just average. The better restaurants required advance reservations, but whether you could actually get one was another story

The hotel has a beautiful environment, perfect for a vacation, and the service is excellent. The three meals offered are also very generous.

I read some reviews saying the rooms were a bit old, but it was actually better than I expected. The view is absolutely stunning, and the all-inclusive dining offers a great variety of options

The hotel's public areas were also beautifully decorated, perfect for photos everywhere, with lots of plants and animals like lizards and peacocks

The room type was excellent and spacious enough, with a balcony facing the sea, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean views daily

pool staff did do an excellent job with drink service, beach is small but sand is soft and clean. Very little space at resort for tropical landscaping and gardens

Railings around every entrance so easy to get in and out. Ocean beach very calm I had no trouble getting in an out. Place laid out great everything close so not a lot of walking. Negatives - not much, just minor stuff

Unfortunately in our room bed and pillow uncomfortable and they actually put the mattress on a frame much smaller so when I sat on the side of the bed since it was hanging out 4 or 5 inches I had to be careful not to fall off when mattress bended

The food was outstanding and everything tasted great. Huge selection but I did eat in the black and white steak house 5 of the 7 days. I am a 69 year old male with bad knees so this review is for others like me

One of the elevators in our wing not working so several times we could not get on a crowded elevator and had to wait for the next one. Hotel is showing its age, room chipped tile, minor stuff like that

Only one outlet by bed so bring an extension cord. Only 2 bathrooms that I found in the resort. One in the lobby by gift shop and the other in the basement under the buffet restaurant

The hotel was decent, and the staff were very friendly. Our stay was fine every day, except for the last day when we were told that our meals weren't included, despite having paid for them

The hotel staff is helpful. My only feedback concerns the limited dining hours; most options close by 11 PM, and there are only two restaurants available.

The receptionist insisted they weren't. They ask for a lot of tips, but that's optional – you can tip if you want, or not if you don't

He always assisted us promptly willing to assist whenever possible with extra pillows, blankets or special requests. Roberto was equally great and would always answer our request promptly and efficiently

The pool area is amazing with the delicious ice cream shop, churro and taco stands too. The staff was efficient setting up your lounge chair and providing drinks, and so friendly

He would handle all our requests through texts or in person with a quick follow-up. We loved both of them for their amazing service and gracious hospitality

The staff at Kakao & Glacé were so kind and provided us delicious coffees, crepes and cookies every morning. We enjoyed seeing them and received excellent service

Great venue for the wedding of my niece. Every detail was impeccably looked after. CHRIS from the main pool/beach area was so very helpful throughout our stay

We had the best time at Le Blanc. The service and food was amazing. We loved all the restaurants, especially Yama and Bella that served delicious dinners

There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos and nachos to full gourmet restaurants. The chefs did not disappoint, and the service and bar staff were able to up the tier that much more

In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip

There are so many notes that help to make the stay at the resort homie and comfortable - providing the name of our specific room cleaner and rooms bar staff were nice touches to make it more comfy

Convenient transport location (bus to the center of Cancun and ferry not far on the beach to the island of Women. In summary: a very worthy hotel and my best recommendations!!!

The beach was beautiful, the foods were good, the service was excellent. However, you need to wait for elevators. They need more elevators.

???? Also some mattresses for the sunbeds would be a great addition, as it's possibly the only 5 star hotel we have been in that doesn't have them

It was really good, delicious food, really good service. It can be really busy but still good experience. It’s true all inclusive with nothing extra. Drinks were great too

Customer service is absolutely amazing here!! Please tip the staff well, they deserve millions!! I've never seen anyone work harder to please their guests. Beach isn't the best I've seen but it's still pleasant

The hotel service was friendly and attentive, with staff eager to help guests. For dinner, I recommend Krystal and Steak House; the steak and lobster were quite good

Even if you wake up early to grab a beach chair by the pool, there was none available as they reserve so many for premium members

This resort really lives of the great staff and the absolutely stunning beach views. I would maybe come back but not in a king bed room because the noise was unbearable

Sergio the bartender had great mixologies and definitely ENERGY! I loved it! The chef at Tavo, Nathan, gave me the best meal I’ve had from the resort and the hostess Jomira for letting us in when we said we weren’t satisfied with the other place

Restaurants are cold Air conditioned, therefore I only went to open seafacing fish restaurant. Food was exceptionally super and stuff very friendly! Cold airconditioned breakfast room. but choises are amazing and tasty

You need to use taxi or inDrive (Uber like). or stay at the cold Hotel restaurants (which I personally not liked, except the open seafacing restaurant). although the Italien Restaurant food for dinner (once) is good

I’m also quite sure they just reheat pre-made food from the kitchen as the food came out in 10mins or so when I was dining in one of the a la carte restaurants lol. The food texture was mushy… Only soups were good

The room is large and the service attitude is very good. 24-hour hotel service, most of which are included in the restaurant, where you can drink at any time.

It was not bad. I stayed for two days and the housekeeper didn't take care of me on the first day of check-in and the last day of check-out.

The second time I came, I ate a lot every day. It was delicious. I loved it. I ate a lot.

The service is very good, but the room is too humid and there are many mosquitoes! The price-performance ratio is average!

As I arrived and was allocated my room, I soon after had to go back to reception as the room smelt of damp was terrible, I was given another room which smelt slightly better but could still smell damp, rooms outdated brown water coming from sink taps and from the shower, no towels in the room, pictures from the website looked nothing like the room I received, only one lift working later to be informed...

One evening I went for dinner and asked for a cup of hot water to be told by one of the waiters he couldn't get me hot water as he can only get hot water in the mornings in which I had to speak to someone more senior, as I didn't understand why I couldn't have a cup of hot water in the evening

The positive thing I will take for this hotel is the staff (Oscar breakfast waiter his energy in the morning was infectious) also bartender Ricardo for poolside bar when it was completed made me felt welcome when I came to the bar

The fact that I had to spend more money and stay at a different resort (The Grand Oasis) leaving my friends to stay at Golden Parnassus which then on set my anxiety by being alone

Restaurant servicing from chipped plates and cups, poor standard of food this is not the standard I excepted for a 4* resort

Apart from morning pool exercise no other activities was available, Mexican night no holiday maker participation

Getting a chair on the beach is hard work haha so get ready to wake up early for a good spot. Plenty of room though but once you have a spot you’re best of keeping it. Food was the best in Cancun that dinning was so good

This shows a serious lack of planning, inventory control, and respect for guests’ time. At the restaurant located closer to the beach, the service was equally poor

Check in: stood in line over an hour and then stood in line another hour to get room Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up The app never worked for us to make dining reservations Evening shows were excellent

The hotel front desk and staff were proactive and enthusiastic, and the food was decent. Although the hotel has been living in a high-rise area for a long time, the rooms have a moldy smell and outdated facilities

During my stay at this hotel, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations. The bathroom door scraped when opening, which is a basic issue that should have been resolved with minimal maintenance

housekeeping expectations were not communicated earlier. Cleaning is done every other day, but was not communicated when we checked in. Restuarant options are limited. But the ones that are there are good.

when we went to our hotel room, it smelled like a dirty wet towel so we moved to another room. we figured that the rooms upstairs were new and rooms downstairs were old. Overall it was a Great experience!

The photographer on the beach was phenomenal. The difference in sides is weird. If you’re on the main building; the rooms are stunning and comfy

If you come knowing that you are not going to be in the hotel zone then you will have a great time. The beach is small and does have some seaweed but they clean it up well

The hotel is not new, but quite decent. Large rooms (I had the first floor) there is a hammock on the terrace)) Unfortunately, the beach at that time was in the grass, there was no desire to go into the water

That was a fair price for really good amenities. I don't know why the hotel has a low rate on some resources but my wife and I loved everything there. The personnel were amazing.

The bars run all day long and have a long list of drinks they offer however they can make pretty much anything you’d like. The room was beautiful and clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean

The Cielito Lindo offers a delicious breakfast including eggs any style and fantastic tacos and quesadillas made to order as well as a great dinner menu featuring classic Mexican dishes

The best part of our stay was the service. The staff in the lobby were so kind and willing to help us with anything. We would like to especially thank Yeing for going out of her way

Next to it is the bar and a burger station that runs for lunch. The Japanese restaurant serves lunch through to dinner offering sushi and dishes like yakisoba and teppanyaki

Both restaurants were delicious, and we found ourselves there for almost every meal. The buffet has a large selection of food and many options for everyone

We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. There was a buffet or order off the menu option for all meals

A few things would make it better: the pools were pretty cold. Our kids love the water, but they had a hard time

good rooms, excellent location in the heart of the hotel zone, very good value. The food not a lot of choices in buffet, but good. The facilities are very good. Service excellent.

The room it's ok, the house keeping service it wass good, the only concerns its reject linen and provide amenities like conditioner body wash, and more wash cloths

I booked my stay for a week with the intent to stay indoors in the supposedly resort as ******* has listed! I couldn’t !!!! I will be dealing with ******* for false advertising !

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Spa hotel, it was clean, well kept, and safe. The ocean view was pretty but the beach was more of a harbour beach as other reviews have said, not really for swimming

Reminds me more of a family kinda place with kids. I left every meal hungry still. A little outdated but worth the money. Other thing is they should mention you can not go in the beach water at this resort which ******

My husband and I want to give a shoutout to the server Luis though as every time we went to the Frida restaurant his service was phenomenal, always taking initiative to refill drinks, giving good recommendations and working at a fast pace

Good if you like it lowkey and the morning buffet and that is pretty good but more variety would have been good but I’m not picky. I think it shares a beach with temptation

I saw a bit of adults only things but I did go for a scroll so probably my only fault haha but just saying if you have kids keep them close

Dao restaurant is fabulous, our waiter Geraldo there made us feel like royalty. The new restaurant at Mussai ( the NOI) was absolutely delicious. Been here a few times and the entertainment just gets better

We'll be back soon! I definitely recommend all the restaurants and the all-inclusive package if you like to drink a lot! We're not big drinkers and don't eat a ton, so we could have done without, but it was still great to be able to eat whenever we wanted! The staff is so friendly! We had to extend our stay due to weather and the staff was extremely accommodating to multiple updates and changes, ensuring we had a room and accommodations, and the General Manager was extremely attentive to fix an issue I had, incliding following up after we left in an above and beyond way

So we agreed and were welcomed by the most accommodating, sincerest, graceful, make us feel like VIP staff we've ever experienced. The property was immaculate, the smell, the atmosphere the decoration, etc

We had a great time at Garza Blanca Cancun. The restaurants are terrific, especially Bocados and Hiroshi, the pools are spacious and warm, and the rooms are well appointed
