For some reason I didn't find the experience as exhilarating as the other Google reviewers. The shower head wasn't working properly, breakfast I thought was lacking protein (watered down orange juice and bread), it was also always very dark coming back into the riad, as if to save electricity and there is no front desk receptionist.. not a 4 star hotel experience.
Also drivers will not be able to find the address on the map (it is not drivable), we ended up having to walk through a maze with our suitcases to find this place.

As with many houses in Marrakech, the exterior doesn't reflect the interior. I was pleasantly surprised by the oasis of tranquility I found at Riad Maud. An orange tree provided a cool breeze inside. The rooms were spacious. The upstairs terraces, where you could enjoy breakfast, also offered beautiful views of the city. The breakfast was good, and so was the service. I will definitely choose this riad again on my next visit to Marrakech.

A very pretty riad, right from the entrance! Clean, authentic rooms with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and toiletries. A very generous breakfast with tea, coffee, milk, pastries, msemens, amlou, jam, honey, yogurt, butter, bread, and orange juice. The host was kind and discreet.

Extraordinary stay. Rachid, our host, took great care of us. Everything was perfect, I'll keep the address for the next time I return to Marrakech. The food is great, the peace and quiet reign. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for everything Rachid

Beautiful cozy riad, 5 minutes walk from the Jemaa El Fna square. The room we had we found too small, even space to put your suitcases was not or hardly there. Upon arrival we also stood in front of the door for a while, because the owner (and some staff?) had gone to pick up other people. (You also get a key here to open the outside door yourself). Furthermore, the owner was super friendly. We had to leave early for the airport, and yet he provided a mini breakfast for us!

A typical lovely Moroccan riad. Very authentic and with a perfect location, 3 minutes from Jemaa el Fna square. We had a wonderful holiday there, we felt constantly looked after. Everyone was extremely nice and always ready to help. As Marrakech airport does not accept mobile boarding passes, these were printed on paper at the hotel. Always smiling and waiting to fulfill every wish of their guests. Breakfast is prepared for everyone individually when they sit down at the tables. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to return there again soon. It is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable and we wish you more success and many guests!

A stunning Riad! Beautiful rooms, perfect cleanliness, Chadia and Rachid two very kind and helpful people. Abundant and good breakfast, served on their splendid terrace. Wi-Fi works perfectly. Location a stone's throw from the main square and the Medina, but without hearing any noise. Taxi service to/from the airport paying 150 MAD (not even €15) although we left at 2.30 in the morning, Mr. Rachid accompanied us carrying the suitcase to the taxi. We asked to print our boarding passes and after a few hours we found them at the reception desk. I would highly recommend this place, among other things furnished in a very fine way and with attention to detail, very fragrant and elegant. Mandatory stop if I stay in Marrakech again!

perfekt authentic hotel with hospitable and pleasant owners. Comfortable bed, beautiful Moroccan interior. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Tasty breakfast om the roof top. Right in the center of the old town and bazar. Very convenient location. I highly recommend it.

Uauuu ! Wow! Totally blown away with this absolute gem of a Riad in the very heart of Marrakech. From the fabulous roof top terrace to the clean and well equipped rooms, it’s fabulous.
Just minutes from the main square, everything is easily within reach.
Rachid, Saadia and Drissia looked after me so well, fantastic!
I’ll be back for sure!

Lovely friendly Riad very close to the main medina square. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Lovely simple breakfast. The hosts were happy to help,with anything we asked. We loved the rooftop,terrace to sun lounge for an hour in the afternoon, our room was clean and the shower was hot. Very affordable base. Great decor and flowers on the roof.

I'm not a vegetarian or vegan but accompanied one to the Earth Cafe for my first vegetarian meal and have to say what a lovely place it is. The food was very good and the service excellent. The building interior is fascinating with a central staircase leading to various rooms on different levels where you can choose to eat your meal. I will come back to the Earth Cafe!

It's definitely sort of expensive compared to other places in Marrakech. They have a menu option for 100 dhs (meal + dessert + tea) and you can get food and a decent tart from a nearby patisserie for less than 50 dhs. I had the vegan burger and yep, it doesn't come with a bun. I asked for some bread and they said they don't have any, but then brought a bun. Would be better if they just served it together from the start... (Stupid me thought the bun was dessert, cos they cut it up) The apple tart was delicious though! And the 'burger' wasn't bad too, but definitely would prefer a traditional on-the-bun with some tomato-lettuce-onion.

What a great vibe this place has! Three stories and each story has its own unique feel to it. I can’t speak of the food because I only had tea and wine, but this is most definitely one of my favorite places in Marrakech. Aside from the incredible decor, the music and service are phenomenal! If Anas is your server, be sure to strike up a conversation with him. He is very sweet and remembered who I was every time I came back which is always so nice in a foreign place. Oh, and did I mention 2 for 1 happy hour drinks at every hour?! Wine not? ;)

Nice trendy bar, serves alcohol (!) at a reasonable price (65dh for two 330ml bottles of beer on the "happy hour" - which is all the time. Can't be shared.) Staff are nice enough.

It would have been 5 stars if they didn't refuse to let us in because they don't serve Moroccans... Twice in different times. I only wanted to go there again because the first time was with a group of foreigners and not sure if they forgot about me or something but I really liked it there, 360 view, great atmosphere, nice drinks/prices, good service,... If you're not moroccan, Go!

Food was tasty, 360° view was awesome, decor/ambiance was nice, and alcohol is available (hard to find in Marrakech), but prices were a bit high for the area.

This is just terrible... Service is horrible... They push you tells you you are lucky to be there... Food, well microwave pastas taste better. Gambas are prawns... And sorry but the picture of what you see on internet are really not what you gone eat... Beurk

We came without reservation! Big mistake. This place is packed and amazingly beautiful. No wonder why such great reviews. Food was good but not amazing.

We went by chance. We returned by choice. One needs to reserve because it is so popular. The staff are respectful and friendly. The ambiance is delightful. The food is delicious and well presented. When we return to Marrakesh we will be sure to return to Pepe Nero

A bit of a disappointment. I normally minus a star for every big thing that displeased me the first let down at Pepe Nero was the table we were plonked on. I asked if the table could be in the court yard, it was but our only view was the gas canisters stored in the stairway.
Second the service was poor we felt rush when ever we asked for something but at the same time ignored for most of the meal, almost as though the waiter didn’t want us to be there.
Third the food was not worth the price. We had lamb for 2 the meat was nice and a good size but it only came with a plate of bland vegetables no rice or couscous was even offered.
Most things I can forgive if service is friendly and welcoming but I found Pepe cold and impersonal. I would avoid in future.

Fenomenal! Amazing food and excellent service. The owner is a really friendly and came to talk to us. Definitely the best restaurant we went to in marrakesh and one of the best I have ever been! I would only suggest to put more security to accompany guests to the restaurant as I didn't feel secure in the neighbourhood. On the way back to the driver ( not possible to arrive infront of restaurant) we got accompanied by a security and fell more comfortable.
