Only negative I would say was the on site mexican restaurant that you can book free for one evening. The food was not great to be honest. The service was great and everything but the food was not up to the rest of the hotels standards. A couple of moody staff but the vast majority were warm, welcoming and helpful

At the reception, Thor welcomed us with professionalism and a warm smile, setting the tone for our entire holiday. María, who took care of our room service, impressed us deeply with her kindness, dedication, and genuine charm — a true reflection of hard work combined with grace.
The restaurant team was equally outstanding. The breakfast buffet was beautifully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the staff serving there went above and beyond to make every morning a pleasure. A special mention goes to a young lady from Argentina, whose politeness, professionalism, and attentiveness stood out and made our dining experience even more memorable.
Every detail at the hotel reflects care and quality — even the pool was checked daily, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Speaking of cleanliness, the entire hotel was spotless, which added to the comfort of our stay.
One of the highlights is undoubtedly the location. Just step outside the pool area, and you’re immediately greeted by paradise — the sparkling Mediterranean Sea right in front of you, as if nature itself had opened its arms.
For families, this hotel is an absolute treasure. We wholeheartedly recommend THB Sa Coma Platja to anyone seeking a welcoming, elegant, and unforgettable holiday experience.

Staff made me feel very welcome. The waiters and bar staff always spoke .
Hotel lovely next to the beach. Hotel clean, rooms big. Good selection of food in restaurant and can also order food at pool bar. Cheese burgers were good, could also get other snacks like hot dog's, chicken nuggets , pizza and chips.
Plenty of beds around the pool. Didn't have entertainment on every night was on 3 times in my 7 day stay. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.
* the Hotel is reachable with public Transportation thanks to direct Bus from airport (but i think it's only in summer)
* friendly, helpful and caring Staff, especially the kitchen and buffet staff
*after we told the staff that as muslims couldn't eat meat because all were pork, they cooked everyday veal/lamb or beef fur us
* acceptable variety of food in the Buffet for a 4.star Hotel.
* mini-market on the other side of Street.
*what separates you from the paradise is only a door, sorry i mean from the breathtaking beach with crystal clear Sea water

* Coffee there is catastrophe, it's not edible🙃
*swimming pool is so small.
*according to Hotel's Rules: it's not allowed to take towels to the beach🤔
*you have to pay fees if you want to use the Safe.
