It was our first time in Mallorca and we spent a week in this beautiful hotel. We had booked with breakfast and the super good varied dinner on different days. So we were flexible for our excursion days. The staff from the maid to the service in the restaurant to the front desk were always friendly and accommodating. The rooms and balconies are of a good size
and were very clean. There was also plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. Many thanks to our waiter Toni, from whom I always got a large beer 🍺 for dinner. Also worth mentioning is the cozy bar with unobtrusive live music (piano 🎹 and 🎻) in which we spent a few hours. The way to the Playa can be reached in a few minutes and Palma is only a stone's throw away. A perfect week for us as newcomers to Mallorca. Nobody can do anything for the weather with a maximum of 14°C. But there is still the spa area which we only used once briefly. Many thanks to the entire team who went to great lengths to make it possible for us to have a nice week's holiday. There are 5 stars and 💯 %

The hotel is clean, the suite is very nice, large and modern. The breakfast is very good.
The hotel has long distances because it was built lengthwise and not tall.
Located in the southern part of S'Arenal. Good base for trips to all points on the island. Drive to the airport by car about 10 minutes. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.
We had a one bedroom suite with a huge living room. It was very tastefully and beautifully decorated. There was enough space, on the balcony there were 2 upholstered chairs and a small table. The bathroom was very large with a walk in shower & 2 wash basins. Otherwise everything was there, what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. The only drawback is the marble floor, which runs through the whole suite. Danger of slipping, especially for small children.
Staff was on point and friendly.
The dining room is on the 4th floor, right next to the large sun terrace. The breakfast was good and varied. There was always a good selection of fruit, different juices and breads. Egg was also available in various variants.
Hotel has 4 pools in total. 2 in the older part of the hotel and 2 in the new, same, part of the hotel. The large pool is surrounded by the hotel buildings. The smaller pool is on the 4th floor on a large balcony area.
2 bars are available. One each next to the pools.

Beautiful hotel, which is absolutely recommendable. During our stay no wish was left unfulfilled. The staff is extremely friendly and tries very hard to ensure that you have a relaxing holiday.
The cleanliness is unbeatable, you can eat off the floor almost anywhere.
The pools are super nicely laid out and are very quiet, at least during my stay.
The food is super tasty too.
An all-round great holiday! I will definitely come back!
