No wardrobe in the room. Balcony was a disgrace to offer to a customer. Corridors are like a maze, narrow and windowless. Breakfast starts at 8am, we got our breakfast at 8.05 and had to put it in the microwave as it’s always cold. Pool area is nice and the aircon worked but our view from balcony was dire.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The rooms are worse than hostel rooms and the staff are rude! Only one decent member of staff is amin on the bar the other barman just gives you random drinks and gets into arguments with guests. The food isn't that bad though but overall it's not a pleasant or comfy stay and hygiene is far from a priority. I paid for a upgraded room and was given the most basic room ever. I made a complaint and was told my was a premium as it had a shower, the next morning I seen a premium room that cleaners were attending and it was worlds apart from the room we was given! Reception staff dont care even after my.booking agent contacting them as we had sent them videos and they agreed we was given the wrong room and the state of the room was terrible!

Staff are polite and professional. Good location. Food was okay. Cleaning team came everyday to clean. I enjoyed being at the hotel. I think money we paid goes with hotel star rating.

The apartments were nice, the view is beautiful. The beach, shops and everything needed is within walking distance. The pools are clean and the food is good, I believe everyone can find some activity they like in here as it provides anything you could think of. The employees are nice, especially the ones in the bar ;), Both of them are very nice but I’d like to compliment one of the bartenders, Amin he is very nice and charming. He holds conversations and is quick with making drinks. Recently a conflict started at the bar and he handled it calmly and quickly. The overall experience was really nice and i reccomend it to anyone who gets the chance to. I want to second what I said earlier Amin is a really great bartender, please keep him. -Juli Vodkajuice

The all staf is very professional and kind, especially Amin from the pool bar. The food is good and the room are well equipped. The cleaning staff make a very good job in cleaning the venue. Thank you very much for all your support and your hard work. We are looking forward to seeing you again.

Overall good, for a few days the beds were a bit uncomfortable but okay, the price was good when we went.
